The organisation added: “Our suggested educational resources, including book recommendations, are designed to help children develop empathy, critical thinking, and awareness of the experiences of others.”
The U.K. is drowning in mindless “empathy” for migrants. What the people of the U.K. need is not feel-good pieties, but the truth about Muslim migrants, which should lead to a recognition that such migration has been in every way bad for the indigenous people of the U.K. The people of Great Britain need to know what the Qur’an says about Infidels (“the most vile of created beings,” about Islamic supremacism “(“Islam is to dominate and not to be dominated”), and even about the Qur’an passage that tells Muslims “not to be friendly with Jews and Christians, for they are friends only with each other.” (5:51)
As for “critical thinking,” that the organization City of Sanctuary UK claims to encourage, it does the very opposite. It shuts down, or tries to, intelligent discussion of the effect of Muslim migrants on the wellbeing of the British. Instead we have these idiotic picture books designed not to encourage thought about Muslim migration, but instead, to push pollyannish propaganda about the sheer wonderfulness of these migrants and the need to fully welcome them as part of British society.
Hannah Broadway, illustrator of Bobble, told The Telegraph: “Bobble is a picture book for children and grown-ups. It was created to make big conversations a bit easier. Much about migration and displacement is complicated and confusing, but we hope this book’s message is simple: act with compassion and love.”
What kind of “big conversations” will now be easier? Will these talks be designed to relieve British children of any anxieties the presence of these migrants might cause, which will require telling them soothing lies? Will the children be told that the worries their parents may talk about at home — on such matters as the staggering cost to taxpayers such as themselves for the benefits that the welfare state lavishes on these mostly Muslim migrants, and the rising rates of crime that those migrants commit — are baseless, and they should pay their parents no never mind, but listen instead to the smiling brainwashers such as Hannah Broadway, who think their treacly invocation of “compassion and love” is all you need to “bring people together”?
She added: “I’m a big fan of picture books and believe they are a powerful tool to help us learn and reflect on things. I think if we treated adults like children, and children like adults, we might find a better way to communicate.”
Hannah’s dopey remark ought to be mocked for its topsy-turvical nonsense: “I think if we treated adults like children, and children like adults, we might find a better way to communicate.” This is Alice in Wonderland stuff. What can it possibly mean? These “picture books” are certainly a powerful tool, all right, and those intent on brainwashing British children, including pre-school tiny tots, are using them to compel those children to believe, despite all the contrary evidence, that these mostly Muslim migrants flooding illegally into the U.K. are splendid additions to the country, and all of us, if our hearts and minds are in the right place, should welcome them and deplore those mean-minded people, like supporters of the Reform Party, who for some reason oppose that continued migration.
Children in the U.K. from the age of five on are now being taught that they must welcome Muslims into their midst, and must ignore all the evidence of the effect of that migration on the wellbeing and prosperity of the British people. What politicians will rise to the occasion, and scream bloody murder about this attempt to achieve a level of brainwashing worthy of nazifascists and Orwell’s 1984?

Britain fifty years ago was still OK, though declining because of left-wing ideology and policies which the intrepid Margaret Thatcher did her best to reverse once she became PM, and even still salvageable twenty-five years ago, but it is now almost impossible to conclude that Britain is still all right. It is deeply sick and even dying and almost all this is due to those twin malevolencies in our era, i.e., Leftism out of control and the extensive presence of the worst religion of all time due to unchecked and mindless immigration (outright willful ignorance and cowardice are two other reasons).
