A 22-year-old Moroccan migrant, Aboubaker B., has been convicted of grievous bodily harm after stabbing a Tunisian migrant in his stomach and chest multiple times during a pre-arranged fist fight in Zwickau. However, Aboubaker B. faced a far lower sentence than expected after the judge determined that since the man stopped stabbing his victim at some point, the act did not amount to attempted murder.
The incident began as a physical fight on Oct. 26, 2025, at Schuhmannplatz when Aboubaker B. agreed with the Tunisian to meet for a fist fight. However, the incident ended in a life-threatening stabbing, with Aboubaker B. stabbing his victim multiple times once he fell on the ground, according to Tag24 outlet.
The incident escalated from a fistfight into a brutal attack when Aboubaker B. drew a knife on his 25-year-old opponent after the man had fallen. According to the indictment, he stabbed the victim “multiple times into the chest and abdominal cavity.” The court noted that “the injured party was seriously injured as a result,” requiring immediate surgery and leaving the victim with lasting physical consequences.
Predictably, the prosecutors charged Aboubaker B. with attempted murder due to the severity of the crime. However, despite the serious injuries the judge dropped the attempted murder charge, stating that “according to the testimony of the witnesses examined, the defendant voluntarily stopped stabbing him further, even though he could have easily done so – up to and including killing him.”
The judge argued that because the defendant chose to cease the attack of his own accord, he became eligible for a conviction on the lesser charge of grievous bodily harm.
With the lesser charge in place, the prosecution pushed for a sentence of three years and six months, and the defense argued for two years and six months. Judge Jörg Burmeister ultimately settled on a three-year prison term.
Several factors influenced the judge’s final sentencing. The defendant offered a full apology to the victim and admitted to the crime in court, allegedly showing significant remorse….

Not much ‘justice’ in any “justice system” these days. What if the other ‘migrant’ dies later and doctors say it was the stabbing which caused the death?
Perhaps those ‘migrants’ are in Germany for the ‘justice’ which they face when attempting to murder others.

I lived in Germany for a period of time, years ago. When I lived there, something, like this, would not have ended in this fashion and it would have gone very badly for the perp. The bad things would have happened, prior to him making it to a police station or “Polizeistation”/”Polizeiwache.”
Should have seen this coming the way the German government responded to the 1972 Munich Olympics. They didn’t do very much, but they did put on a good front. Their response was rather slow and uncoordinated when it happened.

I too lived in Germany some 60 years ago as an army dependent. I recall one of my American high school classmates was pulled over by the German polizei for a traffic violation and decided to attempt to elude arrest or detention and he was shot in the back by the German officer. The clasmate survived and the officer was cleared as the shooting was declared lawful or within policy.
I doubt that could happen today with the liberalisation of the courts in Germany and other western nations, including our own.

AI : death circuit to all people everywhere. Went to return a online order, person at return desk said it could be returned then computer stated no, called the main number AI came on line and said item could not be returned. Would not transfer to a live person, because hey item nonreturnable.
Got home and found a credit for unreturnable merchandise. BTW: always find out who the seller is, China and Walmart do not disclose that on merchandise like on women’s wear say bras.

This is why I do not travel to Europe anymore. Used to be a regular. Never had a bad experience but I’m not going to press my luck and these stories are absurd. These are adult men who are stabbing other human beings and are then being treated like naughty kindergarten children because they are Muslim when it comes to sentencing. Would this idiot judge do the same to a native German man committing the same crime?

So stabbing a man in his chest and stomach many times after he is already on the ground should be treated not as attempted murder ? I guess if both of these “German men” involved where Non -Moslem more serious charges would be brought .Moslems doing Moslem things in Germany should be accepted as normal and violent felons should go with little punishment ,little jail time ,and he could get stab fever again in society because it is a normal thing to do as a Moslem male. Like rape it is a cultural accepted thing Moslem males do ,it is part and parcel of living in a very “diverse society” that native Germans should get use to .That is the message the judge is sending .
