Boulder’s SJP endorses “Mohamed’s decisive act of resistance.”
After Oct 7, Students for Justice in Palestine chapters were pretty clear that they supported the Hamas atrocities. Despite that, politicians, activists and media types rushed to turn them into heroes and victims.
Since then, SJP chapters have been pushing harder and the SJP Boulder chapter appears to have gone even further in endorsing the Islamic terrorist attack on elderly Jewish people in Boulder, including a Holocaust survivor, who were rallying for the hostages being held by Hamas.
The Boulder SJP statement read…
“Today, Boulder’s Students for Justice in Palestine publishes this statement in support of Mohamed’s decisive act of resistance,” the SJP Boulder Instagram account appeared to claim and declared that “Mohamed chose the only sane responsible available to a rational human being” by setting elderly Jewish people on fire.
“Sanity must be defined as a willingness to destroy the perpetrators,” SJP declared. The statement claimed that the young people murdered, raped and kidnapped from the Nova music festival were “settlers who attended a music festival less than 3 miles away” from Gaza and had it coming.
“Boulder Students for Justice in Palestine stands in solidarity with Mohamed Sabry Soliman. We condemn the eight consecutive life sentences imposed by Colorado courts early last month… we honor a man who sacrificed his comfort and proximity to empire, willingly expending his own liberty in obtaining his objective” in setting elderly Jews on fire.
When SJP Boulder was sanctioned, leftists and the media rallied to its defense. Now they’re simply not talking about the support for murder of Jews in America that the SJP chapter appears to have put up and then taken down. The Action Network, a key fundraising arm for the Democrats, still has the SJP Boulder action petition up. And according to their membership form, SJP Boulder is not antisemitic, just antizionist.
Setting Holocaust survivors on fire is apparently “antizionism.”
