Under the Equality Act 2010, landlords and letting agents are prohibited from discriminating against prospective tenants on the basis of protected characteristics such as religion, race, or gender.

Maybe one reason that there are now” Muslim Only ” rental homes” might be because many Muslim who live in the United Kingdom are so very intolerant of people who aren’t Muslims , that some of those Muslim might “snap” a the very sight on a non-Muslim and become dangerously violent against him or her.
So for safety reasons ,such rental homes only for Muslim have been established. Just maybe.

If a Muslim moved in and I have come across one in our ‘hood’, and he has cameras mounted on his house that cover the sidewalk. if my dog so much as look at the grass around his house, he freaks out and comes after me. In Saudi Arabia, Medina is no longer off-limits to non-muslims, although Mecca still is. Only masjid-al-haram – the supposed burial side of Muhammad and the first 3 caliphs – is off limits to non-muslims, which is perfectly fair (since I don’t support allowing people to enter the holy sites of faiths they don’t follow)
In the meantime, if this is the situation in the UK, then the day is not far off when London or some other British city will replace Medina as being the second city in the world that is off-limits to non-muslims

Infidel, I can’t imagine wanting to go inside the religious buildings other people hold sacred. I have no interest in doing so.
And if the people want to keep non-worshippers out, that’s okay by me.
But, apartment buildings are not sacred places and the laws are in place to protect the public who may need a place to live. This thing, if it holds and only muzzies can move in, will spread, as you say, and London will be just another muzzie-only city. The places of long-standing which they don’t like, will come down, just as they did in afghanistan.

I had renters in my home where my family lived with kids.. I insisted on non smokers. Also no booze or drugs..I preferred not to rent to M slims, and in the interview process I learned a little about prospective renters. No M slims applied.
