Talk about bad luck. But the winsome and patriotic Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Mogadishu) is handling it with her customary equanimity and grace, and in doing so, is giving all of us a lesson in how to deal with adversity.
It seems, you see, that Ilhan Omar had $30 million, and now she doesn’t have it, but she doesn’t seem to be particularly concerned about where it went. Easy come, easy go, right? Allah giveth and Allah taketh away. And sometimes Allah moveth Ilhan Omar and her accountants, under the cloud of possible ethics charges, to try to explain away the disappearance of $30 million as a simple clerical error, the sort of thing anybody could do, you know, when you forget to carry the two or something. Truly, Allah’s ways are most wondrous, and mysterious to the eyes of mere mortals.
And it may be because of her overflowing piety that Omar simply doesn’t want to talk about the missing $30 million. She has more important things to do, after all. Above all, she has to serve her constituents. Omar has won praise from a former Somali prime minister for making her highest priority not “the interest of Minnesota, nor is it the interest of the American people, the interest of Ilhan is that of the Somali people and Somalia.”
The good folks of Somalia need honest, energetic representation, and that’s what Ilhan Omar is in Washington for. How can this selfless public servant be expected to turn her attention from the well-being of the Somali people to some piddling, impertinent questions about a few missing millions?
And so it was altogether fitting and proper that Omar should stonewall some insolent kuffar who tried to make a mountain out of this particular molehill. Fox News reported Thursday that Omar “refused to address her revised financial disclosures that could imply she has a negative net worth after the progressive lawmaker dramatically reduced the reported value of assets tied to her husband’s business ventures.”
The audacious infidel from Fox News Digital, no doubt a “white supremacist” as well as an “Islamophobe,” dared to ask Omar: “Can you tell us if your husband still has the consulting business and the wine business?” This was an important question for both Omar and her husband Tim Mynett (no, this one’s not her brother; that was an earlier husband). As Fox explains, “in Omar’s 2024 financial disclosure records, Mynett’s share in his winery was valued between $1 million and $5 million, and his share at the venture capital advisory firm was valued between $5 million and $25 million. Now, his equity interests are both listed at $0.”

You think the IRS would be ? In US law if you take out just under 10k from your bank account a few times it throws up red flags from the IRS if you are an average citizen .There have been many average businessmen who get flag for taking out 9000-9999 or so a few time a month a few months in a row to by past the law of telling the bank what you doing with the money .I bought a car for cash I had to fill out a form because I was getting a certify check made out to the dealership . If you take out over 10k at a time you have to tell the bank by law what you are doing with it .They notify the IRS ,this very special congress person claim her and her “present” husband made millions of dollars with a start up wine company that owns no land ,rented no land, grew no grape and made no wine. They claim they made this money not bottling other people wine ,but by making and selling wine labels. Now after filing their join returns claiming they made 30 million ,they have sent in amended returns that it was an” accounting error ‘ they have a joint income for 2025 of under a million? So yes a very special congress person should be question by the IRS for this Somalia accounting style error on her join “family” tax returns over a 29 million dollar difference on what her and her “present husband” made on printing wine labels? This does not seem confined to this new American citizen elected to a congresswomen’s seat many Senators and congressmen congresswomen get very rich in office with investments and deals that in private industry would get average citizens jail time for inside trading.. Her proud Islamic idiotic attitude is getting fellow congress man and women nervous .because she will not even address the issues maybe the average citizen may question their local elected officials inside dealing scams ?.Looking into her joint tax returns would be classified as racist or Islamophobic ,because math and basic accounting are not a thing in Somalia Islamic culture

It shouldn’t be left to reporters to ask her questions. She should be sent one of those thingys courts and attorneys send …subpoenas…and demands that she appear before some committee made up of people with some power of office to force her to tell….to show documents, bank accounts, money transfers, expenditures, etc. Put her in a police station…maybe in Florida….and have some State’s attorney ask her questions. Send a U.S. attorney to MN to grill her under caution of perjury.
By now, her sister and brother…not the one she married….still in somalia , are likely spending those millions for power over others.
Put her on the hot seat and griddle her until she coughs up some Truth. Then send her where the somalia flag legally flies and never allow her to return.

I’ll guarantee it is in an offshore bank account. If she claimed this $30 million in order to obtain loans or financial advantages she committed FRAUD. A good audit of her should determine one or the other.
