Muslim Migrant Murders French Girl in Italy

How many rapes, or murders, or rapes followed by murders, of indigenous girls and women, do Muslim migrants commit in Europe each day? Just today, I received news about the sentencing of such a murderous migrant who in April 2024 stabbed to death a French girl in Italy. The man convicted of murdering a 22-year-old French woman whose body was discovered in an abandoned church in northern Italy has been spared a life sentence, receiving 25 years in prison despite a history of violence and a restraining order against him.

Twenty-five years for murder? And with the possibility of parole well before then? What is wrong with the Italian justice system? It’s bad enough that he’s not going to be executed. Italy did away with capital punishment in 1947 (in time to save some Fascist necks from the noose; the Germans did the same). But only twenty-five years for first-degree murder? In the U.S., it is ordinarily life without parole. In this case of premeditated slaughter, that sounds about right to me.

Sohaïb Teima, 24, was sentenced by the Aosta Court of Assizes over the killing of Auriane Laisné in April 2024. As reported by Actu, the young woman from the Lyon metropolitan area had been drugged with benzodiazepines before being taken to the remote location and stabbed multiple times.

Her body was found on April 5, 2024, inside an abandoned church above La Salle. According to La Stampa, she suffered fatal stab wounds to the neck and abdomen.

Prosecutors had sought life imprisonment. Public prosecutor Manlio D’Ambrosi told the court that investigators had built a “logical, coherent, precise, and timely reconstruction of the facts,” rejecting defense claims that the case was circumstantial. He said the investigation had produced “serious evidence” and dismissed suggestions that expert conclusions had been influenced.

Teima had been in a relationship with the victim and had already been the subject of multiple complaints for violence. He was under a restraining order prohibiting contact with Laisné, yet the pair had still been seen together shortly before the killing….

Despite the prosecution’s request for a life sentence, the court handed down a 25-year term. Defense lawyer Luca Tommaso Calabrò said the legal team was “only half satisfied,” arguing that life imprisonment would have been disproportionate while maintaining his client’s innocence…..

Women and girls of Europe: though we are cis and you are trans, even at this distance, listen to our advice. Do not, for god’s sake, take up with Muslim men. No matter how smooth the come-on, how deeply sincere those liquid brown eyes, or how soothing the sussurations of a soft voice, just don’t be tempted. Keep walking. And remember: Mariti e buoi dei paesi tuoi.

  1. Not to have the death penalty is evidence of distorted thinking, both with respect to proper morality and true common sense.

    Those opposed to the death penalty think they have the high ground. They don’t. Not even close.

      Yes, the death penalty should be an option for the most horrific crimes.

      • People would no doubt say a death penalty would contradict their “human rights”.

    • Also, w/ today’s tech, we can be most humane about it. Lace something that they eat/drink w/ Fentanyl, and they can be off to meet allah

      • I agree but think a little pain and suffering should match to the pain and suffering they caused to victims and their families. Being humane has got us to where we are now of doing nothing to curb violent crimes.

        • My recommendation would be universally televised coverage of an extremely grisly execution. Attrition of the population of this kind of person is laudable, but I think there ought to be some kind of deterrent effect on the remainder.

    • It is precisely because of their complete lack of a moral compass or even the fundamental human empathy every little child has that such people hold to this belief system.

  3. Does it not seem that if there has ever been even one case of an innocent person convicted of murder and wrongfully executed, that there should be no capital punishment? It occurs to me, at least. I’m not sure what else to say about it.

    Apart from that everything in this article is heartbreaking and outraging. And this has now been going on for a couple of generations. The stories, even if they aren’t as terrible as this one, keep piling up. And young women don’t listen. They don’t learn. Because doing either would be “un-woke” I suppose. It would be “prejudice” and “bigotry”. Thinking that is not helping, to say the least of it.

    • I have more to say about it.

      Imagine if more than a hundred plus years ago civilization was told that a new form of transportation had been developed, i.e., the automobile, but it would result in many, many thousands of deaths due to this new innovation (e.g., at least 50,000 Americans are killed every year from automobile accidents, the vast majority of the killed completely innocent). Would anyone still object to this new form of transportation?

      And so it is with capital punishment. Though not foolproof, though far more foolproof from a tragic result than the automobile, should this stop humanity for this reason to deny itself of the capacity to rid itself of the worst of mankind and justifiably exact the ultimate retribution for the most heinous of behaviors?

      Nothing in life comes without a price, including capital punishment. As usual, the perfect is the enemy of the good—and the quest for the perfect where capital punishment is involved will actually result in far more inequity and even more evil deeds. This is my take. I would welcome yours.

    • In the U.S., the standard for finding “guilty” is *reasonable doubt.* Not just a little, but what a ‘reasonable’ person would feel after hearing the evidence and talking it over with others.
      It may be similar in Italy.
      There are far more guilty murderers who are sentenced to some years, with the possibility of parole than there are not guilty who are found to be guilty and later executed.

      Even if he serves the full sentence, he will still be young enough when released to find and murder other young women. He took her life. He should forfeit his.

  4. Isn’t France a Catholic nation? So doesn’t that mean the pope will condemn this or speak on this larger issue of Islamic crime?

    Actually no. He is condemning trump not the Muslims, and he actually wants more Muslims to come as invaders illegally .

    Trump is in danger of losing massive Catholic support right now because this is all being construed in a terrible way be the fake news media. Trump didn’t want a problem with the pope, the pope came at Trump in support of his Islam masters.

        Just go and look at the numbers of child abuse in France for example by the Catholic Church. This ain’t some isolated cases. It’s tens of thousands of priests.

        I dislike the pope more than the ayatollah. At least I know what the ayatollah stands for. The pope is a saboteur of western civilization, and he understands Muslims migration is needed to destroy it. That’s why they are so fierce in protecting Muslims not only in Europe, but they are now siding with them in Israel, Palestine and now Iran . Even Nigeria, they are playing games to cover up the atrocities against Christians.
