The West refuses to pay attention. There is a tendency to dismiss as a “radical interpretation” whatever comes out of countries such as the Islamic Republic of Iran and Taliban-ruled Afghanistan. However, although these countries may be the most visibly barbaric in their practice of the Sharia, they are not alone in the common goal of “Palestine,” which is central cause to the Muslim ummah. The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) already fully accepts and embraces “Palestine.” The OIC seeks East Jerusalem as the capital of a globally recognized Palestinian state, and Israel’s return to its pre-1967 (“Auschwitz”) borders. Beyond these borders Israel is claimed to be illegally occupying territory, while the Palestinian jihad is presented as a right to “resist” the creation and existence of the state of Israel from the River to the Sea.
What Afghan Shi’ite Scholar Seyed Mohsen Hosseini is preaching is not an aberration in the Islamic world. It is accepted practice. He declares “issues such as Palestine and holy Quds [Jerusalem] are among the most unifying axes among Muslims,” and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation declares the same, as has been posted since 2019 on the UN website as follows:
The Conference stressed the importance of the question of Palestine as the central cause of the Muslim Ummah. The ending of the Israeli occupation of the Arab and Palestinian territories occupied since 1967, including East Jerusalem, the Syrian Golan and the remaining occupied Lebanese territories in compliance with Security Council Resolution 425, constitutes a vital request for the entire Muslim Ummah.
This question should unify the Muslim position regarding the comprehensive settlement of the question of Palestine in accordance with the United Nations resolutions, the Arab Peace Initiative and the Roadmap. Efforts should be made to regain the city of Al-Quds, safeguard its Islamic and historical character, preserve and protect Al-Aqsa Mosque and other sacred sites, counter the judaization of the Holy City, support the Palestinian institutions in the city, and establish Al-Aqsa University in the city of Al-Quds.
It Conference called for support to the Waqf of Al-Quds Fund with each Muslim individual contributing one dollar, besides contributions by Member States in order to preserve the holy sites in the city of Al-Quds, including in particular Al-Aqsa Mosque, safeguard the sacred city’s cultural and historic landmarks and Arab-Islamic identity, and strengthen the steadfastness of its population so that it may regain its character as a city of coexistence and tolerance and the capital of the State of Palestine. The Conference reiterated working hand in hand with the international community to cease and dismantle settlements in the occupied territories.
The International Union of Muslim Scholars makes a similar declaration about the centrality of the Palestinian cause to the ummah.

According to a Dari-language report published by Afghan media outlet Sarie News on May 11, 2026, Seyed Mohsen Hosseini, head of the Jafari Religious Scholars Council of Northern Afghanistan, has stressed the need for the unity of Islamic Ummah, arguing that these ideas constituted the core of Iran’s slain Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
The seminar, held in Bamyan, focused on the ideas of the late Iranian leader who was killed in the recent Iran war. Hosseini described unity among Muslims as a practical strategy against common threats facing the Islamic world, including colonialism, sectarian divisions, and Islamophobia.
The Shi’ite scholar’s comments also appeared in an interview given after the seminar to Sarie News.

That Shi’ite Schola by his own words had exposed what an ignorant man he actually Is ,when he used term the term “Palestine caus.” For that is a false cause.. .The reason why is this so is because , in reality, there is not nor was there ever a genuine land that is “Palestine.” That is a man-made fiction. Furthermore, viewing this from the light of history ,“The land of Israel was renamed Syria Palestrina by Hadrian, the Roman Emperor. Following the second revolt against Rome in AD 132- 135. The Philistines had always been the enemy of the Jews .and as such it was an insult to the Jewish people.” [1]
To put this in another way, that Hadrian had deliberately intended the renaming of Israel to be an insult and offence to the Jews.

That so called “Palestine cause” will fail , because it’s greatly overruled by God , Who had given all that land to the Jewish people. This may be found in the Bible, as seen in, for example, Genesis 28:13-15. 35:10-12. Deuteronomy 32:48,49. Psalm 105:7-11.
In other words the Jews have tall this land by Divine Right. Moreover, the Jewish people should have this land by historic rights as shown in First Kings 4:20,21, 24,25. 8:55, 56.

Apparently, the answer must have been obvious — because in defining UNRWA’s job, Resolution 302 never actually defines who is a Palestine Refugee.
Yet UNRWA has defined — and redefined — who qualifies as a Palestine Refugee multiple times over the years.
Originally, in 1950 UNRWA based its definition of a refugee on need alone: the “agency has decided that a refugee is a needy person, who, as a result of the war in Palestine, has lost his home and his means of livelihood.”
In 1954, a refugee was specified in terms of a time frame: “one whose normal residence was Palestine for a minimum period of two years preceding the outbreak of the conflict in 1948 and who, as a result of this conflict, has lost both his home and means of livelihood.
In 1955, Arabs who were not necessarily displaced during the war — for example, lived in Jordan — but who lost some or all of their livelihood as a result of it were included as being qualified for aid.
In 1965, UNRWA extended refugee status to third generation Palestinian Arabs, i.e. grandchildren.
In 1971, because of the additional refugees as a result of the 1967 war, the definition was again redefined:
A Palestine refugee, by UNRWA’s working definition, is a person whose normal residence was Palestine for a minimum of two years preceding the conflict in 1948 and who, as a result of this conflict, lost both his home and means of livelihood and took refuge, in 1948, in one of the countries where UNRWA provides relief [limited to Gaza, West Bank, Lebanon, Syria and Jordan]. Refugees within this definition or the children or grandchildren of such refugees are eligible for agency assistance if they are (a) registered with UNRWA, (b) living in the area of UNRWA’s operations, and (c) in need.
In 1982, UNRWA went one step further, extending eligibility to all generations of descendants, as a result of a General Assembly resolution that
Requests the Secretary-General, in co-operation with the Commissioner- General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East, to issue identification cards to all Palestine refugees and their descendants, irrespective of whether they are recipients or not of rations and services from the Agency, as well as to all displaced persons and to those who have been prevented from returning to their home as a result of the 1967 hostilities, and their descendants;

Interviewer: Can this be called a “civil war”? What are the main factors in the war currently ongoing in Afghanistan?
Massoud: The primary factors of this war are external—specifically Pakistan and Pakistan’s strategy in the region. The war currently in Afghanistan is not a purely internal civil war; rather, it has external and foreign causes.
Interviewer: In these circumstances, can we say a military solution exists?
Massoud: We have repeated many times that the Afghanistan issue has no military solution. It is better for the issue to be resolved through negotiations and political means.
