Good god, it has come to this. Israelis booking rooms in European hotels are now being told by some of them that the hotel’s management subscribes to the anti-Israel BDS (Boycott, Divest, and Sanction) campaign. They just wanted their would-be Israeli guests to know that they will be shunned and hated, but please, do book a room anyway. It’s crazy, but then, antisemitism is a pathological condition. As for those Israeli tourists, why give your business to antisemites? Find out which hotels all over Europe are virtue-signaling their hatred of Israel, and publish that list online for Israelis, Jews, and non-Jewish supporters of the Jewish state, to consult when they are about to book a hotel.
More on this nauseating development can be found here: “Israeli tourist cancels Italy hotel booking after receiving ‘No Room for Genocide’ email,” by Tzvi Jasper, Jerusalem Post, July 7, 2026:
An Israeli tourist received an automated email from a hotel she had booked in Italy, informing her that the hotel was part of BDS Italy’s “No Room for Genocide” campaign, leading her to cancel her booking.
“I wrote that I didn’t feel safe to go there,” the tourist, R, told N12. “It made me a little less eager to travel, but I’m getting over it. It’s still a very unpleasant feeling, and it ruins my mood even before the trip.”
In the emailed response, the hotel, Decumani Hotel De Charme, wrote that “This property endorses the No Room for Genocide campaign and respects freedom and human rights of communities suffering racist, ethnic, social, and other forms of harm and discrimination. We warmly welcome Palestinians, refugees and all those peacefully resisting oppression and struggling to attain their internationally recognized rights.”
The goal of the No Room for Genocide campaign is to pressure countries to prosecute Israelis who are, as BDS Italy claims, “involved in war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide against Palestinians on their soil….
Last month, a visibly Jewish man found “Free Palestine” on the TV in his Travelodge room in London Manor House.
The video of the incident went viral on social media, and soon after, a friend of his, also visibly Jewish and checking into the same hotel, reported the same message on the TV in his room.
Did his friend check in after he had seen that video? If so, why in god’s name did he check into the same hotel?
Note to self: compose a list of BDS-observant hotels all over Europe. And hotels with anti-Israel slogans that appear on their television screens. And hotels with employees who have a problem with Israelis, or, still worse, with all Jews. Make sure you never book a room in any of them. Share that list, by posting it on the internet, with others who will go and do likewise. Turn down the flow of those BDS bastards’ revenue streams.
And do send the offending hotels email messages reminding them that other Jews from the Land of Israel, a little more than 2000 years ago, were also told that there was “no room at the inn.”

This is something that jews have been dealing with since the liberating of the camps. All of us have suffered in small, but hurtful ways.
The problem now is that this is growing and being accepted to the pint of being okay. I know I would not want to stay where I was not wanted. Other people are happy to have me
It is ugly and hurtful, but it is nothing new.

is reviving & legitimizing the latent antisemitism of the 1940s

Grimly, this kind of ugly antisemitism dates back much before 1945.

A couple of years after the end of WW2, the writer, Ben Hecht, was discussing post war germany. Hecht offered this comment: “the nazis aren`t done. They`re just resting”. Over 80 years after the end of WW2, it looks like their rest, is over!

I would never, under any circumstances, book to stay in one of these antisemitic hotels. Please publish the list!

Hopefully these hotels find themselves in financial distress and close .

they deserve some payback. A large number of people reserve rooms and just before the deadline, cancel all reservations and give the reason: No Jews allowed means filth is. And who wants to sleep next to that?
On the news feed last evening was a story from NYC about some muzzlims saying they don’t want to be part of the bds against Israel. Not making comment on it, just *reporting* on what I read.

I’m sorry for the ‘payback’ comment. It’s muzzie fatigue syndrome. Really tired of those who hate getting to discriminate and businesses aiding and abetting them.

Tell these hotels to go to the devil. They are complicit in what may be a repeat of the evils of World War II. May these hotels be named, doxxed, and go bankrupt. And may their owners suffer the fate that they so rightfully deserve. It would be wonderful to find the family of the management of these hotels and make sure they are forever branded with the curse of their actions. Reminds me of Germany 1933. Perhaps the hotel and its management could be named specifically in a book called ‘Echoes of Nazi Germany.’
Ugly 312 says
Big Dude, unfortunately it reminds me of the stories my family recalled about being in Europe in 1933.
We are well organized now and have a heavy dose of Sunday people aligned with us. No more b.s., but first the prophet worshippers must be dealt with before we don’t have a place we can recognize as home. Let them try and put a hijab on the Statue of Liberty.

This. type of display of antisemitism
1). is not new;
2). is probably not confined to hotels in Europe.
In the 1940s in Canada, my father attempted to take a friend (a Jewish banker)
– they were denied entry. … because the friend was Jewish.
THAT was somewhere near eighty years ago … in Canada.

If all these anti Israel, anti Jewish morons wish to boycott everything Israeli or Jewish then I strongly suggest they log off of Whatsapp and Facebook and when going into Surgery in their local Hospital ask which of the MANY Medical devices to be used on them were invented by Jews and that way they can learn who did what for them…

“You’d think he’d be a Jew from the name, but he doesn’t look it. We’re restricted at the Floridiana. Wouldn’t have got in if he had been.” — Junius du Pont, part owner of the luxury hotel Floridiana in Miami, in Ian Fleming’s “Goldfinger” (published 1959). Seasons change, the millennia roll by; human wickedness endures with boring and tragic predictability. Love the typical “thrust and pattern” of Mr. Fitzgerald’s closing sentence.

Why not put together a list of hotels that welcome Jewish people, including those that cater for kosher diets? And publicise it widely so that those of us who are not Jewish, but are sympathetic, can book in these places as well.

One more reason why I keep advocating for Israel to brand itself as a part of Asia, rather than Europe. Ignore the ethnic ties most of your people might have w/ Europe, and instead, tie your future cultural interactions w/ Asian countries – Taiwan, S Korea, Japan, Vietnam, India, Thailand, Nepal, Singapore, et al

As late as the 1960s, I remember ads appearing in the NY Times, Herald Tribune, and possibly the Journal-American for hotels in New York’s Catskill area. Many of these hotels catered primarily to Jewish clientele, although everyone was welcome. But there were other ads for smaller hotels in the general area which stated they were located “near churches.” The owners of these hotels were making it abundantly clear to prospective Jewish guests that they would not be welcome, and should go elsewhere.
