Jordan Bardella, though only 30, is now the de facto leader of the anti-Muslim immigrant National Rally party. The former leader, Marine Le Pen, is prohibited from holding public office until 2030, because she has been convicted of embezzlement (she used EU funds to pay staff members of her party). And Bardella is making quite an impression. He’s going full tilt against the leftists of La France Insoumise, a party that the Communist pro-immigration and anti-Israel defender of Islam, Jean-Luc Mélenchon, leads. Just now, Bardella has proposed making immigrants ineligible for certain benefits that until now the generous welfare state has lavished upon them.

Less than a year out from France’s next presidential elections, National Rally (RN) party chief Jordan Bardella is doubling down on a core plank of its: Welfare for nationals, first and foremost.
He restated that family benefits would reserved for households where parents hold French citizenship as part of a broader push for “national priority”.
“Under our leadership, social housing will be allocated as a priority to French families who need it most,” he said during his speech on May 1, Labour Day.
“Social benefits will be reserved for French nationals,” he insisted.
Bardella argued that France can no longer function as what he portrayed as a heaven for foreign-born residents.
“France is not a hotel; it is not a social welfare office whose sole purpose is to subsidise the birth rates of other countries on its own territory,” he said….
Bardella’s plan removes housing benefits from non-nationals who are able to work, but prefer to live on the state. Healthcare benefits are also to be removed; healthcare should not be considered a necessary part of “subsistence.” As Bardella notes, one-third of French people do not have government-supplied healthcare, nor access to social (i.e., subsidized) housing. .
Bardella makes a simple observation: why should foreigners, who have managed to enter France but not contributed to the system, and are in the country to take advantage of a cornucopia of welfare benefits, be provided with those benefits that some Frenchmen must do without, including subsidized housing and government-paid healthcare?
It’s clear this is an opening salvo in his campaign to deny benefits of all kinds to non-nationals. And his is a policy that now finds favor in France, where, except for those on the far-left, most everyone wants to discourage, or even end, more Muslim migrants from entering France and soaking the system.

To protect its citizens, the West has to stop publicly funding Islam and its Muslim Organizations to diminish their growth in the West. The West must pass Legislation to create a Legal Threshold for an Applicant Entity to qualify for or to gain Rights, Protections, and Privileges under the Law where the Applicant Entity must adhere to the French Constitution and/or Universal Human Rights. Basically, every organization(eg. Christian, Atheist, Muslim, etc.) would have to adhere to the Constitution to gain Public Funding.

I have read that at the time when she committed this “offence” there was actually no law against what she did. Assuming that this is true, perhaps that fact needs more publicity. .

I think it is ridiculous that they are giving benefits to the non-French. If I were a refugee, I would expect to work for my benefits or not receive any benefits.
