Charlotte Kates, international coordinator of Samidoun, a U.S.- and Canada-designated terrorist entity linked to the PFLP, said in an interview livestreamed on Socialrightsireland on YouTube on April 9, 2026 that the “most effective means of releasing Palestinian prisoners” has been through the Palestinian “resistance” capturing Israeli soldiers for prisoner exchanges….

Charlotte Kates: “The most effective means of releasing Palestinian prisoners has always historically been by the Palestinian resistance achieving an exchange with the occupation. Or in some cases the Lebanese resistance achieving an exchange with the occupation.

“It has never been through the courts or through peace talks or through agreements. It has always been through the power and strength of the resistance. So by labeling prisoner exchange as ‘illegal,’ this is attempting to remove the incentive from the resistance to seek to capture occupation soldiers in order to exchange them for Palestinian prisoners.

“Recently in the statement of Abu Ubaida, the spokesperson of the Izz Al-Din Al-Qassam Brigades, the military spokesperson of the Izz Al-Din Al-Qassam Brigades, was urging Hizbullah here in Lebanon to do everything that they can to capture occupation soldiers.

“Because the reality that prisoner exchange remains the primary mechanism of securing the liberation of the Palestinian prisoners and thereby also resistance remains the primary mechanism of bringing down this legislation….

“Through meaningful boycott, economic, academic, cultural, sports isolation, direct action, targeting arms manufacturers, and shutting down the war machine, and of course, holding the United States, the imperialist powers, responsible.”

  2. the Israelis need to develop a wedlock collar for any released prisoners with secure detonation codes when they go back to being terrorists. like the pager routine but selective.

    • Leftism–including the more extreme forms of secularist liberalism–seems to follow this course:
      1. Sympathy for a group whom conservtives mistrust.
      2. Throwing the door open to that group.
      3. Getting taken over by that group.

      First, they defended the Communists–then Communist influenced splinters swallowed them up.
      Now, they embrace the Islamists–and will get swallowed up by them.

    • As a Communist, Ms. Kates will be among the first beheaded, hung from a crane, or given a Tehran flying lesson when her belovd Islamists take over.

      • Yep–just look at what the Mullahs did to members of the Iranian Communist Tudeh Party.

  9. I know that Hamas & islamic jihad are backed by countries like Qatar (maybe no longer, since the split over Iran?), Turkey. I wonder who still backs the PFLP? Back in the day, it might have been “secular” Ba’athist regimes like Iraq & Syria, but both countries now have islamic regimes. Whereas PFLP is a Marxist group comprised mainly, if not solely, of Pali Christians (islamo-Christians as Hugh used to call them), and was their alternative to parties like Hamas that were solely islamic. Had it been an American party, it would have been the home party for Tucker, Megyn, Matt Walsh, Jack Posobiec, et al

    Given that none of the Marxist regimes that might have backed PFLP are around, who do they still have allegiance to? Beijing? The Soros clan? Who?

    The most effective means of never haring to release Palestinian (jihadist) prisoners should have been by not having Palestinian prisoners to be used as bargaining chips to begin with.

    1. They will accept the deaths, no matter how many of their own, in pursuit of their allah / islamic dominated entire planet doctrine

    2. They exploit Western compassion and empathy

    3. They will never stop in their pursuit of the islamic dominated perfect world.

    4. The islamic dominated perfect world would just mean a continuation of islamic doctrine as we see today. No change, just the same old same old islamic tradition of everyone should be in fear all the time anytime. That is because within islam the adherents have to be careful because they could never know.

    We know that in Egypt and Pakistan christian girls are kidnapped, raped, forced to convert and never returned to their real families.

    What if we kidnap male egytians or Pakistanis? Would those girls then be released back to their families?
    I doubt it.

    And to Bruce David Watt and his collars?
    You mean like the explosive collars worn by Penal Legionaires in the fictionally Warhammer 40.000 universe? I would prefer that they be released after a slow acting poison had been injectted into their bloodstream. They are released, the Hamas / PLO rejoices and a few weeks / months later they just die

    And to Kepha:
    Yes, sometimes the bad angel on my shoulder says that we should give them victory just to see how the will react in their last seconds before they are killed by their so-called allies.
    But as they are true communist I suspect their last words will be: “That is not true Islam.” (Just as they say that Stalin etc were not true communist and true communism is something entirely different.)
