Woker-than-woke Massachusetts is poised to implement the mother of all DEI initiatives: a Muslim commission that will act as a permanent state agency in order to prioritize the hiring of Muslims for positions at all levels of state government. Leftists assume that Muslims are a disadvantaged minority that needs government help to overcome “Islamophobic” discrimination, and so they don’t see any problem with this. But the constitutional issues it raises should be obvious.

Islam is not a religion, 1952 immigration law that became law in 1952 banned Islam because it was a foreign government. 1965, democrats redid the 1952 law to allow Islam into America by citing it as a religion.
The 1952 law also still on the books has a section that states any foreign government (sharia-aka-legal system for Muslims only ) seeks to overthrow our government either by force, violence or unconstitutional means be removed from the nation.
Sharia law seeks to dominate in America thus becoming a threat to America, it segregates all Muslims from the Constitution as sharia is the only law Muslims follow.
Islam goes into nations, gets on welfare to be supported, resorts to violence aka rape of the citizens and knife attacks to instill fear. The population expansion follows with elected Muslims into political positions as in Dearborn MI and New York other cities as well.
Purchasing land, churches that are sold are being used to create segregated communities for Muslims only. Hope by now you get the picture of Islamic conquest happening inside of America.

This implies Muslims cannot achieve equality with merit. Certainly, there are constitutional issues involved. Muslims create their own “islamophobia.” For example, when a muslima applies for a job at a grocery store and is hired. She then makes demands that she will not handle pork products or alcohol and insists on time off the job (paid) for prayer and wears a hijab that conflicts with health codes. or a muslim cab driver who will not pick up fares accompanied by a canine companion.
Employers should have rights too. Muslims who are nor forthcoming should be fired for cause for failure to make full disclosure they cannot or will not do their job as the employer requires and perhaps even criminally charged with fraud…but that’s a stretch.

It is pretty obvious that this is just ceding power by creating another anti-American organization. This one a Trojan Horse withing the government itself.
