An Iran-linked group? But aren’t they so terrified in the wake of Trump’s threats to Iran that they’re begging to make a deal? Or is that just the Iranian leadership?
In any case, the group may or may not actually have access to FBI drones. It may just be trying to “strike terror in the enemies of Allah” (Qur’an 8:60).
An Iran-linked hacker group claimed to have breached FBI drones and threatened to target the World Cup, according to a report.
Handala, a prominent pro-Palestine cyber threat organization, is said to have alleged that it had obtained access to ‘every image and every suspect’ for months ahead of the soccer tournament, which kicked off on Thursday.
The hackers said the first-person view (FPV) drones featured facial recognition and license plate screening, deployed for counterterrorism purposes, according to SITE Intelligence Group, which monitors jihadist movements.
‘Better tighten your World Cup security, we don’t like some of those teams at all. Don’t forget: FPVs are everywhere; you never know when one might end up right in your team’s bus,’ Handala warned in the statement quoted by SITE.
The Handala syndicate published alleged photos and footage that it said were taken from the hacked drones. However, SITE disputed that claim.
It came just hours before the United States Men’s National Team begins its World Cup campaign against Paraguay on Friday, with America co-hosting the tournament alongside Canada and Mexico.
Such a breach would pose a major threat to the tournament as US authorities work tirelessly to safeguard the thousands of international fans arriving in the country for the biggest World Cup in history.
The FBI is deploying drones around host stadiums and tournament-related fan events in the US to protect games from unauthorized aircraft. Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) flights will be banned over those designated areas….

If this isn’t considered a clear and present danger, then I don’t know what is. I say send in the drones on them immediately making sure to take out the headship and the subordinates.

Doesn’t the islamic regime need all the drones locally, so that they can attack US ships or Gulf countries? Or even over the White House or Mar-a-lago, rather than World Cup ⚽ events?
Somehow, I think they’re just trying to create panic, rather than actually having anything

This is how terrorism wins.
A threat is made, and based on the reputation of the group, it causes a disruption in a society’s daily life and makes people afraid to go anywhere.
We’ve should be done with walking softly. It is time to pull out the big stick and use it when and where it is needed.
The only way these people will listen is to make them more afraid of us and what we will do to them if they attack us
