Two Muslims, two separate fraud cases, and millions in fraudulent claims —such news no longer surprises. Every week brings fresh news of Muslim medical professionals defrauding the state or federal governments. This time, those charged were not Somalis, eighty-six of whom have already been convicted for defrauding the taxpayers in Minnesota of billions of dollars, but two Pakistani nationals living in Oregon. Two Pakistani migrants have been charged in Oregon for an alleged scheme defrauding Medicare and other federal programs of up to $17 million, federal officials say.
In a press release from Tuesday, June 23, the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the District of Oregon reported that migrants Jahangeer Ali, 34, Mehrdad Gerami, 67, were arrested for allegedly perpetrating a number of schemes to defraud Medicare, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Veterans Health Administration, and private insurance companies of millions.
Prosecutors say that Jahangeer Ali owned Oregon Clinical Laboratory and through the company submitted fraudulent claims of genetic testing to Medicare Advantage plans costing the taxpayers up to $15 million. When contacted by investigators, the doctors and clinics mentioned in the billing statements said they never had any dealings with Ali’s company.
As to Mehrdad Gerami, investigators say he created fake sleep study results claiming the studies were conducted at his Coastal Diagnostic Testing Group and Coastal Diagnostic officers that were either actually conducted elsewhere, or were never conducted at all….
This nationwide crackdown on Medicaid and Medicare fraud has revealed that more than 80% of those involved are Muslims. What could be the reason? A deep contempt for the 98.7% of the population that is non-Muslim, whom the Qur’an describes as “the most vile of created beings”? A desire to exact, with these frauds, a putative jizyah from the American infidels? You be the judge.

Criminals all. This is a part of their warfare. They will accost people on the street in places where the government agrees with them, and where the government does not agree with them, they accost through computers and paperwork.
In African nations, they steal from poor people and murder thousands, while taking land, property, and whatever the poor people own and use for survival.

Medicare and Medicaid have eliminated their fraud prevention safeguards to the point where an unsophisticated fraudster is taking candy from a baby.
Medicare once had an accounting system that spotted and prosecuted fraud before it got out of hand. Maybe someone could steal thousands of dollars, but not tens to hundreds of millions. As a kid, I remember watching the idiot lantern, and commercials came on that said that you can get a motorized wheelchair for free. That operation was shut down very quickly. The actuaries working in major insurance companies are able to spot probable insurance fraud, such as staged auto accidents and crooked doctors and medical facilities that bilk no-fault for unnecessary treatment. Perhaps Medicare can use AI to analyze claims for fraud. There will always be people that will want to cheat the system just as there will always be burglars. But Medicare needs to lock its doors and submit patters of bogus c,aims for investigation and prosecution.

I worked for a health insurance company in the fraud department. It’s not hard to catch the criminals if one is actually doing their job.

Seems the “left side coast” is learning a real time lesson except they have been penetrated for decades by the Socialists Workers Party whose members are intricate parts of their government bureaucracy. We’ll see how this plays out but it is absolutely clear that Islam is incompatible with our Constitution Republic and the Quran needs to be the center of all the legal debates that are unfolding!
