The principle is always and everywhere the same: in Muslim countries, non-Muslims are expected to conform their behavior to Islamic sensibilities. And in non-Muslim countries, non-Muslims are expected to conform their behavior to Islamic sensibilities. The lesson is being taught that Islam always comes first, and everything else has to wait. The infidels in Germany will get used to it. They have to.
“Bus driver stops to pray – passengers have to wait for minutes,” translated from “Busfahrer hält an, um zu beten – Fahrgäste müssen minutenlang warten,” Welt, July 8, 2026 (thanks to Medforth):
A bus driver from Stadtwerke Landshut took a break on his route to pray in the direction of Mecca. This delayed the onward journey by several minutes. The municipal utilities explained that the right to religious freedom applies, but that driving operations should not be interrupted.
On the route to Landshut, the driver stopped at a stop in Ergolding. The passengers waited several minutes. The municipal utilities are responding to the incident.
In Ergolding, a bus driver was late on the way to downtown Landshut – not because of traffic, but because of an unusual stop: The man parked the fully occupied bus at a stop in Ergolding to pray.
The regional news portal Idowa and Sat 1 Bayern, among others, report on this. Accordingly, the driver suddenly stopped the bus, went to the back, rolled out his prayer mat and prayed.
“Passengers were surprised, but also unsettled”
“The passengers were surprised, but also unsettled,” says Sat 1 Bayern. This delayed the journey by several minutes.According to the TV station, the municipal utilities emphasize the right to religious freedom. Of course, driving operations should not be interrupted. It is still unclear whether the driver will face any consequences.

OLD GUY says
Yes they do. And boy was that bus driver spitting in the face of those non-islamic German citizens.
Beans🫘 says
You guys realize Muslims have different ways to pray. So this one probably did the simple prayer. But there are some that add “extra credit” into their prayers.
My point being, how long can that bus wait on side of the road if he decides it’s freedom of religion to pray one hour a day!
Jennifer Ward says
Passengers should sing a Christian hymn. I would.

Sounds good. Also, any female passenger who stood in front of him–or anyone with a dog–would “invalidate” his prayer. I would suggest this, but it would likely be dangerous to try–especially for a woman.

This is why I have 3 different versions of “Hava Nagila” on my cell phone. Were I to encounter a “devout” muzlim exercising his “right” to religious freedom, I’m certain he would have no problem with me exercising MY right to religious freedom by celebrating Israel and listening & dancing to this while he’s praying. Fair is fair, right?

Driver stops to pray, ok he is out of the bus, close door and continue on your way.
If still on the bus push him off, close the door, leave him there.
Tell company he can pray on his day off & breaks but not on work time.
Big Dude says
it’s wonderful that he is free to pray. would he allow others to pray.. what would he (or she) do if there were devout Jews. I shudder to think.

Germany: Muslim bus driver stops to pray, non-Muslim passengers just have to wait
…………………………………………
How is this legal? No Christian or Jew–or any other non-Muslim–would make customers wait while they prayed. And note that Muslims *don’t do this* in Islamic countries. This is not about prayer–it is about Islamic supremacy.
࿗Infidel࿘ says
Not only do they not do this in islamic countries – they would be arrested by islamophobia regimes like Saudi Arabia or Emirates if they tried pulling that off. Those countries have apartheid like systems, where they forcibly segregate muslims from non-muslims, so that the latter – mainly expat workers – do not leave, while the former do not get any bright ideas of supporting muslim brotherhood linked groups
Beans🫘 says
Wait, I thought it was better than Israel for Christians? Am I mistaken!
gravenimage says
Beans, not sure if this is an actual question or is sarcastic. Israel has full equal rights for all of her citizens of *all* faiths, including Christians. Christians are oppressed–often severely–in Islamic countries. You cannot even bring a Bible into Saudi Arabia.
Africon says
This is not the truth. I don’t believe maybe I forget one country, but no Islamic country is better for Christian than Israel.
What you saw on tv about some two three people being harassed is nothing by standards of the old world.
You don’t know. Because you did not feel it. Muslim keep the Christian around because for farming them for free money. This is the truth these two eyes have witnessed.
You are mistake ridden with your claim. Have you ever studied Christians inside Nigeria versus Muslim? Or go look at Pakistan. Or Congo as well.

True, Infidel.
Edward Brennan says
Just ban Islam in the West, and this shite stops.
Or are we going to wait until our rights as Christians and Jews, are no longer Legal.
Ban Islam.
