The facts in this case are just as distasteful as they are in similar cases. A man in his fifties. A ten-year-old girl. For him, she is just a source of momentary pleasure. For her, however, it’s a series of traumatic experiences that will haunt her for a lifetime and deform her existence in myriad ways. We can be grateful that in this case, the perpetrator has been caught and will be prosecuted, but that can never erase what he did. And there is another aspect of this case that makes it even more disturbing than other instances of this kind of behavior: what this man did had the sanction of his religion, which means we will see many, many more such cases.
New York’s PIX11 reported Thursday that “a religious leader is accused of repeatedly groping a 10-year-old girl in a Queens mosque, and police suspect there may be more victims, authorities said Thursday.” The “religious leader” in question is one Tajul Islam, who is 55 years old, that is, five and a half times older than his victim. Islam was “arrested for allegedly sexually abusing the girl multiple times inside the Masjid Bilal mosque at 121-03 Sutphin Blvd. in Jamaica from April 21 to April 27.”

Virginity is expected when marrying, these girls are assaulted by Imam’s or a family member and that prized virginity is stolen.
What happens when she is not pure on her wedding night? What happens if she is assaulted before FGM is done?
In the USA this man should be deported after serving jail time, inside a jail have its own set of laws and most jailbirds do not like pedophiles.
This Imam may even request an Islamic Sharia court to handle this case and some ignorant judge will pass it along.

Then you get an Honor Killing as the woman dishonored the man for not being pure, a virgin, when he married her. And then he simply pays the family of the murdered woman a sum of money and is let off the hook. Both of which are sanctioned in islam.

I think that in child rape cases, where the perp is muslim, an appropriate punishment might be to ‘birch’ (a whip made from birch branches, which was popular in the Isle of Man before PC and Human rights made it illegal) the perp publicly on their bare backsides, and then deportation.
Muslims are none too fond of having their arses smacked, so maybe this punishment could be widely employed?

The poor little girl. So many injuries for one so young. Just looking at this evil disgustingly hideous creature is enough to make a nightmare and she had an experience so much worse than just seeing his photo.
The maggots (sorry maggots) who rape children should be put to death in a manner by those who do not consider ‘cruel and unusual punishment” a crime.
Hang him by the parts over a wild dog pack and tell him his remains will be buried with pig wastes.
The punishment should fit the crime.
