Somali Fraudster: $3,000,000 in Fraud. 1 Year in Jail.

Why do we have so much fraud by Somalis in Minnesota? Consider the severe penalties.

A Minnesota man was sentenced on Monday to more than a year in prison after pleading guilty to creating fake invoices to a nonprofit that falsely claimed it served 1.5 million meals to children in need within seven months.

According to his guilty plea, Abdul Abubakar Ali submitted fake invoices for technology services from his company, Bilterms Solutions, to Youth Inventors Lab.

The Justice Department claimed the Youth Inventors Lab received more than $3 million in reimbursements, of which Ali personally pocketed at least $129,000.

Good deal all around. Not so much for Americans, but who cares about them anyway?

Here are some further details on the case.

Ali and his co-conspirators used the nonprofit “Youth Inventors Lab” as a shell company to carry out his scheme, investigators said. Ali enrolled Youth Inventors Lab in the federal food program under the sponsorship of Feeding Our Future, according to authorities.

After enrolling, Ali “immediately” began submitting claims for reimbursement for purportedly serving meals to hundreds or thousands of children a day, investigators said.

Ali created and submitted fake invoices purporting to document the purchase of food from a vendor, S & S Catering, according to authorities.

In reality, S & S Catering did not provide Youth Inventors Lab with any meals and Youth Inventors Lab did not serve any meals to children, investigators said.

Youth Inventors Lab falsely claimed to have served more than 1.3 million meals between December 2020 through June 2021, and they fraudulently received $3,029,786 in reimbursements, according to authorities.

But at least the judge was combating implicit racial bias and Bigfoot.

A convicted Somali fraudster who stole millions in taxpayer dollars through the Feeding Our Future scheme was sentenced to only one year in federal prison by a Minnesota judge who has said she has a duty to combat “implicit racial bias” in the criminal justice system, including by acknowledging what she says is a disproportionate representation of black people in the state’s prison population.

And a a disproportionate representation of Somali fraudsters.

    The “judge” is one of those people who can’t use reason and logic when looking at the number of prisoners who belong to a minority out in the general population of people.
    They see there are a lot of those people who belong to a minority locked up and decide that it’s *unfair* as opposed to there being more from those groups who turn to crime.

    So, the ‘judge’ had to be *fair.*

  2. $129,000/12 months = $10,750/month for 1 year in Federal prison.

    3 hots and a cot + medical and dental care.
    And, of course, an Islamic Imam for his religious needs.
    A year to press prison authorities for Islamic accomodations.
    A chance to preach Islam to his fellow inmates.
    A whole year to access a law library and council from CAIR visitors to fight his end-of-incarceration deportation.

    Not a bad deal indeed.

    Getting paid handsomely, by the Stupid Infidels, to commit Fraud Jihad against the Stupid Infidels.

    I can see why they want to stay in the U.S.

    Bar the believers in Islam at our countries Borders to avoid all of this Fraud and Expense.

  3. Where do these people (the judges) come from? Aren’t they supposed to be expert in the laws relevant to their jurisdiction? Aren’t they supposed to make judgements irrespective of one’s gender, race, religion, ethnicity, etc., etc?

    It seems clear – assuming correct and factual reporting over the last 6 months or so – that the State of Minnesota has a problem with its governing bodies.

  4. Somalis, with few exceptions, are such a drag of a people. With very few exceptions it would be best if they were not here in America. They serve no good. None.

    • Muslims don’t follow the 10 commandments. Love is the morality that drives the 10 commandments. Muslims are encouraged to do anything that strengthens Islam. So, power drives their laws.

      • The 10 commandments are not in the Koran, because the ‘ most perfect man’, Mohammed, broke half of them. Thou shall not lie, steak, kill, covet neighbor’s wife(stepson’s wife), covet neighbor’s goods( loot from caravan raids).

  7. $3.0E6 – $129.0E3 = $2,871,000. No services rendered, none received. The scam’s leader only took $129,000. Where is the $2.87 million?

    Somebody is selling and distributing this scam. Does anyone else smell a bigger fish and some lawyers?

    Not a long enough sentence, but its something. Deport them after tehy have served their sentence.
