Mamdani’s ‘Nakba’ Survivor is a European Settler

It’s always about Islamic colonialism.

What Israelis, Jews and Christians celebrate as the defeat of over 1,000 years of Islamic imperialism in the Middle East, Muslims and their useful leftist allies commemorate as the ‘Nakba’.

The Nakba or Disaster had started as an Arab self-critique of their corrupt governments, but became an annual commemoration of the time that the Arab Muslim settler population had tried to wipe out the Jews, but failed and fled instead.

Zohran Mamdani predictably invoked the ‘Nakba’ myth by highlighting the story of a supposed victim of it.

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani posted a video and a statement for Nakba Day by posting on social media a four-minute, documentary-style video created by City Hall that featured an interview with a woman named Inea Bushnaq.

“Inea is a New Yorker and a Nakba survivor,” Mr. Mamdani said,

Bushnaq recounts her family’s departure from Jerusalem during the 1948 War of Independence, claiming they were forced to flee because “the Zionists were coming into Jerusalem.”

Anyone who knows the Muslim world would be able to spot the fact that Inea Bushnaq isn’t even a Muslim name.

The Bushnaqs were Bosnian Muslims who left Bosnia for Israel in the 19th century after the region was liberated from Muslim control by the Austria-Hungarian empire. The family moved back and forth between England. Even in Israel, the family didn’t live in Jerusalem, but in Tulkarem, which remained under Jordanian Muslim occupation until its liberation by the Israeli military in 1967.

Mamdani’s video is revealing in that a European Muslim settler family who moved there in the 19th century (descended from native European peoples forcibly converted by Islamic imperialism) is considered more legitimate than the indigenous Jewish population.

Because it’s always about Islamic colonialism. Now New York is being colonized the way that Yugoslavia and Israel were.

  3. More Muslim lies and deceit against Israel and Non-Muslims. That is Allah and his Muslims. Allah in Qur’an 3:54 says, “And they deceived, and Allah deceived. And Allah is the best deceiver.” Allah in Qur’an 8:30 says, “…And Allah is the best deceiver.” Allah in Qur’an 13:42 says, “And indeed, those before them deceived, so to Allah all the deception…”. Muslims can make temporary friendships with Non-Muslims only to protects themselves when Muslims are weak until Muslims gain the upper hand. Allah in Qur’an 3:28 says, “Believers do not take the infidels for friends, rather than the believers, and whoever does this so he has nothing to do with Allah, except that you should guard yourself from them, cautiously. And Allah himself warns you, and to Allah is the final return.” Based on Islamic Law, lying is legal as taught from “Reliance of the Traveller”, r8.0 – and other Islamic Law manuals.

The name ‘Palestine’ was started by the ancient Greeks.The word comes from ‘Philistia’, meaning ‘Philistine’. The name was picked up by the Romans and used in a derogatory way for this entire area of, what we call, the Middle East. ‘The Land of the Jews’ and ‘Palestine’ was used interchangeably in both speech and writing.
