Mamdani Pushes ‘Rezoning’ Plan for Muslim Area That Could Reward His Donors With Millions

Zohran Mamdani’s political takeover of New York City was backed by a leftist-Islamist coalition, but abstract ideology only gets you so far. Plenty of the Muslim donors and voters weren’t there just for religious and racial reasons, but they hoped to reap tangible benefits from the move  And that’s where the corruption tends to come in.

People have been focused on the ‘free grocery store’, but plans like this may be much closer to where the money is really going as Mamdani proposes massive rezoning of an area that has a large Muslim population.

The City Planning Commission is referring to its new initiative as the “South of Prospect Plan” and aims to rezone the commercial corridors of McDonald and Coney Island avenues, as well as surrounding blocks, for taller buildings and more housing development.

The blocks currently feature long stretches of single-story businesses, autobody shops and low-rise homes. Four subway lines connect the neighborhood to Manhattan, and in the coming years, a new light rail line could traverse the area, providing direct access to Queens, making the Brooklyn blocks prime real estate for new housing.

And anyone owning real estate in the area, including the small houses that the mostly Bangladeshi and Pakistani Muslim occupants in the area have settled in, will stand to make tens of millions of dollars.

The area south of Prospect Park overlaps with districts represented by Councilmembers Shahana Hanif, Rita Joseph, Farah Louis and Simcha Felder.

Hanif and Joseph each said they support the plan.

Shahana Hanif is a Bangladeshi Muslim councilwoman affiliated with the DSA. And a Mamdani ally who represents the Bangladeshi settler population in the area.

I certainly hope the FBI and the DOJ are going to keep a close eye on who profits from this Mamdani plan.

  1. What if there was a plan to benefit Jewish donors? How long would that be tolerated? Our government is supposed to be “colorblind” or not biased in favor of any race or sect. This is a horrible travesty.

    • No my friend. Even under the Trump administration, the Florida mosque was protected by federal indictments from a Christian protest. Go look it up, the protesters are facing decades behind bars for just protesting because serious loopholes were used against them by DOJ.

      Now look, synagogues? Did you see the mob of Muslims praying in front of the Jew school? No? Not so much protection for many…. Some pigs are more equal than others.

  2. Follow the money closely and also follow something else closely—Islam.

    The cancer continues. No, not the acquisition of money, that is merely a bane to any society when it is not pursued with honesty. The cancer is Islam, something far worse than money achieved the wrong way. At least with money, there is nothing wrong with it when sought correctly and decently but with Islam there is no correct and decent way to seek it. Good things can be perverted but bad things can never be made a positive.

        • Yeah! At that time, Beijing was run by Deng Xiaoping, who decided to allow some economic freedom while retaining the Communist Party’s death grip on power. Bush & Clinton decided that Beijing was worth doing business w/, not anticipating that decades later, a Maoist would run Beijing once again

          This Saudi deal could turn up either way. If MbS lasts a while and succeeds in defanging the Wahabis, and making islam irrelevant to decision-making in his country, that could turn out to be a great deal. If, otoh, he suffers the same fate as others before him, like Anwar Sadat or Ben Ali or Bashir Gemayel, then that would be as disastrous a decision as Bush’s & Clinton’s

  3. The “white people ” in that area of Prospect Park are very progressive so they get the misery of more mosques more Moslems more congestion ,more mayhem. They voted for it they get it ,more learing centers ,more money laundering with child care for all with empty building billing the city ,state and federal government for billions . I work that area as a city emergency worker for over 10 years from 2006-2016 ,alot of rainbow people ,hipsters ,and trustafaers who move from out of state into Brooklyn who live on mom and dad money up till there 40s finding themselves ? .They all very proud woke and have no clue what the future holds for them.

    The “rezoning” could well be a way of creating “muslim townships, or no-go zones for infidels”, and are more likely to be successful than EPIC in Texas, which is at least being actively opposed by Gov Abbott

    We have seen this before. The separation of muslims from within the country they live in. This leads to the creation of new countries that are muslim majority countries. They dont get rid of all non muslims because they need a source that they can dominate, persecute, impoverish, kick around, falsely accuse, blame everything on. Blame everything on the others including what they are outright guilty of doing themselves.

    In addition, stealth jihad activity this isn’t limited to New York State , it also it other American Sates ,as in EPIC City Texas and Dearborn Michigan. It’s as if those Muslims are attempting to establish their own Islamic colony’s accrues the United States

    Therefore, what might be needed is an undated and revised version of the Monroe Doctrine, which was originally designed to stop any further colonialism of the Americas by the European nations, as Spain, Portugal, and France.

    That Monroe doctrine included the Latin countries In other words; it would halt European colonialism also in those lands.

    Therefore, a new updated and revised version of that Doctrine would put an end , as in not tolerate,, any further “colonization” of the United States by any Islamic countries , if it be by massive Muslim immigration or “political interference ” from or by Islamic nation as ,for example, Iran , Afghanistan , Pakistan.

  11. muzzies commit fraud to get elected to office, and then commit all kinds of illegalities to help their fellow muzzies gain more power. It’s all a scheme, and it’s working well….for them. Up to a point.

    There is an article in the NYP, written by someone named “Fahmy,” about what a whistleblower claims about ilhan elmi and her part in the food fraud (crimes) in MN.
    The article quotes the whistleblower woman; and also a muzzie who has pled guilty to stealing millions, from her voice on a recording speaking to ellison about how muzzies are getting rich and she wanted to have a part in it.

    So, ellison got elected to Congress, and then to State’s attorney, elmi was sent to Congress due to “vote-harvesting” and they make it easy-peasy for their fellow muzzies to steal. some are getting caught.

    The muzziescum of NYC is doing the same thing. And probably laughing all the way to the bank, snickering about how well it’s working out for him and his fellow muzzies.

  12. Mamdani and every other moslem mayor in the country must be removed by whatever it takes. Islam must be outlawed and every moslem deported. No country can remain free or safe once Islam gets a toehold. They are an existential threat to the free world
