Why is it being kept secret?
You may remember this story of Muslims working in Australian hospitals threatening to kill Jews.
On a social media chat, Rashad Nadir, an Afghan Muslim and a female Muslim worker talked about killing Jews
“You have no idea how many Israeli dog came to this hospital and I,” Rashad says before making a throat-cutting gesture.
In the video, the woman allegedly says to Israeli social media personality Max Veifer: “One day, your time will come, and you will die the most horrible death.”
Nadir adds: “You have no idea how many [Israelis] came to this hospital, and I sent them to Jehannam [the Islamic equivalent of the underworld].”
Asked what would happen if an Israeli patient came into the hospital, Abu Lebdeh says: “I won’t treat them, I will kill them.”
This happened at Bankstown hospital. After the Muslim terrorist attack aimed at a Chanukah party at Bondi Beach, a Jewish victim was checked in under a fake name so she wouldn’t be harmed by the Muslim employees.
She was struck in the head by shrapnel and began bleeding heavily before she was admitted to Liverpool Hospital under her real name, with her surname and Jewish religion recorded.
“Next day, just before the operation, some administration staff came and she said, ‘We have to change your name’,” she said.
“They cut my (wristband) and put my new band on with ‘Karen Jones’ without any religions,” Ms Shikhverg told Sky News.
“In my opinion, they were afraid of staff (confronting me). They can’t trust their own staff,” she said.
“Now do Jewish people have to be afraid to go to (a) public hospital?”
But if you assumed the system would give the Muslims a pass, you guessed correctly. It’s happened by way of a secret order which falsely classified the public social media interaction as an illicitly obtained ‘private conversation’ and blocked the video, and therefore the evidence, for holding them accountable.
In a written judgment of the decision partially released to the media, Judge Michael McHugh said improperly or illegally obtained evidence cannot be admitted “unless the desirability of its admission outweighs the undesirability of admitting evidence that has been obtained in such a way or ways”.
“Ultimately, I have come to the firm view that all the video evidence must be excluded from each of the trials of the applicants,” he wrote.
Why? Well, as the Australian op-ed correctly notes (and as much of the media misreported) the answer is secret.
District Court judge Michael McHugh released a scant five pages of a longer judgment that is subject to a non-publication order.
Why can’t it be published? This isn’t a judgement involving some classified information, but a widely published social media interaction. And yet it must be kept secret from us while ensuring that the case against them collapses.
The two nurses were suspended from the hospital for two years. Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese condemned the video as “sickening and shameful”, with the Health Minister for New South Wales saying at the time that they would never work in the NSW health system ever again.
Want to bet? And patients will continue hiding out and hoping that Muslim hospital workers won’t murder them.

The judge excluded the video on the grounds of lack of consent for being recorded. But the chat app used warns users that they may be recorded using it.
