If France Is to Save Itself, Its Native Population Will Have to Defeat La France Insoumise

The far-left party of La France Insoumise (LFI) celebrates the overwhelming of the native French population: “‘You Lost!’ Leftist French Lawmaker Celebrates Demographic Decline of White Population,” by Kurt Zindulka, Breitbart, June 27, 2026:

The INED study, which questioned 27,000 people, found that roughly 13 per cent of the French population was born abroad, 11 per cent were the children of at least one immigrant, and a further 10 per cent had an immigrant grandparent….

One out of three people in France is now either a migrant himself, or a child, or grandchild, of at least one immigrant. And as more than 300,000 immigrants continue to flow into France each year, most of them from Muslim countries, and the fertility rate of Muslim women in France is 2.9 ,that immigrant and immigrant-linked population will continue to grow, while the French population will continue to decline, given a fertility rate among the native French of 1.6, which is well below the replacement level of 2.1.

Guetté is not alone among LFI politicians to celebrate the declining white population of France, with Angolan Carlos Martens Bilongo, a member of the National Assembly for La France Insoumise, boasting last year, “If we’ve had more children than them, too bad for them,” while calling for minorities to continue outbreeding the French to “show them that we are more numerous and that we are more intelligent.”

Mélenchon and his LFI party welcome the demographic transformation of France. Some of them, like Clémence Guetté, even gloat about it. If France is to save itself, its native population will have to crush the LFI in the polls in 2027, and vote in the National Rally, that is now the most popular party in France. It is Jordan Bardella, the head of the NR along with Marine Le Pen (after her conviction for misusing party funds,Le Pen was barred from running for political office for five years; beginning in 2025; she is now appealing that conviction) who promises, as a first step, to deport foreign nationals, dual citizens, and imams whom intelligence services flag as jihad threats or who pose a threat to national security. He has also suggested calling a halt to all Muslim migration: “I think the biggest threat facing our nation today is radical Islam, political Islam, which constitutes a fifth column. It does not want to break away from France and French society but to conquer it and impose its own prohibitions on all French people. Some people are resigned to that, I’m not.”

Bardella is likely to become France’s next prime minister, after the parliamentary elections in 2027. And not only will he try to end migration from Muslim-majority countries, but will institute a policy of rounding up and deporting all illegal aliens, and will also deport those migrants — again, overwhelmingly Muslim — who have been convicted of crimes. Finally, he has said he wants French people to be put at the head of the queue for welfare benefits. Among his proposals are these: first, Bardella advocates reserving social assistance, child benefits, and housing support strictly for French citizens. Second, he has proposed barring non-citizens who have not worked or contributed to the system from receiving certain state-funded benefits, characterizing the current system as a “social cash machine” for immigrants. Third, he seeks to end state-funded healthcare that currently provides free treatment to undocumented migrants. Fourth, as part of his law-and-order platform, he has proposed cutting welfare benefits for the families of minors who are repeatedly disruptive or involved in bullying. With all these proposals made into law, France will be distinctly less welcoming to Muslim migrants, and some will seek to settle elsewhere, most likely in the UK, Germany, or Sweden, to obtain the greatest welfare benefits. Others will simply choose to stay home. And France will have saved itself from the “Great Replacement.”
