For there to be any long term settlement of this war against Iran the entire old leadership consisting Shia Clerics, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corp and other Islamic leaders must be completely removed from power and authority over Iran and must be replaced with a leadership that is not Islamic. Certainly the Iranian government has no intention to be in peace with the US and Israel. Based on Islam standard, the US and Israel have the right to wipe out or totally conquer Iran.
Same case with Palestine.
But we know that the standard used by and/or applied to muslims will never be accepted when used by or applied to non muslims. Muslims always have the right to kill, rape, enslave non muslims but not the opposite direction.
