The situation for Jews in Canada continues to worsen. They are not helped by the anti-Israel atmosphere that Prime Minister Mark Carney, who is distinctly unsympathetic to the Jewish state, has helped to encourage. At a political rally in 2025, when a member of the crowd shouted “There’s a genocide happening in Gaza,” Carney replied: “I’m aware, which is why we have an arms embargo.” He later said he “didn’t hear the word” (genocide) because of the noise, and that he only meant to confirm his awareness of the general situation there. You can believe that if you want. During a 2025 leadership debate, Carney mistakenly said he was “in agreement with Hamas,” before swiftly correcting his statement to clarify that he supports a two-state solution without the terrorist group. Of course, a “two-state solution” that requires Israel to be squeezed back within the 1949 armistice lines, would leave Israel hopelessly vulnerable, with a nine-mile-wide waist between Qalqilya and the sea. At a visit to a synagogue to discuss a “crisis of antisemitism” in the country, he failed even to mention Israel, or how unhinged hatred of the Jewish state soon metamorphoses into antisemitism, and the reverse is also true.
Across Canada there have been a series of antisemitic attacks this past year; one of the recent attacks has been on a Jewish realtor in Toronto. More on this attack can be found here: “Jewish Realtor Brutally Attacked in Toronto as Antisemitic Violence Intensifies Across Canada,” by Ailin Vilches Arguello, Algemeiner, July 2, 2026:
A Jewish real estate agent has been brutally assaulted while on his way to meet a client at a Toronto commercial center, marking the latest in a string of targeted antisemitic hate crimes as hostility toward Jews and Israelis continues to intensify across Canada.
In a Facebook post, Joseph Bitton described the incident, alleging that a man identifying himself as a Shiite Houthi Muslim from Yemen threatened to kill him, shouted antisemitic slurs at him over his Jewish identity, and then physically attacked him.
According to Bitton’s account, the suspect accused Israel of “killing babies and committing genocide against Palestinians” before launching into a barrage of antisemitic insults, issuing threats, and escalating the confrontation into a violent attack.
The assailant then allegedly threw a parking ticket dispenser, bricks, stones, and metal bars at Bitton, then struck him with a thick wooden branch.
Bitton said he sustained only minor scratches and physical injuries after escaping the attack, but noted that the experience left him shaken and deeply unsettled.
“This is not the Canada where I grew up and lived for the past 64 years,” he wrote in the Facebook post.
Local police responded after Bitton called for help, arresting the suspect at the scene and opening an investigation, with authorities treating the attack as a suspected hate crime….
Prime Minister Mark Carney needs to do several things to protect the Jews of Canada. He needs to have Canada’s parliament pass new legislation to make antisemitic acts punishable with special severity — longer prison terms — as these are not just acts directed at individuals but at an entire people, people who not so long ago were subject to a real genocide. There needs to be a special unit of the Canadian police tasked specifically with investigating antisemitic crimes, and with protecting synagogues, schools, and other Jewish institutions. Carney himself should recognize the link between anti-Israel statements, including his own, and the antisemitic atmosphere that has been created and that leads to the attacks on Jews such as that on Joseph Bitton several weeks ago in Toronto. Ideally, Mark Carney should begin to make the connection between the texts and teachings of Islam, and the antisemitism now being spread by Muslims, as well as by their leftist allies, throughout much of the Western world.

Carney is a far left anti Semitic POS. They are flirting with the devil of Islam and will lose everything. Useful Idiots sending the west into theDark Ages

Yea Cynthia. You do not say you agree with Hamas on accident. They call that a signaling to the Muslims and the left, who secretly love Hamas but can’t say it yet.
He’s saying “pshhh, I’m with you all the way, can’t you see? We recognized Palestine, we stopped all weapons, we vote in the UN with Palestine and……. I support Hamas all the way”… ummm excuse me I misspoke 😉.
Have you ever heard a western leader slip up and say they support Hamas Cynthia? I sure haven’t heard such a thing even remotely.
Canada is forced to pander to their rapidly growing Muslim voter base and their massive global influence on social media. You can’t buy that kind of engagement. It changes minds. And politicians understand the power this online activity has on the minds of all its white voters.
Think about it. How can pro Israel voices compete? Who sits online posting about Israel all day? Very few. But so many post about Palestine. My YouTube feed is loaded with pro Palestine. Mostly whites talking high about Palestine.

Israel should give Canada the same level of importance that Saudi Arabia gave it. I recall that when Canada made a big fuss about something the Saudis were doing, the Saudis simply downgraded their relationship w/ Canada, and humiliated Ottawa in the process. India too did the same during Trudeau
While the Trump Administration may be unsympathetic to what Israel does in Lebanon, Iran, Judea/Samaria or Gaza, I’m sure they won’t care if Jerusalem decides to snub Ottawa

Carney, the placed PM, is Canada’s greatest threat. He knows “Muslim values are Canadian values” NOT

Another Antisemitic Attack in Canada

Just sickening. These creeps would rather have Muslims murderig them than support civilized Jews who are good Canadian citizens.
