How did the Bondi Beach massacre happen? Much like in the UK, a political elite in Australia has been welcoming Muslim terror and defanging any attempts to stop it.
I wrote in June about an Aussie judge, Judge Michael McHugh, who issued a ‘secret order’ blocking the use of a video in which Muslim medical personnel announced that they would kill Jews. (The decision has since been overturned.)
Now another Aussie judge, Judge Desmond Fagan, decided to issue a ruling in the case of Mohommed Farhat, who had vandalized a Jewish area with graffiti reading “F___ Israel” and had a Hezbollah Islamic terror tattoo, arguing that he doesn’t hate Jews and doesn’t pose a threat.
Judge Fagan also blasted the IHRA definition of antisemitism and argued that vandalizing a Jewish area is not actually antisemitic
Prosecutors sought to impose a supervision order on Farhat after his release, arguing that the alleged antisemitic motive for his actions indicated a risk that he would commit a serious terrorism offense in the future. Fagan rejected the request, ruling that the slogans were political criticism and not an expression of religious hatred. He said it had not been proven that Farhat intended to convey an antisemitic message…
The judge also rejected the argument that the slogan “F**k Israel” is necessarily antisemitic, calling it “crude political expression of contempt.” He said “Jewish people, who as a whole are the object of antisemitism, are not coextensive with or in any sense equivalent to the state of Israel” and is not identical to it, and therefore criticism of Israel does not in itself become antisemitic.
The best part has to be Judge Fagan’s argument that having a Hezbollah tattoo is a reasonable position and not a terrorist threat.
In the context in which the tattoos were acquired I do not accept that they show “support” for Hezbollah in any stronger sense than sympathy for its resistance to the aerial and ground-based assault on Lebanon commenced by Israel in late September 2024…
In my view, his acquisition of the Hezbollah logo and 313 tattoos does not reveal adoption of that organisation’s ideology, objectives or militancy. When interviewed by Ms Mclean on 28 October 2025 the defendant denied that he had any connection to Hezbollah and said he does not understand what the organisation stands for. Those assertions are plausible, although I conclude that he did know at the time of acquiring his tattoos that Hezbollah was fighting Israel.
The defendant told Ms Mclean that people he associated with had a similar tattoo and he simply liked the design.
On 15 December 2025 the defendant’s solicitor, on instructions, wrote to Corrective Services advising that the defendant wished to have his neck tattoos removed and inquiring whether he could arrange for that to be done while in custody. The answer was “No”. The request in my view tends strongly against the inference that the State asks the Court to draw, that the tattoos reflect adoption of an ideology or political creed in furtherance of which the defendant might act violently in the future. His wish to remove the tattoos is inconsistent with him harbouring sincere or deeply held beliefs associated with the symbols.
I doubt that Judge Fagan is genuinely stupid. He’s simply colluding to protect an Islamic terrorist sympathizer because he hates Israel enough to put together this absurd string of excuses for him. It doesn’t enter his mind apparently that the guy with the terror tattoo might not limit his next attack to Jews. It might even impact Fagan and his family.

I believe there are reasons for these absurd actions: 1) Do a policy of appeasement.
2) Use the Left Elite concept of working with Islam to get an ally to gain total control. Then take out Islam.
3) Islamic terror groups are using bribes. No matter which, the Aussie Left Elites are betraying the real, patriotic Aussies. The Aussies, just like Englanders, will find themselves in a civil war at some point.

Well, Iran already had a muslim majority, which Mohammed Reza Shah didn’t dare curb: he focused on the communists – both Tudeh as well as Mojahideen Khalq. So it wasn’t surprising that the Left was taken out by Khomenei
In the case of the West, I expect it to go the other way – Left taking out the Muslims, like it happened in Soviet Turkistan

Just this morning, news item from some idiot judge in the U.S. sentencing a woman who nearly murdered her infant son to just 30 days in jail, 5 years of probation. Horrific details,…brain and spine damage, and lots of other things…. but essentially, she’s free to do as she wants.
Now, this “judge” says *hey, no problem* to a muzzie who clearly has evil intent, but the judge is looking through a sweater with rose colored glasses, and doesn’t give a hoot if the muzzie causes trouble…like murdering someone.
