As The History of Jihad explains, Muhammad concluded the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah with the pagan Quraysh on terms unfavorable to the Muslims, much to the confusion and anger of some of his companions. A new revelation promised the disgruntled Muslims “much booty” (Qur’an 48:19). Perhaps to fulfill this promise, Muhammad led them against the Khaybar oasis, which Jews, many of them exiles from Medina, inhabited, and massacred the Jews there, seizing the promised abundance of booty. The Treaty of Hudaybiyyah only lasted until the Muslims were strong enough to break it. Now Mohammad-Hossein Saffar-Harandi is likening U.S.-Iran negotiations to the same treaty. The Trump administration should take careful note of this, and ponder its implications for the usefulness of the negotiations altogether. But it won’t.

Mohammad-Hossein Saffar-Harandi: “War has its ups and downs. Our enemy pursues a specific line of attack, and when it fails, it retreats, regroups to rearm itself, and returns. We must do the same thing.

“War requires us to constantly look for new ideas and strategic plans, and this includes halting the conflict at a certain juncture and entering negotiations. This is the concept of attack and retreat in war. After pursuing a specific line of attack, the enemy reaches a point where they ask for talks.
“This was also the case during the days of the prophets. They would not fight non-stop. The war would pause for negotiations. The most prominent example is the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah. On the face of it, it looked like the Prophet was retreating, but in reality, it paved the way for future victories and conquests, and especially the conquest of Mecca….

Talking ‘peace’ with muzzlims is not the same as talking peace with a neighbor who has a similar background. It’s futile and dangerous, for anyone seeking peace and who knows nothing about islime.
The word “peace” doesn’t mean the same thing in the muzzlim brain as it does in the brains of non-muzlims.

Iran has shown that it will break the treaty in the future. The Trump administration is so stupid believing Iran will hold to the treaty.
Or, the Trump administration does not really care how Iran will do in the future as the goal is only to get something else than making the US safe from Iran, for example the oil.

The only thing Trump wants out of the Gaza ceasefire, the Lebanon ceasefire and the big one – the Iran ceasefire (remember Hamas and Hezbollah are bankrolled by Iran, so are the Houthis, so are a great many groups in Iraq, so is the SNPP in Syria), the only thing Trump wants is to win the Nobel peace prize. He believes it is owed to him. He doesn’t give a damn about Israel’s security, we know this because he stepped in and halted their destruction of Hamas and Hezbollah.
He also doesn’t give a damn about America’s future. If we thought Iran was a problem for the first 47 years, the next 47 years will be even worse. In the coming years, Islamic Iran will North Koreanize, Juchefy as it were. Iran will obtain nuclear weapons, and ultimately H-bomb loaded ICBMs. This will happen with the help of North Korean technicians, French technicians, and possibly other friends of Iran.
Trump isn’t going to win the Nobel peace prize. His Board of Peace will not bring peace to the Middle East. His MoU with Iran is the worst, most humiliating, foreign defeat in American history. He will go down in that history as a scoundrel and a liar so excessive that the Father of Lies – Satan himself – will be left blushing.
The winner her, as with everything America has done since 1992, will be Red China. Which is fine with Trump, who, during an Axios interview, when asked which world leader Trump admires the most replied – Xi Jinping.
My hats off to Emperor Xi, for getting away with being a brutal dictator, who horrifically persecutes Muslims & Christians alike, all while being the world’s most beloved leader. Hell, Red China’s Xi is the one thing Biden and Trump both agreed on – they simply love him.
Congrats to Islamic Iran for degrading, albeit unintentionally, the US military and permanently demoting the United States from “hyperpower”, “superpower”, and “unipolarity” status. All that’s over with.

“Neither the Prophet nor his followers shall be bound by a treaty with an infidel.” In other words, Iran will break any treaty presented to them. Heavy ordnance is what they understand.
