  4. Court hands Abbott a win on lawsuit against CAIR

    (The Center Square) – A federal judge in Austin has handed Gov. Greg Abbott a win in his legal battle against the U.S. Council on American-Islamic Relations, agreeing to require CAIR to provide some of the donor information the governor requested.

    CAIR National Deputy Director Edward Mitchell told The Center Square that. Abbott “falsely claimed the judge granted his request for CAIR’s entire ‘donor list’ and ‘donee list,'” adding that “he could only review any hypothetical foreign donations sent between 2021 to 2024 that were over a certain amount.”

    Albright directed CAIR to respond to Abbott’s Requests for Production “to determine the identities of CAIR National’s donors” based on several criteria. In FRP 2, Abbott asked for information about those who donated $5,000 or more to CAIR National or its Washington Trust Foundation over the last 10 years. Albright ordered that only foreign donor information be provided and only over a four-year period.

    In FRP 3, Abbott asked for documents to be provided to identify donors who gave $1,000 or more to CAIR National, CAIR Action Network, Inc., and the Washington Trust Foundation over the last 10 years. Albright ordered information be provided about donors who gave $2,500 or more in any single year over the same time frame.

    In RFP 4, Abbott asked for “all communications and documents relating to, referring to, soliciting, or indicating receipt of funds in the last ten years from any source, whether private or public, on behalf of CAIR National, CAIR Foundation, its affiliate chapters, CAIR Action Network, Inc., the Washington Trust Foundation, or any other entity controlled by CAIR.” Albright directed the foundation to produce the information requested from any foreign source over the same four-year time-period.

    In RFP 5, Abbott asked CAIR to produce all documents related to any trips Awad, Edward Mitchell or Ibrahim Hooper to any foreign country.       This goes in the “RECONSTITUTION!” column as a Win.

      “RECONSTITUTION!’ is my personal motto to replace “RECONQUISTSA!” as the historic victory claim over Islamic invasion. We are fighting to preserve, and take back our laws, culture and country from Islam’s totalitarian Government.

      We want the same expulsion of Islam, but we don’t want the errors of the Reconquista – expulsion of the Jews and the Inquisition.

      We want the preservation and, when necessary, the reclamation of our Constitution and
      Bill of Rights.

  10. CAIR had the run of the Obama white house for 8 years, and was SO influential that he honored them at his last state of the union address. Hillary Clinton’s to aide, Huma Abedin is linked to the Muslim Brotherhood and recently married Soros’ son. Soros money definitely backed their candidate with the fake resume who sealed ALL his, and his alleged family’s records his first day in office.

    • Sadly you are probably correct. Their lawyers to file millions of pages of legal mumbo jumbo to tie up the issue for years.
