“Ghalibaf” is the speaker of the Iranian Majles, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf. He doesn’t seem to envision the same decisive American victory and Iranian surrender that Trump keeps telling us about. Now, why is that?
You should also take a look at Khorasan newspaper, which is supported by Qalibaf. This report is on the front page of the newspaper and their Telegram channel. It was published today and clearly states that this agreement is only a short breathing space for regrouping and⦠pic.twitter.com/3e6QFRH0Tl

Of course. Islamic law only allows for truces between Islamic and Infidel forces in order to allow Muslims time to regroup and then press on to final victory. But no one in Washington cares about Islam’s influence on this conflict, or even realizes how much he is misunderstanding the conflict due to ignorance of Islam.

Just one more reason why all of the hideous regime that has been in charge of Iran since 1979 needs to go completely even minus any excuse making to the effect that it is just your standard rubbish about domestic political consumption—blah, blah, blah.
Truly, I don’t understand why Trump and others like Vance and Rubio think it’s OK to make any kind of deal with this regime. I remain a great supporter of Trump overall, voted for him three times, utterly despise what the Democratic Party has become and which Trump, more than any other single person, has been a stalwart opponent of what said party has become, but I think Trump is in “mistake territory” here with Iran. And I take no delight in stating this, none at all, but state it I must.
I most certainly hope I’m wrong here respecting what Trump is up to with the putrid regime in Iran which is still in charge by any calculation. Would relish being wrong here. Yes I would.

Read my posts in the 9am and 10am articles on Iran earlier today. For the first time, I’m starting to make sense of our moves there. Essentially, Trump’s “retweet” of Ghalibaf’s statement set the cat among the islamic pigeons, and has sparked riots not b/w the Iranian dissenters & the regime, but b/w the IRGC and the police – both instruments of the regime
The reason the above media outlets associated w/ Ghalibaf have started trashtalking US is to save face w/ their supporters! As it is, they’ve lost the support of some 60-80% of Iranians. The remaining islamic republicans who do support them are the people who’ve bought into the 47 years of the “death to America” drivel, and are therefore legitimately repulsed by their regime talking to the Great Satan. If those people turn on Ghalibaf & Araghchi, that’ll set off riots b/w their supporters, and this time, we’re no longer talking about 2 sides – one umarmed, another armed. That would be the “cleanest” way to achieve regime change and put Iran out of everyone’s misery, especially their own

Hope you’re correct, Infidel. Time will tell. I have allowed for things going on behind the scenes we can only suppose are going on. I remain convinced though that the absolute best outcome is none of the Iranian regime remaining—and even then were this to occur there is the possibility of long term instability within Iran, including civil war.

Regime change has failed, end of story. Stop worrying about what Muslims in far away countries think. Muslims don’t like kaffirs, I learnt that 20 years ago. Let them rant & rave.

The end of this jihad watch article sums up this current situation rather well regarding this current situation with those disingenuous despots and chronic lairs if that hostie tyranny of Iran
For this article explains that “Islamic law only allows for truces between Islamic and Infidel forces in order to allow Muslims time to regroup and then press on to final victory. But no one in Washington cares about Islamās influence on this conflict, or even realizes how much he is misunderstanding the conflict due to ignorance of Islam.”
Just wondering , does President Trump really trust those lying tyrants still in power in Iran to keep their word in anything that they had promised ? Did trump actually say that the US /Islamic regime ādeal agreementā is āapprovedā and āāAll wrapped up.ā ? For it true itās very sad but that Trump seems to be beguiled, as in deceived, by those liars of the dangerous and hostile Islamic regime of Iran. Itās very strange that Trump doesnāt understand that any document for āpeaceā which those despots of that tyranny will sign isnāt worth the paper that Itās printed on.

There are so many voices claiming to speak for Iran that it can only mean there is serious infighting and disarray. Obviously all of Iran’s internal power factions cannot agree which means any agreement Iran offers will be inconsistent with some faction and fail to be upheld from the outset.
For any lasting agreement to be honored would require an alternative so dire that all factions would rather have the agreement. With a Shi’a belief that the Mahdi can be forced to return to save them, perhaps that needs to be tested by making the living conditions so severe that the leaders realize the Mahdi is not coming.
Apparently the US President thinks when a faction says they will deal for Iran, that a deal can be made. It looks more like there is no real intent, just a shell game run by Iranian factions until the US elections.
Is the right approach to stop listening and whittle away the infrastructure until there is consistency? Or a direct challenge to the religion by destroying the ministries of Qom and flattening the Mosques of every major Iranian city?
Where to draw the line? There is no question that if Iran smuggled a nuclear bomb into Israel the response from Israel and the US would be nuclear. Iran has stated clearly its intent to destroy Israel – how far to go in preempting it?

President Trump does not understand Islamic doctrine. I have said this many times. I feel this Iran situation will haunt him. I seriously hope it does not stain his legacy, but it very well may do so.
