More open borders politicians ought to be taking a lesson from the fate of Nate Erskine-Smith. Until last year, Erskine-Smith had served as the Minister of Housing, Infrastructure and Communities in the radical leftist Canadian government. That meant lots of welfare and mass migration.
Now he just lost an election to Ahsanul Hafiz: a Bangladeshi pizzeria owner.
Really, Erskine-Smith had defeated himself and had no shot against such ‘diverse’ competition.
After a full day of ranked ballot voting to select the riding’s Liberal candidate in the upcoming provincial byelection, Hafiz emerged victorious with 718 votes, followed by Beaches-East York Liberal MP Nathaniel Erskine-Smith with 699 votes by the third ballot of the ranked count. Other candidates seeking nomination were Qadira Jackson and Mahmuda Nasrin.
He lost by only 19 votes. But the bloc vote is tough to beat.
During his opening speech, Hafiz said it was important for voters to elect a leader who understands the hardships of Scarborough Southwest residents, noting that certain opportunities “do not exist” to the same extent for immigrants.
Uh-huh.
Erskine-Smith is blaming voter fraud which is no doubt true.
Following the results of today’s nomination race, Erskine Smith told reporters in a scrum in the parking lot that he needs to “debrief” with his team before speaking out about the outcome, suggesting the results may have been inaccurate.
“At one table, it was 50 per cent of the people that had ID issues, saying they lost driver’s licenses and that they lived in the area, so I don’t know,” Erskine-Smith said. “It’s unfair for me to specifically speculate.”
Unfair indeed. If Erskine-Smith had been serious about checking IDs at the border, he wouldn’t have been replaced by the people who invaded Canada. By the time they’re inside and at the voting booth, it’s much too late.

Exactly. Islam and the left are friends until Islam turns on the left. That is the apparent and clear result of immigration without discretion. Of all the choices and people interested in immigrating, this is what is chosen. Countries can also assess why their birth rates are low, too, and on and on, many other options and points can be made. There are countries with small populations that do well economically and provide a good standard of living for their citizens. Creating Islamic enclaves and ushering in mass Muslim immigration is not the only option.

Yeah. Actually, I get a sense of schadenfreude when I read headlines like this. If I were a voter there and had these 2 as choices, and was forced to pick one, I took would have picked the 🇧🇩☪ over the local who wanted to dilute my voice. And there’s no group I loathe more than 🇧🇩☪
Ultimately, even these Leftist parties, be it 🇺🇸Dems, 🇨🇦Liberals, 🇬🇧Labour,… will end up going extinct. As these mohammedan numbers grow, they’ll feel more emboldened to start their own sectarian parties, like they already are in the UK, and all those muslim votes will go to them. In the meantime, the Leftists would lose the bulk of the White vote, which would have gravitated towards more sensible parties on this issue. The only thing these Leftists could then hope for would be non-muslim non-White minorities remaining w/ them, but I doubt that that will be enough to send them over any threshold

You are tripping out if you think Bangladeshis ar worse than Pakistan’s afghans. Pakistan should be nuked.
But anyway, we can’t blame only the Muslims here for this result, it is mostly whites doing this, as well as Hindus supporting the vote as well.
We have to understand, Muslims always vote for a raise and lower oversight, they vote for their own. They are not as dumb as we make them out to be. Muslims want to win big.

I used to think that Pakis or Afghans were worse than Bangladeshis. But that hasn’t been true for at least 5 years now, when attacks on Hindus escalated in Bangladesh. In the past, whenever I read about crimes by muslims, it was usually done by Pakis, Palis, Turks,…. However, the last decade, as the inaction of Western authorities has become more glaring, other muslim nationalities, like Bangladeshis, Kurds, Somalis, other Arabs, have joined in the parties
Problem is that too many people in the West think of Bangladesh only in terms of poverty (which they to an extent are, but that country does have both plutocrats and panhandlers. But that country is a major vector of jihad, particularly since jihadis notice that countries like Pakistan, Afghanistan are automatically filtered, but Bangladesh is still treated as a normal secular country in terms of how safe it is to accept their people. That’s what makes Bangladesh more dangerous than Pakistan, Gaza, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, et al

The Bangladeshi Christians / Catholics are not interested in politics or running for any government. I know so because I was born in Bangladesh and grew up amongst Catholics (I’m one of the few Jews of Bangladesh who had to hid our Jewish identity). I was originally from Calcutta, and still visit there occasionally. I have witnessed the infiltration of Bangladeshi muslims there first hand. In fact, 2 weeks ago, West Bengal – the state just next to them – had a watershed election where it voted in the BJP (the same government that rules India) for the first time in state history. After 79 years of socialist rule, of which 37 were communist. All those governments had open-border policies and pretended that there was no difference b/w West Bengal and East Bengal (Bangladesh)
In fact, Bangladeshi Muslims are more interested in what goes on in India than Bangladeshi Hindus. The latter typically has no interest in what goes on in India, unless they are in a situation where they are forced to flee there. But Bangladeshi muslims have wet dreams of resurrecting the medieval sultanate of Bengal. There have been maps issued by them showing a greater Bangladesh that includes not just West Bengal, but also non-Bengali speaking states in India’s entire North East, as well as Bihar, Jharkand and Odhisa. Yet the Modi regime continues to give them aid
