And not every Catholic is delighted. Pope Leo XIV went to the Italian island of Lampedusa to greet a large number of migrants from North and sub-Saharan Africa; the video has been seen by more than a million people, and it has elicited more than two thousand mostly negative comments.
More on the smiling immigrant-favoring, interfaith-racketing Pope can be found here: “Pope Leo welcomes migrants to Europe while Vatican keeps fortress-like borders,” LifeSiteNews,
Images of Pope Leo XIV welcoming African migrants to Europe has sparked outrage, as some accuse the Pontiff of encouraging the weakening of western nations while maintaining Vatican City as an impenetrable fortress that threatens illegal migrants with huge fines and lengthy prison sentences.
In a widely viewed video posted by EWTN, the Pope can be seen greeting a large group of migrants who had just made their way by boat to the Sicilian Island of Lampedusa. He also prayed at a cemetery there for migrants who died making the perilous journey.
The viral video has been seen over 1.1 million times while triggering nearly 2,000 mostly negative comments because of the Vatican’s longstanding hypocrisy on migration and open borders.
“The Church’s silence regarding the threats European Christians face is already deafening. Combining it with telling Europeans that they must do more to ‘integrate and protect migrants’, is adding insult to injury,” declared Eva Vlaardingerbroek, conservative European commentator and founder of the Save Europe Act, responding to the video….
“It is a painful slap in the face of the Christian native peoples of Europe and all those who lost their children and loved ones as a result of mass migration,” Vlaardingerbroek said….
“My opinion on this is clear: Europe does not have a moral obligation to house the entire world, especially not when it comes at the cost of civilizational destruction,” she concluded.
Pope Leo XIV is a kind man, but too kind to those mostly Muslim migrants he has been welcoming and whose presence in Europe has been catastrophic for the indigenous peoples of the Continent. He was raised in the U.S. He spent fifteen years of his life in Peru. Europe is not central to his mental makeup, as it has been for every other Pope. He does not feel the threat of a demographically triumphant Islam’s transformation of Europe that Eva Vlaardingerbroek feels, and the late Pope Benedict felt, and tens of millions of Europeans who have now awakened to that threat, now feel. Perhaps he will at least give Cardinal Muller’s warning his attention. One does not expect. One hopes.

He is a violent Muslim. The pope and his predecessor have openly covered up the vast crimes of Muslims against Christians all
Over the world, and they even welcomed the killers into Europe and washed their feet and blew the migrants off as well. It’s true. Pope Francis was also passed around by the Muslims in the Lampadusa bathroom. Look it up.
These new Catholic leaders are actively covering up Islams crimes, and instead they found their boogey man, Israel is apparently the bad one. Why Israel? Because they take on the popes boyfriend, the Muslims. Ever notice that? Anyone who takes on Muslims gets scolded by the church? Yes, and that’s why they turned on Trump, he was denounced because he attacked the Popes master, the Islamists in Iran.

I think Ibn Warraq is correct here and I would add that so-called moderate Muslims are indeed worse than the fully “devout” Muslims because they give cover to the worst religion ever created by man.

A photo of a hypocrite. Demanding that the people of the public *must* open their doors to others who will rape their wives, daughters and grandmas, rape their little boys, and murder all whom they please, is un-Christian.
The false prophet (he claims the seat of Peter, a prophet and Apostle), wolf in sheep’s clothing, would not allow those same ones to sit at his table and sleep next to him. Even though he has no wife, no children, to be victims of the rapists/murderers, the muzzlims are not welcome inside his home.
There are verses in the Bible (which he claims to follow) warning readers not to “go beyond what is written.”
He doesn’t just do that; he ignores what is written
The Apostle John says about people who do go against Jesus and His commandments, “Do not say a greeting to them or invite them into your home.”
The faker is inviting muzzlim marauders into the homes of others, and demands that Christians put out the welcome mat.
He may believe all should listen to him, but anyone who *listens* to Jesus, will know that this false shepherd is working against Christ.

As you can see Beans, the people here are not interested in your anti-Catholic anti-Pope rhetoric.
You are fundamentally unable to comprehend the function of the Christian faith, which is in reality the Roman Catholic Church.
Try to visualize for a moment what damage to the credibility of Christianity and to the Catholic Church it would be if the Pope followed your ideas and openly took a position of harming helpless migrants?
What is the Pope supposed to do, sink boats full of women and children? Tell me your solution do not just attack others with false claims such as as the Pope being a Muslim.
somehistory says
The boats aren’t carrying “women and children.” Most of the passengers are young, military aged males. and the “women” though fewer in number, often worse than the males, except for the fact they aren’t as keen on raping.
Furthermore, the Roman Catholic church and the “Christian Faith, are **not** the same thing.
It’s a good idea for any person wishing to please Jesus Christ, to compare what people …such as the pope…do and say with what the Bible reports on what Jesus and His Apostles said and did and wrote down.
Jesus is Christ and His Apostles were personally chosen by Him. Jesus did not choose a pope, not one.
M says
Somehistory,
Yes the Roman Catholic Church is Christianity. The rest of the denominations are only the rebellious offspring of the original Church, the only Church, the Roman Catholic Church. I do not mean any disrespect of any other denominations by my comments.
As far as the Pope goes, he is absolutely following the teachings of Jesus and his apostles, without question. The spirit of the Pope’s stance on immigration is rooted in the parable of the Good Samaritan, which explicitly includes peoples of other faiths.
It would be very unnatural to somehow claim if Jesus were here on earth, that he would m neglect these asylum seekers who seek to come for safety and a better future. A majority of Christians would agree with this position as well, as evidenced by the very high approval ratings of the previous Pope, Francis.
To be clear, I do understand and have begun to see the problems that arise with certain groups of people following certain faiths when they settle in the Christian world. But rejecting asylum seekers is simply not a part of our teachings, this is why you are seeing the strong commitment towards assisting asylum seekers coming from the Church during this past decade.
The Church also has a global responsibility to maintain its reputation and integrity, especially in Nations where Muslims and Christians may be residing together. By accepting other peoples of certain faiths into the west, this helps Christian communities in areas where they are a minority. It is vitally important for the Pope not to make divisive statements about the condition of Christians in these lands because of the communal conflict that the wrong set of words they could cause.
gravenimage says
Yes, this anti-Catholic stuff from Beans is absurd.
But your claim that it is the role of the Pope to invite in murderous Muslims to destroy us is equally risible.
And how are migrants murdering Westerners in Jihad terror attacks “helpless”? They are not coming from war torn nations for the most part, and there are plenty of safe places they could go to in Dar-al-Islam, in any case.
And claiming that our not wanting to be murdered by Jihad invaders is “sink boats full of women and children” is grotesque calumny. And where are these boats full of women and children? Almost off of these “refugees” are single military-aged men–no *actual* refugee stream has *ever* looked like this.
gravenimage says
M, the Catholic Church never used to surrender to Islamic invasion. Try again. In fact, none of us would be free today if it had.
And the claim that Muslims destroying our socities and raping and murdering our people is their acting like the Good Samaritan could *not be more perverse*.
And Jesus *never* preached embracing evil–are you saying that he would preach child marriage, raping women, crushing freedom–including the freedom to practice Christianity–and mass murder? Hell no. Try again.
Jihad terror is not a “better future”–save for Jihad terrorists.
And the claim that Muslims are mass murdering Christians in Dar-al-Islam because Chrsitians in the free world oppose this could not be more false and perverse. Islam itself teaches the slaughter of unbelievers–including Christians.
somehistory says
Sorry, M, but you don’t have Scriptural legs to stand on in claiming that all who are not Catholic, but believe in Jesus, are not Christians.
The Apostle Paul….the Apostle who actually went to Rome….wrote, “In later periods of time, some will ***fall away from the faith***….forbidding to marry” That should find a note with the “church”….as they forbid those who wished to be priests and nuns (where are the Scriptural directions for nuns in the Bible?) from marrying.
The Word of God also says, “Let no man judge you in eating or drinking….” and yet for years, the Catholics were told they couldn’t have meat on Friday.
And so many Catholics have never read the Bible….due to the past when they were forbidden to read it and those in the hierarchy ,hounded and killed some who were translating the Bible to a common language so everyone could understand it.
Some who actually had a Bible in their homes, were killed by the “church.”
The Revelation Jesus sent by angel to the Apostle John, begins by “happy is he who reads aloud the words of this scroll.”
Quote; “The revelation from Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show his servants what must soon take place. He made it known by sending his angel to his servant John, 2 who testifies to everything he saw—that is, the word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ. 3 Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near.
The “church” didn’t want their congregants to read any of God’s Word….and persecuted those who did manage to get a copy to read.
As for the Parable Jesus told of the Good Samaritan….have you read it and pondered upon it?
The Samaritans were part Jew due to the actions of enemies of the Jews.
The man who was injured by robbers was not taken to the Samaritan’s own home. He was taken to an inn where he would stay until he was able….”to go home.”
The Samaritan made the decision to help….he was not compelled by some guy who wouldn’t have taken the injured man anywhere, but demanded that the Samaritan do so. The Samaritan acted out of his own heart. And, the victim actually needed help. When the injured man was well, he would return home….not follow the Samaritan and demand to be fed, housed, etc.
Most of the muzzlims who are traveling from Africa and other places like syria, afghanistan, pakistan, are not **not** in need of help. They are traveling so as to find rape victims, steal, live off the hard work of others and murder all who refuse to convert to their evil ways.
Pointing out the errors of others, is Scriptural. Read Paul’s letters where he advises Christians to *counsel* one another; and the words of Jesus, Who said, “if your brother has something against you….go lay bare….”
This is far from “rebellion.” It’s Scriptural.
Wake up, M. the pope is not following Christ. He’s giving very bad advice. If you wish to help him see, write a letter and see what response you get.
Oh, And Jesus commanded, “Do not call anyone your father on earth.” Jess even told a young man not to call Him, “Good.”
And yet…..what is done in the “church”? “father,” “holy father,” etc.

Sorry, I missed the absent “u” in Jesus. I did read what I wrote, but my mind saw it as being correct, and then not so after posting.

😂. Have no doubt at all, nobody here supports the stupid traitor you call the Pope. You haven’t been here long enough to read the commentary.
You asked if I would sink the migrant ships? The answer is absolutely yes. And you’re a fool, the ships are full of migrant men coming to rob the taxpayer and do crimes, and eventually take over your towns. So yes I say sink it! And if there’s something worse we can do, let me know because I will support!
And guess what! When the Pope had balls at one point in time, he called a crusade! So yes the pope could absolutely sink the migrant ships, that’s what Christians did for centuries you stupid clown! You are what’s wrong with the West, another Islamic puppet like Tucker! You probably are a Palestine puppet! Go live with your Muslims and get the hell out of my country.
If you want sharia so bad, go over there with your Pope and bring all the Muslims you want and pound sand.
You’re obviously a conflicted soy boy man who is controlled by a leftist circle of friends, probably an activist sociopathic church with a Pedo priest, a Catholic specialty.
You think you’re a conservative but you’re really not! No conservative supports invasion. I bet you’re a fan of Tucker the Muslim, and you’re a woke right kind of guy, just can’t admit it to yourself.
Are you a Palestine supporter? Answer that. And are you prepared to let whatever Islamic invader washes up on shore into your home? If Israelis were in trouble, I would let them into my home. What about your Pope’s Muslims, do you want them.
Your pope is a communist- Islamist dictator and he’s using your church as a platform to take over the west for the Muslims. Let me tell you something . I don’t want this pope having any say in any nations policies. He can have that pro Islamic invasion in his own country, the Islamic state of the Vatican.
M says
I have to say I am unpleasantly surprised by what O am hearing on this platform. I was under the false impression this was a Catholic friendly space for discussion.
As for most of the migrants being men, that is fully understandable. These routes are very dangerous for women and children, we expect the men to bring their families to safety as well once they are properly documented and accommodated by the host nation.
We should only see what every human “washes up on shore” as a human. This is what humanitarianism is grounded in…. Humans. We should not ask these questions of the newcomers that wish to stay.
As for the issues that may arise with one specific group of migrants of which many are concerned on this platform, the problem appears to be how exactly the host society organizes their integration into the new host society. That must be where the bottleneck occurs, similar sentiments are echoed by our Pope.
As for the many “offshoots” (to use a polite term) of The Roman Catholic Church, you only have to turn your gaze towards the Apostle Peter, who was given his authority directly by God himself, and we have an unbroken chain of command to this very day, this power being vested in the Pope, whatever title may have been used at whatever time is of no consequence to the facts.
And in no manner did I claim that peoples referring to themselves as Christians are not Christians because they do not follow the true Church. But the fact remains, you would not be part of the Church Jesus himself built and authorized Peter to be the authority. Probability tells me your corner Church is rudderless and devoid of any connection to Jesus’ Church. Whatever one of thousands of sects that may be, they all made the decision to break from the true Church and pursue their pet mission. The fragmentation will only continue further with these Churches up until people will begin dancing on stage, selling miracle medicines and the like.

The Christian Faith…is the Catholic Church ??
I am a Christian but not a Roman Catholic. So is the faith I bear in my heart worthless ?
gravenimage says
M, this *is* a friendly space for Catholics to post–there are many Catholics here. Your idea that a place is not friendly if people dare be critical of someone–of *any* faith, or none–who welcomes importing violent Jihad terrorists.
And the claim that violent military aged men are only coming here solo because it is too dangerous for women and children to do so is risible. In any *actual* refugee stream, most of the refugees are women, children, the elderly, and disabled. Military-aged men are far rarer, and *unaccompanied* military-aged men vanishingly rare.
And most of these military-age men do not have families–they settle in the host nation and then many of them then abuse local women.
And they are not “washing up” on our shores–they are deliberately aiming to invade our nations. Then, why head for a nation like Britain at all? There are numerous safe nations–including, in some cases, Islamic ones–between them and the British isles. Yet more and more Muslims are invading by sea.
And one can certainly see invaders as human–that *does not* mean inviting them all in.
And the claim that we should not dare ask them any questions–including if they share European values or plan to rape our people and murder us in Jihad terror attacks is just sickening. How do you “integrate” an invading army?
And your characterization of all non-Catholic Christians is pretty appalling. Odd that you have no problem with calumnating your fellow Christians, yet demand that we not dare question invading Jihadists. Just perverse.

The Roman Church is no different from the Muslim brotherhood. They both are on agreement to import millions of Muslims to take over the west.
And they’re both terror groups. If you willingly assist in migrant armies, where known terrorists are among them, you are as well a terrorist group. End of story.
You wouldn’t get away with doing that yourself would you? If you founded a Church for terrorists? No.
The Church should use its wealth to buy weapons and give them to Christians to defend themselves.
That M guy is a puppet of Muslims but doesn’t know it. He doesn’t have a choice but do as his master the Pope says so he must defend it. I get the feeling he doesn’t agree with the migration but he can’t disagree with the Pope lol.

They supported the Nazis back in the 1930s and now they support the islamic invasion full of young men that adore Adolf Hitler…
Around and around we go… History repeating itself.. Again..
M says
Excuse me sir. Hitler was very resentful towards the Catholic Church while in contrast was heavily influenced by your anti semitic Martin Luther, who was in fact more anti semitic than any Muslim nation of the time. Nazism is in fact rooted in his teachings. As far as siding with the Nazis, this is utterly false, as most churches simply did their best to attempt to survive an Hitlerite occupation. You are aware other Churches as well existed in Fortress Europa? Are you aware other religions such as Islam existed in Fortress Europa as well, and similarly they as well attempted to survive their own occupation in Yugoslavia and Albania with compliance when requested by the Hitlerite occupiers? Jews as well, may did join the ranks of the Nazi Party, as well as collaborate when it was requested of them for survival.
The Church of Jesus Christ is in fact the Roman Catholic Church today, it is not a matter of ignorantly searching for the name “Roman Catholic” in the Bible. It is instead the transmission of authority from Saint Peter up to the Popes of the present day. Are you even aware of how difficult it was to conceal our organization for the first few centuries from Pagan authority?
We built the entire spiritual and intellectual foundation for your corner church, as well as the entire western civilization itself, which was all under the Universal Church at one point in time, and once it became convenient after the most difficult work had been done, others decided it was best to abandon the Church and form their own more localized church to fit their radial agendas where all sorts of strange practices began being put into practice.
All of you are taking your frustration of Muslims out on Christians, who never brought these people into our countries to begin with. These were economic and political decisions made by the elected and unelected elites of our societies, not the Pope or The Church.
This is a societal problem we Catholics are attempting to address mainly because the largess of our Church being present in all western countries with a great humanitarian infrastructure.

To M,
“There is none so blind as those who will not see.” Those who choose to follow this “blind pope” creature will have the result, as Jesus said, “both will fall into the pit.”
Jesus warned His disciples of those who pose as “shepherds,” and are really “false Christs.”
Jesus didn’t start the “catholic church.” Jesus walked The Way for others to follow. His followers came to be “called Christian according to divine Providence,” as we can read in Acts.
He gave Peter the Keys of the Kingdom, but that was nowhere near the idea of setting up a ‘pope’….pontifex maximus….which guys were working with worldly nations. Many “popes” were selected from politicians. to run religion in Rome. Peter never was in Rome.
Jesus said, “My Kingdom is no part of this world.”
Peter used the “keys” to open the Way first for Jews to enter the Kingdom and sit with Jesus in heaven, and then used the second key to invite and open the Way for Gentiles to enter the Kingdom.
One who wants the Truth of what Jesus taught can find it, but not from the guy called ‘pope.’
Believe what you wish. but you have so much wrong..
