ABUJA, Nigeria (Christian Daily International–Morning Star News) – Fulani herdsmen guided toward Christian leaders on Monday (June 22) killed 28 Christians, including a pastor, in a raid on a village in Plateau state, Nigeria, sources said.
The Fulani terrorists attacked Kawel village, Bokkos County at about 2 a.m., said resident Jesse Peter Dukut.
“We were inside our houses when the Fulani herdsmen invaded our village,” Dukut said. “If anyone came out of their houses, they were shot at sight. And a sound from any of the houses in the village attracts shooting from the terrorists.”
Phone and telecom services were cut, keeping resident from calling any security agencies for help, he said.
“The attackers were speaking to each other in both Fulani and Hausa languages,” he told Christian Daily International-Morning Star News. “We heard them even mentioning the names of some of our Christian leaders and directing some of them to hunt them down in their homes – an indication they were being guided during the attack by local Fulani herdsmen living in nearby Fulani villages. They killed my uncle and brothers. I narrowly escaped being shot.”
The Rev. Markus Nyam, pastor of Church of Christ in Nations (COCIN), was among those killed along with members of his local church congregation in Kawel village, said resident Godswill Nuhu….
More Christians were killed in Nigeria than in any other country from Oct. 1, 2024 to Sept. 30, 2025, according to Open Doors’ 2026 World Watch List. Of the 4,849 Christians killed worldwide for their faith during that period, 3,490 – 72 percent – were Nigerians, an increase from 3,100 the prior year. Nigeria ranked No. 7 on the WWL list of the 50 countries where it is most difficult to be a Christian….
The violence has spread to southern states, and a new jihadist terror group, Lakurawa, has emerged in the northwest, armed with advanced weaponry and a radical Islamist agenda, the WWL noted. The religion of jealousy strikes again. What happens to the wealth of the murdered? Who finances the murderers?
Why jealousy? Think for a moment of the historical situation and landscape in which Islam was born.
Imagine Nomads living a hard life, familiar with the stories of wealth told by those of the trade carvans, and realizing they could never advance with their current lack of resources which were so meager they buried baby girls in the sand.
Someone hatches the idea of taking wealth from other tribes but needed an authority and reward sufficient to overcome conscience about robbing and killing humans; bringing their unaffiliated value down to the animals. The highest authority was a god but there were many. A superior god was needed, an “Allahu Akbar”, to unite the people and give permission to take wealth from anyone not believing in Allah.
The earthly military rewards to raise an army needed to be carnal, appeaIing to the lusts and interests of young men which would also require reducing the opposition of women who would not like the effects of war on family life or sharing husbands with sex slaves.
The concept of “Allah” was very useful in making Muslims, by “revelation”, superior to all (worthless) non-Muslims, giving authority to men to aquire booty and women through war on unbelievers, and if wealthy enough, to have 4 wives of free and/or slave women. And the crowning touch of control over the wives after decreasing inheritance, travel control, and sex anytime – ” beat them”
I’m proposing the common thread holding the Islamists on the same path as Leftists is Jealousy. Both want the wealth of the world by taking it. Islam is unable to defeat the treaty-organized-West by force nor can the Socialist/Communist-oriented Left. Together, they can exploit mechanisms of Democracy, the vote and social norms to collect as many social benefits as possible.
This explains, as well, why Jews are lambasted in the Quran. They were better organized, with better social rules, and were more industrious, leading to more wealth.

I was watching an old western last night. During a break, ads for other westerns played and one had James Garner (a fine actor) saying, “I want that gold.” It didn’t belong to him, but he was going after it.
muzzlims break every “Commandment” in the “Ten” and some not listed. Laws against “coveting”….the neighbor’s wife, property etc.” Laws against “stealing” and “murdering (killing)”
And since the government in Nigeria is also muzzlim, they cheer and support….with “advanced weaponry” and money., the slaughter of their enemies.
muzzlims relish the breaking of Laws…especially the ones against immorality in its many forms. and especially against those who are attempting to live moral lives.
