The students were suspended in the first place over excessively violent social media videos. This was the official statement from Fairfax County Schools when the students were suspended:
Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) has been made aware of social media videos featuring high school student organization members that are neither school nor division approved. These videos depict violence, including kidnappings, with victims being hooded and placed in the trunk of a car, among other things. Acting out these types of violent acts is traumatizing for many of us to watch and, given world events, especially traumatizing to our Jewish students, staff, and community. FCPS would never consider these videos to be appropriate or acceptable content. Any students found to be violating our Student Rights and Responsibilities will be held accountable for their actions. FCPS strives to create a learning environment where all students and staff feel safe and respected.”
The Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is openly defending violent advocacy linked to the mission of the Muslim Brotherhood-linked Muslim Student Association. The brazenness of CAIR is particularly noteworthy given that it has been designated as a terrorist organization by the governors of Florida and Texas.
Fairfax County Public Schools cannot afford to back down, in the interests of all its students. Sharia-supporting, Muslim Brotherhood-linked groups are slowly subverting America and other Western countries.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, today announced the filing of a federal civil rights lawsuit on behalf of four high school student members of the Muslim Students Association (MSA).
The lawsuit alleges that Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) and Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (TJHSST) violated the First and Fourteenth Amendments and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 when they discriminatorily suspended the students for their participation in a viral video trend promoting their upcoming event.
“The Constitution is clear, the government must treat like groups alike,” says CAIR LDF attorney Catherine Keck. “The MSA behaved innocently and no differently than other student groups on campus, yet Fairfax County singled them out, robbed them of academic and professional opportunities, and encouraged the community to target and harass them. The school’s actions are abhorrent to any person of conscience, and these students deserve justice.”
“The reason FCPS and TJHSST punished these students and not other students in similar videos is because they believe that Muslims and Arabs pose a threat where others do not,” said Ahmad Kaki, CAIR LDF Staff Attorney. “FCPS and TJHSST capitulated to anti-Palestinian and anti-Muslim hysteria without even giving the students a chance to defend themselves, and, by doing so, violated the Constitution and federal law.”
“These four Muslim students and their families worked hard to attend Thomas Jefferson, where they have thrived,” said John M. Fossum, CAIR LDF Staff Attorney. “But when online trolls began harassing them and kicking up racist and Islamophobic hysteria, the school didn’t think twice about ruining these students’ reputations to save themselves some trouble. We call for justice knowing any parent would do the same.”
The Muslim Students Association at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (MSA) is a student-run organization that has a reputation on campus for its inclusivity, diversity, and community engagement. As part of its mission to foster a sense of community belonging, MSA regularly hosts events open to students of all faiths.
Seeking to increase attendance and community engagement, MSA members discovered a comedic viral video trend used by student groups and businesses across the country to engage with the community and attract new members and clients. In the trend, an organization would create a “street interview” skit. In the skit, a member would ask a participant if they would come to the organization’s event. When the participant says “no,” they are grabbed and taken away by other organization members. The “interviewer” then moves on to other individuals who enthusiastically share that they will attend the event and are not forcibly removed from the scene….

How will it deal with the AI of the future which will know its core works and history better than its own scholars?
One could say, “What about the Amish?” Where are Amish maintaining and spreading their beliefs by violence? They have no global ambitions to rule and do not forbid to others.
Yes, the Constitution allows subversive ideas but it does not provide cover for thinly-disguised threats posing as uninspired dramatic enactment.

If I were the federal judge handling this case, I would sanction CAIR and its attorneys big time for filing a frivolous federal lawsuit, making them pay for the defendants’ reasonable attorney fees plus $10,000 for each CAIR attorney that appeared in the case.
The law with respect to the student speech that schools can regulate is “clearly established” by the US Supreme Court. In Morse v. Frederick, 551 U.S. 393 (2007), a student unfurled a banner, off of school property but visible to students, that simply said “BONG HITS 4 JESUS.” The Court held that that the First Amendment does not prevent educators from prohibiting or punishing student speech that is reasonably viewed as promoting illegal drug use at a school-sanctioned event.
The Court cited its prior precedent in this area. The legal landscape has not changed since Morse, and CAIR has no hope of changing it based on the facts of their case. They need to stop tying up defendants and the federal courts with their frivolous lawsuits. Sanctions are in order.

CAIR should be treated as a subversive organization and treated as such. CAIR by actions supports an anti-democratic social order and explicitly a Muslim Caliphate. This practice is not in coherence to Constitutional principles. Islam in fact is incompatible with American Constitutional practices. This needs to be recognized and acted upon!
