Muslim migrants pose as LGBT to gain asylum in the UK, Home Office vows to jail lawyers who help them

Via the “refugee” crisis, numerous able-bodied, military-age young Muslims entered European countries, with many claiming to be “unaccompanied minors” in order to bolster their victim status and have a better chance of entering. European officials, as credulous (or afraid of being called “Islamophobic” as ever), generally accepted their claims about their ages at face value.

Blatantly lying to gain asylum in the UK is a well-known practice. Most illegals who have invaded the UK are Muslims who arrived from the Middle East and North Africa, and they continue to arrive. It isn’t only age that many lie about to remain in Britain as so-called refugees. It’s sexual orientation, too. They lie about it since being gay in Muslim countries is often punishable by death and/or harsh prison sentences. Lynchings are another issue. Who could forget Ahmad Abu Marhia, a 25-year-old gay Palestinian, who was murdered and beheaded in Hebron by fellow Palestinians in 2022 after receiving threats because he was gay.

So now, fake refugees are lying about being gay to gain asylum in the UK.

Anyone abusing protections for people fleeing persecution over gender or sexual orientation is beyond contempt.

It’s also ironic how the religion of peace still has gay activists in the West defending it, despite the persecution of gays in every Sharia-adherent country.

Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood has threatened “sham” lawyers with jail time for helping migrants pose as LGBT+ to gain asylum in the UK.

She vowed those who are falsely claiming they have been persecuted in their home country for their sexual orientation will be put on “a one-way flight out of Britain”.

Ms Mahmood took to social media to condemn those exploiting protections designed for genuine refugees, as well as the lawyers facilitating the abuse.

Writing on X, she said: “Anyone abusing protections for people fleeing persecution over gender or sexual orientation is beyond contempt.

“Let me be clear: try to defraud the British people to enter or remain in the UK and your asylum claim will be refused, your support cut off, and you will find yourself on a one-way flight out of Britain.

“Sham lawyers facilitating this abuse will face the full force of the law. With them behind bars, their dirty money will be seized and reinvested to shut down the crime they once bankrolled.”

Her post follows a BBC investigation which exposed a shadow industry of law firms and advisers charging migrants thousands of pounds to fabricate gay asylum claims, with one firm charging up to £7,000 and boasting that the chance of refusal by the Home Office was “very low”….
