The Islamic Republic of Iran could indeed collapse fairly soon, but if it gets the promised billions from Trump’s ridiculous deal, it will enjoy a new lease on life.

Former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said Israel has the right to defend itself and warned that Iran must be prevented from obtaining nuclear weapons, during an interview with Piers Morgan.
“Every country has a right to self-defense, and so does Israel,” Bennett said. “We don’t want war. For us, it’s very personal. My son is in the war. Many families have their children in the war. We hate war, but we are being attacked, so obviously we have to defend ourselves.”…
He emphasized that the regime collapse was both a possibility and a necessity. “Now, though, it is a disconnected, corrupt, incompetent regime destined to collapse. We’ve seen the true Iran. Imagine what it would look like if it acquires nuclear weapons.”
Bennett, who has been mentioned as a possible future prime minister, also issued a direct warning to Iran’s leadership. “I believe that soon in Israel there will be a new government. Hopefully, I’ll lead that new government. And I want to tell the Iranian regime: I will be your worst nightmare ever.”
He added that Israel would continue working to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons and to challenge the regime’s regional influence. Bennett urged Western countries to accelerate that process through a combination of measures, like supporting Iranian protesters by helping maintain access to communications networks during future unrest. “War is one of the tools, but there are many others.”

I just do not know how Israel can get to those deeply buried “bunkers” should it have to if Iran violates this deal. The issue is you require a bomber with a larger payload a fighter jet could not carry under any circumstance.
To build a bomber fleet that has survivability and a very good stealth profile is extremely pricey. Even a bunker buster of some sort is a boutique weapon requiring a ton of custom made parts from many companies.
Israel’s best bet is a humongous drone with aerial refueling. Even this I do not personally see happening. Even such a situation is not so simple. You will need a good stockpile of these blobs and multiple of these impossible drones.
If a weak democrat like AOC gets in, Iran is a shoe in to develop nukes. No other nation could damage or disable these bunkers other than USA.
This is going to keep Israeli leaders up at night. But let’s hope this deal works out.

All good points by Bennett. However, if Iran receives these funds through oil sales and sanctions lifting, they will use the money to fund proxies and the IRCG . This will restart the same cycle of attacking Israel and terrorizing/executing the Persian people.
This money will go to ballistic missiles and the nuclear program (still much of it hidden)..
Wash, rinse, repeat was not supposed to happen under President Trump.

I agree w/ him. Also, even though he led a non-Likud government, his leadership was not bad. Being the smallest party, he could easily blackmail his coalition “Anyone-but-Bibi” partners into withdrawing support for them & forcing new elections. In fact, Bibi is now 76 & so it would be a good idea for Israel to find a successor to him. Either Smotrich or Ben Gvir from his coalition, or Bennett from his opposition would be an improvement
I also liked that Bennett has put together a project of helping achieve regime change in the islamic republic. Hope that goes well
