People are beginning to be aware of what is happening, and to fight back to defend their own culture and heritage. Only in the West is such an action “Islamophobia” and “bigotry”; everywhere else, people defending their own culture are celebrated.
“Outrage over Qurans and hijabs at Texas school ignites Bible revival outside campus gates,” by Elizabeth Heckman, Fox News, May 24, 2026:
Outrage erupted after a “Why Islam?” table at a Texas high school handed out Qurans, pamphlets about Sharia law and hijabs in February.
A counter-response surfaced outside Wylie East High School on Tuesday; a table stocked with Bibles, miniature Jesus figures and bracelets set up near the parking lot before school.
Some participants also held signs reading, “Bibles Not Qurans,” directly responding to the earlier Islam display.
Fox News Digital spoke with people at the demonstration, which included parents with kids in the district, local activists, students and organizers of the Bible handout. According to organizers, hundreds of Bibles were handed out.
The organizer of the event, local Dallas-Fort Worth radio host Chris Krok, said he was following the incident in February and his listeners suggested doing a Bible handout.
“My listeners and my podcast followers have been saying, ‘Why don’t you pass out Bibles? Why don’t you pass out Bibles?’ And so this came together over several months, several weeks of people asking over and over again,” he said.
Krok shared that he, along with Wylie East student Marco Hunter-Lopez and the 16-year-old’s father have been working together to expose the incident.
Hunter-Lopez sounded the alarm on the incident at his school, even going to Washington, D.C. Invited by Rep. Chip Roy, R-Texas, he testified on Capitol Hill on May 13 before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Constitution and Limited Government in a hearing titled, “Sharia-Free America.”…

Speaking of fire, they could have done one (or both) of 2 things:
⮞ Burn the distributed qur’ans
⮞ Distribute Spencer’s “The Critical qur’an”, and watch the reaction of those dawa artists. Imagine CAIR or MSA being told that that’s the only acceptable qur’an they’re allowed to distribute
While not against distributing Bibles per se, I’m not sure how that negates the qur’an distributions
jerry glenn says
Right on.
Kosh's Shadow says
Why did they hand out Bibles OUTSIDE the school? If Qurans could be handed out inside, the school has to let them hand out Bibles too, or it is establishing a religion.
࿗Infidel࿘ says
Alternatively, members could fork the secularist movement “Americans United for the Separation of Church & State” and that breakaway group could threaten, if not file, a lawsuit against the school for establishing a religion. I know that decades ago, the Ninth Circus court in California ruled in favor of the mohammedans, but I’m pretty sure that the courts in Texas won’t rule likewise. One thing they should include in the lawsuit are those qur’an citations calling for permanent hatred of unbelievers, which would make it harder for the court to reject such an appeal
abu taleb says
Why don’t they open the Quran and read certain verses right after the Quran being distributed. Then the ignorant students will realize how evil Quran is besides confusing and disgusting.
There should be some class teaching Islam among Christian people so that the Christians can counter any Islamist. I believe many Islamists are actually afraid to confront the Christians who knows Islam well.
࿗Infidel࿘ says
Yeah, but they’d then have to know what they are looking for, upfront. Here, the target readership are people who don’t know the first thing about what’s in the qur’an
Joe1 says
I didn’t know much about Islam, and started reading the Quran. Within several sentences, I came across the sentence, “Don’t be friends with the unbeliever.” Only a warlord in his lust for power would write that. From then on, I knew that everything was permitted in Islam as long as it increased the power of Islam (e.g., multiple wives, every sexual perversion the imagination could visualize, killing apostates, and so forth made perfect sense). As Robert Spencer noted, every page of the Quran has something along these lines. So, if the reader is paying attention, they don’t have to be pointed to anything. However, many young people are functionally illiterate.
࿗Infidel࿘ says
Not sure. The qur’an is a very boring read, which is one reason I didn’t get even “The Critical qur’an”, even though I have bought something like 7 of Spencer’s books. I only occasionally use it as a reference for verses that help reinforce my point on something, like 47:4 on beheading, or 8:39 on islam eliminating all other faiths, and so on
For that purpose, something like quranbrowser.com is pretty good reference. Also, just like one doesn’t have to finish an entire soup bowl to find out how it tastes, or sample an entire population to find out its opinion, similarly one doesn’t have to read the entire qur’an to find out the tone & tenor of its message. For this reason, even for the purpose of educating oneself on islam, I don’t think that the distribution of qur’ans (unless it’s “The Critical qur’an) should be allowwed
PRCS USN (ret) says
True and on point.
Those who would conduct Qur’an readings would be ‘the blind’ leading their blind kinfolk.
Now, if Spencer or Wood were to do the readings–if only via a large television screen…

The Koran has been accused in a lawsuit in India of being hate literature. A short synopsis is available at
https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-chat/4343990/posts
while a full book on the issue is at
[1] Sita Ram Goel, “The Calcutta Quran Petition” (3rd ed.), 1999, Voice of India, New Delhi, https://archive.org/details/the-calcutta-quran-petition-sita-ram-goel/mode/2up
Here is a portion of the synopsis.
Periodically the issue of lawfare by Muslims comes up, In response, It might be of interest to consider the legal case against the Koran that was brought in India. The reference is the book with title “The Calcutta Quran Petition” by Sita Ram Goel [1]. The issue arose from the violence committed against non-Muslims during the Partition of India. After much study, a case was brought to Court in India which focused on the Koran. The initial request was to have the Koran banned as hate literature with all copies being confiscated by the State authorities. The issues listed in the complaint included that the Koran
1. incites violence
2. disturbs public tranquility
3. promotes, on ground of religion, feelings of enmity, hatred and ill will between different religious communities
4. and insults other religions or religious beliefs of other communities in India.
This list can be found in Goel [1] at the beginning of Chapter 1.
࿗Infidel࿘ says
This was decades ago in the 70s, and the Calcutta court dismissed that petition. Also, at the time, Calcutta had a communist state government, which was very sympathetic to muslims, even then, since they were brazenly anti-Hindu
Magooey says
As the book by Sita Ram Goel indicates, the court activities took place in the 1980’s not the 1970’s. Furthermore the various editions of the Koran did not change much between the 1980’s and today, to put it mildly. If the Koran was hate literature in the 1980’s, that has not changed in the present.
Further reading indicates that judicial action suppressing the lawsuit was due to political activities including violence in the streets that resulted a number of deaths.
The point of referencing this book is to make clear some of the horrible passages that show the nature of the Koran. This was an issue further up in the replies. Let me list some of the relevant ayat here.
—————–
Submitted to the Court were direct quotes from approved copies of the Koran which supported these claims. Only a few of these are listed below. Note that Surah indicates a chapter of the Koran, and ayat is the relevant phrase or paragraph.
1. Inciting violence.
a. Surah 8 ayat 39
Make war on them until idolatry is no more and Allah’s religion reigns supreme.
b. Surah 9 ayat 123
Believers! make war on the infidels who dwell around you. Let them find harshness in you.
c. Surah 2 ayat 216
Fighting is obligatory for you, much as you dislike it. But you may hate a thing although it is good for you, and love a thing although it is bad for you. Allah knows, but you do not.
d. Surah 9 ayat 111
Allah has purchased of the faithful their lives and worldly goods and in return has promised them the Garden. They will fight for his cause, slay and be slain.
2. Disturbing public tranquility.
a. Surah 9 ayat 36
Allah ordained the months twelve in number when He created the Heavens and the Earth. Of these four (Dhi-Qa’ada, Dhul-Hajja, Muharram and Rajab) are sacred according to the true faith. …
Surah 9 ayat 5
When the sacred months are over, slay the idol-worshipers where ever you find them. Arrest them, besiege them, and lie in ambush everywhere for them. If they repent and take to prayer and pay the alms-tax, let them go their way. Allah is forgiving and merciful.
Surah 9 ayats 2-3
… Allah will humble the unbelievers … Allah and his apostle are free from obligation to the idol-worshipers … Proclaim a woeful punishment to the unbelievers.
Surah 48 ayat 29
Muhammad is Allah’s apostle. Those who follow him are ruthless to the unbelievers but merciful to one another … Through them Allah seeks to enrage the unbelievers.
3. A few examples of the Koran of promoting feelings of enmity, hatred and ill will between different religious communities.
a. Surah 60 ayat 4
“We renounce you (i.e. idol worshipers); enmity and hate shall reign between us until you believe in Allah only.”
b. Surah 9 ayat 23
“Believers! do not befriend your fathers or your brothers, if they choose unbelief in preference to faith. Wrongdoers are those that befriend them.”
c. Surah 5 ayat 51
“Believers! take neither Jews nor Christians for your friends. They are friends with one another. Whoever of you seeks their friendship shall become one of their number. Allah does not guide the wrongdoers.”
4. A few examples from the Koran of insulting other religions.
a. Surah 98 ayat 6
“The unbelievers among the people of the Book (i.e. the Christians and the Jews) and the pagans shall burn forever in the fire of Hell. They are the vilest of all creatures.”
b. Surah 21 ayats 98-100
“You and your idols shall be the fuel of Hell; therein you shall all go down. Were they true Gods, your idols would not go there; but in it they shall abide forever. They shall groan with pain and be bereft of hearing.”

Texas stand tall again as you always have in the past. Islam is totally unacceptable in Texas and America.
Billy says
Islam is a Criminal-Terrorist-Gang Enterprise which uses deceit, discrimination, violence, and terrorism against all Non-Muslims to Islamize a society with Islamic Law as taught in Islam’s Qur’an(Qur’an 3:28, 54; 9:5, 29, 111; 49:15, etc.). Allah rewards Muslims, Terrorists of Allah, with a Garden Paradise when they kill and are killed in Jihad for Allah, war against Non-Muslims with MUSLIM MONEY and with MUSLIM LIVES to make Islam supreme. Allah in Qur’an 49:15 teaches, “Surely the believers[Muslims] are only those who believed in Allah and his messenger. They do not doubt, and they performed JIHAD with their MONEY and their LIVES for the sake of Allah. Those are the truthful.” See also Qur’an 2:191; 4:89, 91; 8:60; 9:5, 29, 111; 47:4; 48:29, etc.

Texas: Students hand out Bibles after Qur’ans and pro-Sharia pamphlets distributed at public school
…………………………………………….
Well, this is good to hear. But Qur’ans are officially being handed out *in* the school, and Bibles outside. That pretty much says it all, sadly.
