Let’s say, hypothetically, that it passed: not just a House Majority, but 2/3rds of the Senate (which we know would never happen). What then? What would the government be expected to do? Memoryhole everything that happened from January 20th, 2021 to January 19th, 2024?

Remove Biden’s right to call himself President, or attend any function as a former President or have anything named after him.
Impeach Biden for use of the Autopen. Then rescind any legislation signed by Biden.
Use a belated impeachment to cause reputational damage to Biden and the Democratic Party. Then find a reason to impeach Barack Obama and Bill Clinton.
Make the Democrats understand that their previous use of impeachment as a political weapon will result in a response.
The reason that Democrats feel able to impeach Trump is because they know the Republicans aren’t willing to do the same back to them. That Democrat perception of Republican weakness needs to change.
