Cardinal Sarah is quite right, but Pope Leo XIV has called upon Christians to be “less afraid” of Islam, and advocated that Christians and Muslims accept “living together” and cultivate “friendship.” Pope Leo’s vision is wildly naive and based on obvious ignorance of the supremacist and violent teachings of Islam, but he is the man in charge. Will he rebuke Cardinal Sarah for the latter’s “Islamophobia”?

Pope Leo XVI is responsible only for the Catholic Church; it’s not as if he speaks on behalf of other Christian denominations, such as Evangelicals, Orthodox, etc. Anyone with common sense and knowledge about Islam and jihad should ignore what he says about Islam, as he simply ignores the subject.

    • True, but I believe that Cardinal Robert Sarah would be Catholic as well? Or do Protestant and Orthodox churches have cardinals?

      • I haven’t heard of any other denomination having cardinals. Of course, I haven’t heard of literally everything about every church.
        Many Protestants have pastors, deacons and elders, but I don’t believe any have cardinals.

        • Orthodox don’t have Cardinals. And the Eastern Rite Cardinals are few and far between. There’s one that’s a Maronite.

          Fat chance of an Eastern Rite Cardinal becoming pope. Imho we tend to be more conservative, follow our own rites, and we are a minority. I think only 500,000 of us in the US.

  2. Prevost preaches against limiting migration across borders whilst Vatican City is separated from the rest of Rome (except St. Peter’s Square) with the stiffest fines for illegal entry. Same guy who preaches inclusivity and rubs noses with the Arch-Songstress of Canterbury but who refuses to meet with the Superior of the Society of Saint Pius X.

  3. Christians do well to recognize the enemy….and there are many…the enemies of Christ and His Father.

    Jesus gave descriptions of His enemies, those who are called by the Apostles Paul and John, “antichrists” of which there are many. “False Christs, false prophets, wolves in sheep’s clothing, ravenous wolves,”…
    Paul wrote that the Christians’ fight is “not against blood and flesh.”
    However, satan and his demon hordes *use* blood and flesh as weapons of their “warfare.”

    Those people who belong to churches and who are paid to bring in muzzies from all over the world, give them aid and money, and teach them how to live off the hard work of others, are doing so much harm to Christians everywhere. Those ones are helping the enemies of Christ to wage war against His disciples.

    If Christians are able to see how evil islime is, they can protect themselves without breaking Christian principles and Christ’s commandments.

  4. You’re a day late and many dollars short, Cardinal. That’s funny coming from a Catholic which conducted business the same way around the world all in the name of God and the Catholic “church”.

  5. I drove north to the market I shop at. I saw my first Muslima in a hijab now working in the pharmacy.
    I knew there were Muslims in Tucson, but I have never seen one here. It’s unsettling to me that I felt so insulated even though I know they’re everywhere and I know the threat. The biggest concern during the Biden years were illegal aliens trafficking drugs and humans. Now I’ll have to worry about the encroachment of Islam here in my own back yard.

    It makes me wonder how many people will switch their prescriptions to another pharmacy. How many people still have their heads in the sand and will “celebrate diversity”? Will she demand prayer breaks and a room for a prayer mat?

    Sorry, I’m rambling.

    • If she can, she might substitute one pill for another when filling scripts.
      and, GE, all may need to “ramble” now and then. Especially if our close friends and family don’t yet see the danger all are in.

    • I’d change my pharmacy if I were you. Maybe continue to use that store for other things, but find something different somewhere else for pharmacy needs, be it a CVS or Walgreens. Or if you have a Costco or Sams membership, maybe in their pharmacy?

      • I don’t get any vaccines or medication there. I was just picking up a couple of sale items.

        If I did have Rxs there, I’d sure have them transferred.

        • Check your food for “halal”certification. And most meat, and all lamb products from Australia are halal. also ducks
          From Canada. I complained
          To My Costco that “halal” products Were not easily identifiable and people like me do not want anything to do with “halal”.

  7. As a Guinean, Robert Sarah comes from a frontline against Islam. He should be heeded.

    The more important task, however, is for Christians to re-acquaint themselves with their own religion. Too long, we have entrusted the education of our young to people who don’t know anything about anything other than an official curriculum. The idea that all religions are essentially the same is an extremely destructive on, whether uttered by liberalized Christians or by the worshippers of science, self, and state.

  8. Spot on to this clergyman. That is what is needed. Wake the hell up all you sleepwalking fools. And there was a German clergyman mentioned here on jihad watch a while ago saying much the same thing. Islam is evil, primitive filth that is fit only for knuckle dragging creatures, not enlightened, civilised human beings. It should be banned from all civilised, non Muslim countries.

  10. It was a tragedy that the superb Cardinal Sarah didn’t get elected Pope at the last conclave, though many supported him. The man elected appears to be fundamentally ignorant.

  12. Mr. Graham said the pope is wrong about God not hearing those who are at war when they pray.

    He referenced David praying often as he waged war against the enemies of Israel, especially the philistines.
