Yet ever since 9/11 and before then as well, the Islamic machine in the United States — the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and other Muslim Brotherhood groups — have insisted that opposition to violence committed in the name of Islam and in accord with its teachings, and to Sharia oppression of women and others, constituted “malicious prejudice or hatred directed toward Islam.” This has become the mainstream view; leftists, and many patriots as well, still take it for granted as axiomatically true, and unsavory groups such as the Southern Poverty Law Center and the ADL spent millions to make these smears mainstream.
Now Virginia is going to codify them into law, adopting what is essentially a blasphemy law that will forbid criticism of Islam. The job is very nearly complete.

The legislation would also direct the Virginia State Police, with directions from the Office of the Attorney General and the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, to incorporate the definition of Islamophobia into the state’s hate crime reporting wing. Supporters of the law say the change would help police more accurately identify and classify bias-motivated offenses against Muslims and those perceived to be Muslim….
While Senate Bill 624 states it would not create a new criminal offense, civil cause of action, or restrict speech protected under the First Amendment or the Virginia Constitution, critics have raised concerns that placing a state mandated definition of Islamophobia into state law could blur the line between first amendment protected criticism of Islam as a religion and violent acts motivated by an anti-Muslim hatred or bias….

If the bill passes, the pro-Muslim governor will rush to sing it I would not be surprised if Muslims threaten members of the state legislature in order get it passed. If it gets passed crimes committed by Muslims will skyrocket. It will take take the Supreme Court to overturn it.

If anyone breaks the law by threatening as muzzlims do, or advocate for the overthrow of the government, as muzzlims do, they should be prosecuted and whatever they believe shouldn’t be an excuse.
Many parents have had children taken when doctors accuse the parents of child abuse. I have a friend whose son was taken by the court because doctors said he needed a blood transfusion and the father wanted him treated differently, for religious reasons.. The boy was in the hospital; the father was not denying all treatment, just didn’t approve of the blood. It carries so much that is the person, when given to another, the body rejects it, which is hard on a person who is ill.
The court took over and the child was given blood. This is only one case where I personally knew the family.
So much could be done with muzzlims….as in child fgm…that has not been done.
You may remember the video posted here some years ago where members of the muzzlim sect that whips themselves and little kids were being whipped by adult males. That should have been an occasion of mass arrests.
When mafia, cosa nostra or the AB members are arrested and prosecuted under RICO, their organization is not banned. The same way of doing things should be used when muzzlims break the law.
Just because it’s a religion, it shouldn’t be a reason to allow such things.
If there were large numbers of muzzlims charged this way, some of them would leave the country rather than be put in prison.

For elective surgery, patients can bank their own blood prior to the procedure. That’s one possible way to deal with the, say, Jehovah’s Witnesses’ religious belief prohibiting blood transfusions from other individuals.
Of course, with emergency surgery, doctors need an emergency court order.

There was one time I lost a lot of blood and needed surgery. It was an emergency.. My doctors used volume expanders because I expressed to them that I didn’t want transfusions. I went home a few days later, feeling fine.
Another time and a different emergency surgery. My count was 3. I came through that too without needing blood.
If someone knows they will need surgery, saving their own is a way to avoid, as you said.
My point in my comment above was about the fact that people of faith are sometimes overruled by the government and things are not as the citizen chooses. So, going after the evil practices of muzzlims should be possible. It is possible, The government has just chosen not to take charge and do something to right the ship.
By the way, the doctors were wrong in their diagnosis in the case of my friend’s son. He didn’t have the condition for which they chose to transfuse him. So the family was traumatized for nothing.

Yes, volume expanders usually do the trick. But blood transfusion is indicated when blood loss, low blood components, or medical conditions compromise the body’s ability to function properly.
And you are correct: the governments of most Western countries have “chosen not to take charge and do something to right the ship” regarding islam. Currently, and for the most part, the political will is not there.
