Maybe this fellow really is mentally ill, but the claim that jihadis are mentally ill is European authorities’ all-purpose dodge, as they continue to deny the reality of jihad and the effects of the mass Muslim migration they’ve inflicted upon the continent. The problem now is that the genuinely mentally ill can’t be sorted out from those who are actual Islamic jihadis.

A Syrian migrant who attacked passengers with an axe and hammer aboard a German high-speed train has avoided prison after a court ruled that he was not criminally responsible because of schizophrenia.
The Regensburg Regional Court instead ordered the 21-year-old to remain in a psychiatric hospital, concluding that he was suffering from severe delusions when he launched the attack on an ICE train in Lower Bavaria on July 3, 2025.
Two passengers suffered serious head injuries, and the presiding judge said it was only by chance that nobody was killed. The ruling is not yet final and subject to appeal.
According to the court’s reconstruction reported on by Die Zeit, the attacker first approached a 25-year-old Syrian passenger who was traveling to Passau with his mother and younger siblings. He stared at the man before walking through the carriage carrying an axe and hammer.
The family became alarmed by the suspect’s behavior, and the mother asked another passenger to call police. While the 29-year-old was making the emergency call, the attacker struck him in the head with the axe, leaving him unconscious with a fractured skull.
The assailant then moved toward the family and struck the 52-year-old mother twice in the head, also fracturing her skull. Her son managed to seize the axe and hit the attacker in self-defense, seriously injuring him….
According to Welt, the court considered charges including attempted manslaughter and aggravated assault, but found that the man could not be held criminally responsible because of his mental illness.
The judge said he had developed schizophrenia after arriving in Austria as an unaccompanied minor following a three-year journey through Turkey and Greece. He reportedly heard commanding voices and believed that criminal groups were pursuing him….

In Europe you will always see Muslims get away with whatever it is against the law, and the born citizens go to jail. I am surprised they didn’t jail the victim for defending his mother who thank God did die. They can preach Muhammad, Allah and hatred for Jews and Christians without repercussions, but let a Christian mention Jesus and they get jailed.

What is the percentage of Muslim migrants avoiding prison due to an insanity plea verses native Germans who were arrested for similar assault felonies with intent to kill who claimed the same insanity plea? Same comparative question in Britain, France, Spain and Sweden. Are Euros aware of what their own courts are doing? The German government (and others) may not have legalized sharia law in Germany (and other Western European nations_ but their courts and politicians are making up for that by granting Muslims their own “special” legal system to avoid prison for serious crimes.

They must be coaching these rampaging jihadists on how to appear to be mentally ill. Knowing how hard it is to determine if someone is sane or not. Here is one test the psych’s use. SAPS (Scale for the Assessment of Positive Symptoms)
The SAPS is a 34-item questionnaire divided into four core domains:
Hallucinations: Evaluates auditory, visual, olfactory, and somatic perceptual abnormalities.
Delusions: Assesses beliefs held with strong conviction despite contradictory evidence (e.g., grandiose, persecutory, or somatic delusions).
Bizarre Behavior: Observes socially inappropriate actions, including unusual dress, grooming, or ritualistic acts.
Positive Formal Thought Disorder: Examines disorganized speech, tangentiality, and derailment.
A guy might not score perfectly on each item but it would probably pass the smell test for a German court.

Do you really think that government authorities actually perform mental health assessments on every illegal that enters Germany? I doubt it. I highly doubt it. More than likely they make into Germany, are automatically given their government benefits card, and released into German society with very little evaluation as to their claims or mental health status.

It seems as if all Muslim traitors are insane. They have been caught in one minute and sent to a psychiatric clinic in the next.
In Germany the media must not publish the nationality of a traitor. But you can be sure that he is a native German or Christian foreigner, if he is sent to jail. And he is a Muslim, if he’s sent to psychiatry.

Two main problems with this, of course–if these Jihadists actually stayed in asylums this would be insanely expensive but at least the public would be safe–but often they are reevaluated after a couple of years, and not prosecuted or deported, but *just released into the Infidel population* to commit for violence.
The other thing, of course, is that this many Muslims being “mentally ill” means that they should be banned from the West.
