#BREAKING ISIS brides who return to Australia from Syria will bizarrely not be forced to undergo deradicalisation programs.
It comes after recent revelations that Zahra Ahmed, 33, the only IS terrorist woman to touch down in Melbourne earlier this month without being charged,… pic.twitter.com/tyIxrkFpWs

Deradicalization programs are an abysmal failure everywhere they have been implemented. Nevertheless, this is still a bad sign. It indicates that the far-left Australian government plans to inflict these jihadis upon its people without even attempting to disabuse them of their jihadist ambitions. There could be lethal consequences from this, and likely will be, but when those consequences come, the Australian authorities will be right on the job with warnings about the “far right.”

France’s only jihadi “deradicalization” center is closing — it was voluntary, and it was empty
The whole premise of “deradicalization” is that Islam is a religion of peace that jihadis misunderstand, twist, and hijack. Since that is a false premise, and warfare against unbelievers is actually taught in the Qur’an and Sunnah, “deradicalization” focuses on other issues, such as “anger issues” that the jihadi may have, his feelings of “alienation,” and the like.
But since none of that changes what the Qur’an and Sunnah say about warfare against unbelievers, it doesn’t “deradicalize” the jihadi at all. A British psychologist behind a “deradicalization” scheme has also admitted that there’s no guarantee that jihadis can ever be “cured.” And Jonathan Hall KC, who was at the time the UK’s independent reviewer of terrorism legislation, said there was “no magic bullet or special pill” that could help to change convicted extremists.
Islam is bad says
As long as they vote for the Left Wing ruling Australian Labor Party (ALP), the ALP politicians won’t care if the
ISIS brides returning from Syria
undergo deradicalisation programs or not.

are deradicalizploomeation programs effective?

No. Hence my comment below
Tim gallagher says
That’s right, Islam is bad. This Labor government wouldn’t want to upset their Muslim mates. They don’t give a damn about the average Australian especially if they are Jewish. It is a shame we’ve got two more years of this government until the next election.

I’m actually fine w/ that, given that “deradicalization” is just an exercise in (self-)deception
The real issue in this story is those brides being allowed back into the land of Oz in the first place
Kepha says
In the USA, if they are US-born citizens, we have to take them back. Now, we may have an isolation unit and people in HAZMAT suits or the FBI with guns and cuffs at the ready waiting on the tarmac, but we have to take them back.
But, what made these women decide to go and marry Jihadis in the first place?
William Kemmler says
>>”In the USA, if they are US-born citizens, we have to take them back. ”
The idea that we have to let them return is false. They can be put on the “No Entry” list and then denied entry to the U.S.A. at all ports of entry and be returned to their country from which they travelled.

For the US, we should just drone them, like the Obama administration did Anwar al-Awkaki in Yemen

They don’t work. The only way they would work is if the muzzies **want** to leave islime and the programs protected their lives while they *transitioned* to something not evil.
The programs are a waste of money….and are just a smokescreen made up to fool the public into thinking muzzies can be talked out of their desires to murder, rape, kidnap, enslave, and that afterward, they’ll be just like everyone else. And at the same time, the programs give jobs to useless fools.
Susan says
The ‘useless fools’ are probably encouraging them to be good muslims and a good muslim is a barbarian lunatic and a brainwashed group thinker. There is no such thing as a radicalized muslim. Islam is a radical, bellicose, supremacist death cult that pounds its vile dogma into babies and by the age of ten, they’re faithful little slaves to the savagery of islam. Why would they question the tenets of their religion. their culture, their society when it’s all they know? The brainwashing ensues five times a day, seven days a week, etc. etc. They worship muhammad and are encouraged to emulate him. They would deny worshipping their prophet but they do and he is their ultimate hero. A perfect role model.
James Lincoln says
The only de-radicalized muslim is a muslim apostate.
Because…
Plain-vanilla islam is inherently radical.
Walter Sieruk says
Those “deradicalization programs ” do have a long history of failure . One of the reasons why this is si is because the people who run such “programs” just don’t understand the essence of Islam that the violent and deadly jihad which is a strong part of the foundation of that religion.
David M says
How are these ISIS brides different from all the other Muslim women walking around Sydney in a burqa? They aren’t different at all.
gravenimage says
A few of them may be victims. But these ISIS brides *deliberately* left the civilized world to join one of the worst of all orthodox Islamic groups–one that committed genocide against the Yezidis, used their women as sex slaves, and impised the most brutal form of Shari’ah law. Most married Jihad terrorists.
So yes–these ISIS brides are generally the worst of the worst, and most have taught their children Jihad terror.

Australia: Islamic State brides returning from Syria will not have to attend deradicalization programs
……………………………………………………….
They *never* should have been let back in.
Now, we know that “deraicalizing” programs are seldom effective–for obvious reasons–but not even thinking that *ISIS brides* need “deradicalizing” is even more absurd.
