The answer, like so much else, goes straight back to the Qur’an.
The fraud never seems to end; every day, there seem to be new cases. The Dallas Morning News reported Friday that “A Garland man who authorities say fled the United States while awaiting trial has been extradited from Qatar to face federal fraud and money laundering charges in Texas. Abdullah Anwar, 28, arrived in Texas on Friday and was being held in Collin County, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Texas.”
That’s on top of the ever-growing fraud cases involving Somali Muslims in the Minneapolis area. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent noted in January 2026 that “Over the last several years, criminals have exploited the culture of ‘Minnesota nice’ to steal billions of dollars in taxpayer funds in one of the most egregious frauds in our nation’s history. Under Democratic Gov. Tim Walz, these fraudsters—many of whom are not even American citizens—lined their pockets with money that was initially intended to feed hungry children, house disabled seniors, and provide services for young students with special needs.”
There are other similar cases elsewhere in the country. Many people are indignant about this massive fraud, but fewer are asking why there is such a preponderance of people of one particular religious group among the fraudsters. The answer to that question, however, is quite simple: this behavior is sanctioned in Islam.
Bruce Bawer, in his prophetic 2006 book While Europe Slept, tells the story of “an Oslo imam who has preached that Christians, under sharia law, must pay jizya, the protection tax demanded of all infidels living in Muslim lands: ‘In Norway, they don’t do this. Therefore the Muslims have a right to steal from them. If a Muslim walks straight into a store and steals, it is thus a legitimate act.’”
Since then, we have seen millions upon millions of Muslims stream into Europe and then immediately go on welfare, and/or engage in fraud. This is because the Oslo imam was correct: non-Muslims paying for the upkeep of Muslims is a Qur’anic dictate. The Islamic holy book says: “Fight against those do not believe in Allah or the last day, and do not forbid what Allah and his messenger have forbidden, and do not follow the religion of truth, even if they are among the people of the book, until they pay the jizya with willing submission and feel themselves subdued.” (Qur’an 9:29)
Paying the jizya, a poll tax, is thus a sign of the humiliation of the unbelievers, and of Allah’s punishment of them in this world and in the next for the crime of rejecting Muhammad and Islam. Seizing money or goods from unbelievers is thus simply a move to restore the natural order of things, in which non-Muslims work and Muslims enjoy the fruits of their labors.
Muhammad’s second successor, the caliph Umar, said the jizya payments from the dhimmis were the source of the Muslims’ livelihood: “I advise you to fulfill Allah’s Convention (made with the Dhimmis) as it is the convention of your Prophet and the source of the livelihood of your dependents (i.e. the taxes from the Dhimmis.)’” (Bukhari 4.53.388)
And UK jihad preacher Anjem Choudary, who is now in prison for his jihad activities, said in February 2013: “We are on Jihad Seekers Allowance, We take the Jizya (protection money paid to Muslims by non-Muslims) which is ours anyway. The normal situation is to take money from the Kafir (non-Muslim), isn’t it? So this is normal situation. They give us the money. You work, give us the money. Allah Akbar, we take the money. Hopefully there is no one from the DSS (Department of Social Security) listening. Ah, but you see people will say you are not working. But the normal situation is for you to take money from the Kuffar (non-Muslim). So we take Jihad Seeker’s Allowance.”
Some of the Muslim migrant fraudsters in America may have been collecting the Jihad Seeker’s Allowance, as some of the money they stole may have made its way to the Somali jihad terror group al-Shabaab. Others may simply be taking what they consider to be their due, in lieu of the jizya. We will see much, much more of this.

They engage in war for the sake of Allah, so they kill and are killed…”.

If Muslims are undertaking welfare fraud because they believe it is in lieu of jizya, to which they consider themselves entitled under sharia law, then no Western nation can afford the risk of allowing a single Muslim into their country.

Yes. Jizya is fundamentally an extortion payment paid by Jews and Christians to stay alive based on Muslim religious, legal discrimination taught in Islam’s Qur’an and in Islamic Law.

Or perhaps simultanously it is a fraudulent system designed in order to, beside the written above:
– drain the resources of the “targetted state”, in order to disrupt regular economy
– then use these resources on elevating the life of the local muslims, who in turn can employ more muslims, or bring more of their brothers and sister in the country.
Paying the jizya is both humiliating for the one that pays, and allows the receiver to look down on the person. Psychologically it is a decent weapon. Also allows for less social unrest. (Aka the muslims will less likely to form mobs to take everything. If they are a majority. If they are still a minority it is an effective way to not allow the local population to amass enough resources to mount a resistance.)
Economically however it is a slow rearrangement of capital, resources and goods.
Every year they drain the non muslims of resources, capital and goods, and then transfer this to muslims.
So it is a slow bleeding out strategy. And once they are bled out, and thus their numbers are low, they(muslims) can do whatever they want. Meanwhile they manage to stop the “others” to amass resources in order to finance their own freedom movements, uprisings, resistances.
(Remember in the past muslims were often a minority for quite a while in the countries they have conquered.)
That is why Islam is a very dangerous ideology.
Because many of the teachings are not just about psychology, deception humiliation and subjugation, but actually of economical effects.
And those that only focus on the psychology and humiliation and subjugation might lose the bigger picture. The denial of chance to get rid of muslims.
(If you look throughout the history every time a country managed to get rid of islam, it was almost always due to outside help. Outside economical, financial and military help.)

How many times did they invest in groups of a hostile nation to finance uprisings, to disrupt the social cohesion and so forth in the past?
What you are seeing in the US is similar that what many european countries(especially those in the eastern and southern european region) have already experienced for hundreds of years.
With allowing money to be donated to universities, to politicians, to whomever, and with technological advancement, it just became faster, and harder to notice.
There is a reason why many NGOs, news media outlets and so forth are not so keen on being transparent.
That is why the DSA in USA is a very dangerous political movement.
Because it has nothing to do with what we as europeans understand under democratic socialist. It is something different, worse, more authoriter, more along the lines of what our Parties for the “workers and peasents” used to be. A party whose focus is on making the country into a People’s Republic.
And the sad part is it has been infiltrated already by muslim insurgents, and the members do not even realize they are not used to bring forth this leftist utopia, but to disrupt their own country’s social cohesion, to weaken the country, so a muslim takeover will be easier.
(For other more traditional institutions they hijack their values in order to further their own goal, the islamic takeover. Here in the US we have another group stealing from retail establishments and referring to it as reparations while also having Muslims who believe Allah sanctions their stealing through fraud. Imagine the coming gang violence between the two over who has the “theft rights”.

Anyone engaging in extortion….in any form….should be arrested, charged and tried under RICO, and that goes for all of the muzzlims involved in the various fraudulent schemes.

But that is the thing you cannot do that.
Because many females will call out that how inhumane, racist, etc it is.
Meaning that emotions and emotional prejudice will take priority over LAW.
That is also why ICE and other law enforcement agencies, judicial institutions, workplaces and a number of other areas are under constant attack.
Because of facts and evidence, the american and most western and european societies has moved towards emotional perceptions, what feelings this stirs in you, and emotionally perceived facts. (Emotional compliance over fairness)
When a society moves toward this kind of perception of reality, where facts and evidence can be completely ignored on the basis of what emotions one feels in accordance to the issue, then society enters a dysfunction.
And this is what we are seeing throughout the western civilisation. It affects almost every aspect of society. (Very few areas are untouched, industries that rely heavily on manual labour, or very firm math and physics and such. And even these are being infiltrated by this dysfunct mentality)
Add to it the believe all women(or perceived victim) mentality and we can also throw out fair trials, equality before the law and a few other things.
(I was actually surprised that a female political commentator herself has started to realize this a few years ago. It took me a long time to realize these and be able to voice my concerns as an economist. And still nobody is willing to even engage.)
We can also throw out merit and performance based rewards.
We are heading toward or are already at an emotionally compliant society.
Which means that we are actively undermining the cornerstones of free society.
And what is the most surprising in this regard, that the most vehement advocates for this change are women. (Overfeminization as Helen Andrews put it.)
(Btw if anyone watched any of the recently trending marriage numbers and birthrates are down, it is an effect of the above described. If female emotions or their perception of reality which is based on how they feel is valued over facts and evidence, things will crumble. Because reality does not care about emotions. Society does. So overemphazing emotional responses leads to wide spread societal dysfunction. And if it actively seeks to punish average men things get even worse. This is why many men also leave the workforce. Because their performance and work does not matter anymore, since it is perceived through an emotional lense.)

The Muslims have the sympathy of the American people due to manipulation. ICE is just bullying these thieves. And also DOGE had a negative approval rating. And also, Palestine now out polls Israel. Amazing comment it brings a lot to light.
The Muslims play into our western Christian morals, they’re playing our minds. But I must admit, we are fools as a collective and the Muslims are not fools. They go for the win and they are all together as one in America. They think clearly. How can I steal? How can we bring people to our side and even support our stealing by manipulating them to think Trump and conservatives are the evil ones, while the Muslims are the moral peaceful misunderstood victim.

The victims of fraud, or extortion, don’t have a reason to be “humiliated.’ and they don’t have to be; they don’t have to give in to that kind of feeling. Being angry is a more reasonable response.
However, the *victims* are not the people who then pursue Justice against the extortioner.
You do know that if your home is burglarized, you call others to deal with the crime. It works that way also with being victimized by an extortioner.
Several of the muzzlims engaging in fraud have already been tried and sentenced.
It would be simple enough to charge those who have used extortion against infidels with a violation of the RICO Act. Other criminals belonging to organized criminal groups, have been sent to prison for extortion and other crimes, such as money-laundering, (there is an entire list of crimes under RICO).
The same process would work against muzzlims. It **can be done.**

I think you misunderstand or miss the part i mean.
(Btw. I am not American. Also do not live in a country that has a federal government. So for me the RICO Act and a few other things is a slightly foreign concept.)
I said that there are laws, there is LAW that can be used to deal with them.
To give them the proper punishment and so forth.
However that is based on NON-EMOTIONAL FACT BASED REALITY.
The Law is objective. (Or aspires to be as possible.)
But the persons who see the LAW through their EMOTIONAL FACT BASED REALITY do not think so. Example:
Every men who commits a fraudulent act which acts costs the government at least 1 mio dollar should receive 5 years of imprisonment. They would say that this is unfair.
Because it does not take into account the difference between a white man and an arab man and a trans woman(if i recall well these are the originally biological male ones) and a muslim man and a so forth.
– This 5 year law should only apply for white man, and let us say mostly asian man. does not matter if they are citizens or not.
– As US citizen blacks are now closer in thought to their fellow white US citizens and asian citizens, they should only get 3.5 years, because of historical oppression. But if they are blacks and non citizens 2 years and should not be deported.
– Trans women should get 2 years but they should spend it in female prisons.
– an arab men if he is muslim should spend maybe 0.5 years, since he is from a different culture but absolutely not deported if he is an illegal one. Because of systematic islamophobia.
– an arab men if he is non-muslim then he is closer in thinking to the white man so should spend 4 years in prison.
This is what i mean. This is “emotional logic”. (And thrust me it was not easy to come up with this. Because it lacks logic, it just bases its made up sentences on the levels for instance say perceived oppression. You get more leeway the more we feel you are oppressed. Notice i use “we feel”. )
Whereas in objective Law matters, intent, motive, understanding of the crime and so forth. -> which is an alien concept to someone whose thought processes run based on EMOTIONAL FACTS.
You can observe this quite greatly in today’s media as well:
All women are innocent until proven guilty, but all men are guilty until proven innocent.
One men’s crime is all men’s crime, but one women’s crime is not all women’s crime. (It is just a misstep, an outlier.)
There are literally statistics that could not be published that have shown that women were(in a less female biased society) just as much likely to abuse their male partners as the males their female partners. (Usually the type of abuse was different.)
But these were not allowed to be published, these were often censored(female part left ou). And the said part i am not even joking. The authors often themselves self censored, or their publishers etc. (In the 1980’s and 1990’s.)
Which lead to believe all women, believe all victims and such ideologies.
And now false accusations can ruin a persons life without consequences.
Or an actual abuser can get away, if he or she is able to garner enough support because he or she is able to paint herself or himself as a VICTIM.
And since Muslims in America(and Australia and Europe) can only be VICTIMS of “systematic islamophobia” & “systematic racism” from the native population, they WILL ALWAYS BE PERCEIVED AS VICTIMS by those whose perception of reality is based on EMOTIONAL FACTS.(the quotes are there to highlight the most commonly used trophes.)
I hope this makes clearer that the government has the tools, but its own subjects are standing in the way to use these tools.

Since you are not an American, have no federal government and do not understand the *concept* of RICO, your response to mine about not being humiliated, but instead being angry, just doesn’t fit.
The RICO ACT is law One especially formulated, written and passed in order to deal with gangs, such as the Mafia, Cosa Nostra and the AB. All deal in prostitution, extortion, money-laundering, drug trafficking, human trafficking, weapons trafficking and others in which those criminal enterprises engage.
the normal response to someone stealing….taking what they have no right to take…is anger. Not humiliation. Humiliation …such as some rape victims feel…keeps the victim from other responses they need to make.
Such responses include reporting the crime and testifying.
However, if the prosecutors and LE feel anger at the perps, they can’t act on their anger when investigating, arresting, prosecuting and imprisoning.
So your shouting about *emotions* being wrong, is in itself, wrong..

I will reply here, as the site does not allow to reply to your post anymore(i am guessing reply limit) that clarifies what you meant under your reply.

I understand what you mean under this.
However i did not say that the judical personal is or should act out of emotions.
I said that LAW should be objective. However because of what you say as they are humans as well, at least should aspire to be as objective as possible.
That is why there are certain checks in place. And if it turns out that a prosecutor or judge is overly invested emotionally in a trial, they can be removed. But protestors that are overly invested usually cannot be removed. People who misprepresent information in the media about trials and events also cannot be removed.
(Unless they violate certain criminal acts in which case they might go to prison but i dont see this happen that often, even most protesters are let go pretty fast.)
But with what i described is a different kind of thing.
What i described in regards to a person perceiving the law through an Emotional Fact based reality will advocate for a form of MOB JUSTICE.
A person who commits crime as per LAW and could be judged by your RICO act, should not according to them, because he is merely redistributing wealth and he or she is a member of an oppressed minority.
And the persons who think like this are the ones that are willing to take to the streets, and obstruct the delivery of Law.
This is what i meant, that you have the Law you can apply and act upon, but there are people who will try to stop this. And their thought process works completely in a different way. Because they do not even recognize the laws or the RICO act to be fair, since they do not deal with for instance racial differences, differing states of oppression levels and so forth.
Earlier i wrote that it is a form of mob justice that they want to enact. But now while writing this (and i am sorry if i am unable to explain myself properly but english is not my native) i recall that i was born in a system that to a degree actually used a similar judicial system. However instead of emotions there it was compliance with the party and its ideology that was important when they handed out punishment.
So perhaps the trials that were held in the old soviet style systems is a more appropriate comparision.
Where persons who committed even the most heinous crimes could get away with it should they have been a high level party member, loyal to the ideology and so forth.
You can see something similar in what these people who perceive reality through their Emotional Facts wish for. (So what they wish for is actually a form of a show/conception trial vs the right to due process, equality before law, etc. i actually was born in a People’s Republic.)
(There are already signs by the way where due process is denied to young males. Look up the case of Owen Poirier. False accusation lead to him committing suicide and he was denied due process by his principal, superintendant, school district, school. He was presumed guilty until proven innocent. And he took his own life at the age of 15.)
I hope this might shed some light on what i am trying to say and make it easier to understand. If not, then the fault likely lies with me for being unable to articulate what i wish to explain in a foreign language.

You make a good effort, but you don’t really understand the Law here.
I have been to trials. I have seen emotion at work in the court room. It doesn’t make the judge (who often show emotion in the court room) send anyone to jail
Emotion is necessary for things to move forward.. Without righteous anger, people are left to break laws. You can’t see that.
So, I’m done trying to explain.

Look at all the recipients that signed up to participate in the fraud. For every organizer of a fraud scheme how many more participants were there? By all means go after the organizers but also gather up all the participants and export them all.

It’s worth noting how the relationship between the Fraud Jihadi organizers/participants and the
U.S. authorities, mirrors the relationship between the authorities and the Grooming/Rape/Torture Gangs Jihadis in the UK.
