The case caused a stir last September: A man allegedly used an air rifle to shoot at vehicles on Federal Highway 16 (B16) near Dillingen an der Donau over the course of three days. According to the public prosecutor’s office, his sole objective was to provoke accidents. Now, the young man—who is suspected of Islamist sympathies—must stand trial on charges of attempted murder. As uncovered by investigations conducted by BR and SWR last November, he was a member of an Islamist chat group where violent fantasies were shared and hostile narratives were disseminated.
The Bavarian Central Office for Combating Extremism and Terrorism (ZET)—which operates under the Office of the Public Prosecutor General—has filed murder charges with the Augsburg Regional Court. The authority accuses the now 22-year-old Turkish national of attempted murder in 23 separate instances, dangerous interference with road traffic, and the unlawful possession of a firearm.
According to the indictment, the young man allegedly stood at the roadside in mid-September, dressed in camouflage gear, and fired an air rifle at passing vehicles. His alleged intent was to startle the drivers to such an extent that they would veer off the road and either lose their lives or sustain serious injuries in the resulting accidents….
Although drivers were startled by the loud reports of the gunshots, no accidents or injuries to persons occurred; drivers managed to swerve or brake in time, maintaining full control of their vehicles throughout. The vehicles sustained property damage totaling over 33,000 euros.
Police investigations uncovered indications of an extremist background. Consequently, the Munich Public Prosecutor General’s Office took over the proceedings last autumn. Investigators suspect an Islamist motivation behind the attack.
The gunman is alleged to have expressed sympathies for the jihadist militia IS and to have glorified the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York and the Pentagon in the USA on September 11, 2001. He allegedly chose the date of the attack—specifically September 11, or the days immediately surrounding it—quite deliberately. The accused reportedly intended to kill “infidels.”…

Another Muslim is following Islamic Law, aka Islam, against Non-Muslims as taught by Allah in Islam’s Qur’an(9:5, 29, 111; 49:15, etc.). Muslims are Totalitarian Terrorists of Allah. After all, Allah in Qur’an 8:39 says, “And engage in war with them[Non-Muslims] until there will not be sedition and the religion will be completely to Allah…”
To protect its citizens, the West has to stop publicly funding Islam and its Muslim Organizations to diminish their growth in the West. The West must pass Legislation to create a Legal Threshold for an Applicant Entity to qualify for or to gain Rights, Protections, and Privileges under the Law where the Applicant Entity must adhere to the USA Constitution. Basically, every organization(eg. Christian, Atheist, Muslim, etc.) would have to adhere to the USA Constitution to gain Public Funding. The purpose is not to ban any Applicant Entity but to establish a Legal Threshold for qualification in public funding. Failure to adhere to the US Constitution means NO public funding, NO Rights, NO Protections, and NO Privileges under USA Law.
As a result, Islam and its Muslim Organizations would fail to qualify for Public Funding due to their Muslim discrimination, segregation, violence, and terrorism against Non-Muslims as taught in Islamic Law, aka Islam. Individual Freedom does not exist in Islamic Law or in Islam’s Qur’an. Islam is the day-to-day living of Islamic Law where Islamic Law is based on Prior Sharia Rulings, the Qur’an, the Hadith, the Sira, the Tafsir, the Tarikh, etc.

Three days of shooting at vehicles in Germany and there was no police action from Day one? Amazing that no one was injured or killed. This looks like “Now you must spend a week in jail and don’t even do this again. Ok?” a kind of outcome by the court.
Are European Courts headed by a bunch of “Monkey No See – Monkey No Think – Monkey Sees Nothing Serious Here” Judges? No wonder Hitler got away with everything from 1933.
But why are European courts, police and as well as their governments so sympathetic and merciful to the worse most dangerous people on the face of the earth – Muslim fanatics?
Can anyone explain that to me? I have read that the reason is they feel guilty about what they did to Jews and now make to make amends. But Muslim fanatics are exactly what Nazi fanatics were when it comes to Jews. So that doesn’t make sense. And these Muslim killers, rapists, etc. are carrying out their wild uncivilized crime spree on both Jews and non Jews. Does that mean anything to Europeans? That their own relatives and children are often victims of these crazed people?

I suggest no one even thinks about how this could escalate into a mass murder event.
Imagine a set of traffic lights with multiple stopped vehicles. Now add two Jihadis with semi automatic weapons and several hundred trapped people in the cars.

Air guns don’t make a “loud report”. The pellet striking the vehicle likely made the noises.

I represented a 10 year old boy whose eye was shot out deliberately with an air gun. If a driver were hit with a pellet the car could wreck and many injured or killed.
