If a Democrat president is inaugurated on Jan. 20, 2029 and Trump is still alive, Rezaei’s prediction will very likely come true.

IRGC General Mohsen Rezaei, a military advisor to Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei and formerly the IRGC”s [sic] Commander-in-Chief, said in an April 15, 2026 interview on IRINN TV (Iran) that the “brothers” in the IRGC have probably directed their missile launchers at the USS Abraham Lincoln, that all the American ships are under threat, and that Iran will not allow “even a single one” to escape….

Mohsen Rezaei: “Our brothers [in the IRGC] have probably directed their launchers at the [USS] Abraham Lincoln. All their ships are now under the threat of our launchers. We will sink all of them, and not allow even a single one to escape….

“I see two possible scenarios. The first is that the [Americans] have come this far and will leave. They will accept our 10 conditions, and step aside. Obviously, they will be running away, but they will say that [Trump] was brave.

“There is no chance that he has the courage that Hitler had. When Hitler was defeated, he committed suicide. What”s [sic] the problem? If you have the guts, admit your defeat. This is one option, but I think it is less plausible.

“An alternative prediction is that he will continue his futile and desperate efforts. The conditions in America will become so bad that I expect the Americans themselves will arrest Trump and put him in prison.”

  1. With that level of top military advice to Iran’s Supreme Leader, no wonder Iran is doing so badly.

    What is the latest estimate when Iran will have to start shutting down oil wells?

    That was due to occur when Iran’s limited oil storage capacity was full, estimated to take less than two weeks.

    Once a well is shut down, there is no guarantee it can be reopened.

    Iran is possibly days away from economic devastation. But they are not negotiating like that.

    I think Trump should economically devastate Iran. Send them back to the 18th Century economically.

    Ensure they have no money to spend on a nuclear program or regional terror proxies. And facilitate the means for starving, angry Iranians to rise up and overthrow their regime.

  2. Muslims believe the hatred, propaganda, lies, and deceit as well as in a Heavenly Paradise as taught by Allah in Islam’s Qur’an(Qur’an 3:28, 54; 5:14; 9:5, 29, 111; 49:15, etc.). As a result, Muslims boast and deceive against Non-Muslims despite the failing economic, military, and financial conditions in Muslim Iran. Allah stirs hatred, cursing, and punishment against Christians until the resurrection day as Qur’an 5:14 instructs, “And some of those who say, ‘Surely we are Nasara (Christians),’ we took their covenant. So they have forgotten a part of what they were reminded of, so we have stirred up ENMITY and HATRED among them until the resurrection day. And Allah will inform them of what they were doing.”

    Allah’s Muslims desire to make Islam supreme using their man-made book of lies and deceit, the Qur’an. Allah in Qur’an 9:111 says, “Surely Allah has purchased from the believers[Muslims] their souls and their money so that they may have the garden[Heavenly Paradise]. They engage in war for the sake of Allah[ie. Allah’s Cause to make Islam Supreme], so they kill and are killed…”.

  3. Such audacious hubris! Why?

    My thinking as to why:
    1. They believe China will back them for the long hall, because China has been supplying them covertly with weapons, targeting information, and expertise.
    2. Pakistan brokered the recent truce because Iran needed time for China to send them more supplies/weapons including shoulder, fired missiles. China or Iran or both approached Pakistan to do this. Supplies have been moving over land through Pakistan. Pakistan was disingenuous in their trying to broke her a peace deal. Of course, I have no evidence of this (except the recent ship the US stopped and detained), but I’m basing it on Pakistan’s past behavior and their radical Islamic beliefs.
    3. China has supplied Iran with a improved models of ultrasonic missiles, hoping Iran can sink a carrier or two. Iran has been preoccupied with doing so, and China would gladly assist them. China watches and notes American responses for future purposes.
    4. Iran sees a significant number of people in the US and world hating Trump and against the war – this gives them hope for this pressure to work in their favor.
    *5. The Islamic regime cannot be defeated without troops on the ground, and the US almost certainly will not engage enough troops to completely destroy the military arm of the regime. The sizable number of Iranians against the regime are unarmed and are systematically being sought out and eliminated.
    6. The “allies” of the United States are not supportive including the European Union and the UN.
    7. The deep underground protective areas are not completely destroyed and still functioning.
    8. They are Muslims. They think Allah is with them according to the Koran.

    This is not to say anything about Russia’s assistance and other Islamic countries.

    * Therefore, the ballistic missile problem in the nuclear problem will remain unless this Islamic regime is replaced. Death to Israel and death to America will continue to be there foremost goal for the sake of Shia Islam.

          I think other items can be added to that list, like Wellington’s point about the Democrat party being the biggest danger to the US. In this situation, recall Kerry, Obama, Valerie Jarret, etc. all are suspect in working with Iran “behind the scenes”.

          And, just today the Iranians have announced according to Fox News:
          “Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf threatened to “reveal new cards on the battlefield” in a Monday evening social media post ….” and “We do not accept negotiations under the shadow of threats, and in the past two weeks, we have prepared to reveal new cards on the battlefield,” he (Ghalibaf) concluded.”

          My thought: They may say they now have a nuke, a dirty bomb (made with their uranium deep in their tunnels), or upgraded anti-ship missiles (from China). This is why they needed two weeks. And Pakistan and China are likely complicit!

    • I agree with all points except #5. I would not underwrite a life insurance policy on Mohsen Rezaei or any other IRGC commander or soldier. Google DARPA and 10 red balloons and MIT to see how crowdsourcing is used to locate things. This is one of the techniques Mossad is using to eliminate IRGC and Quds commanders and certain mullahs.

      If the U.S. and Israel want to eliminate the regime without a invasion, they need a systematic approach as follows:
      1) bomb all power substations and transmission lines. (They are cheaper to rebuild than the actual electrical generation plants, but destroying them serves the same purpose)
      2j bomb gasoline and diesel storage.
      3) periodically scan the areas from the air for hotspots, using infrared (FLIR), which would indicate small generators, and bomb those too.
      4) bomb the water works that supply Tehran, Qom, and other major Iranian cities and the desalinization plants of the coastal cities and southern Iran.
      5) do the above systematically to make the cities unlivable, forcing a mass migration to elsewhere in Iran.
      6) keep up the naval blockade
      7) wait!

      Keep up the systematic elimination of IRGC commanders, personnel and facilities as they are discovered.

      At some point, the IRGC will surrender.
      The IRGC is just as stubborn as the “Big Six” of Imperial Japan with respect to ending the war. The Big Six were split 3-3 and Hirohito stepped in to break the tie. Hardline military officers, led by Major Kenji Hatanaka, then attempted a coup to prevent Hirohito’s broadcast of Japan’s surrender, but it was suppressed. The Potsdam Declaration was issued July 27, 1945. Japan ignored it. But they could not ignore two atomic bombings.

      Similarly, the IRGC cannot ignore permanent blackout conditions with no available water, especially now that warmer weather is coming with the location of their commanders reported to Israel’s website for that purpose by the Iranian population or by disgruntled soldiers within their ranks.

        Most of your points require bombing, of course, to get around “invasion number troops” on the ground.

        Three thoughts to consider:
        How about bombing mosques ? Things are hidden there.
        How are we going to get the deep bunkers that our best bombs can not reach?
        Are you thinking about bombing hospitals, schools, churches, and civilian residential areas where the IRGC is likely to hide.

        I like your idea of “wait” as a tactical strategy, as long as we are sure nothing is coming in through the Iranian border countries that could have originated from China, Russia. North Korea, Turkey, etc. On the other hand waiting could have negative political consequences as far as energy prices, elections, sympathetic muslim countries, getting involved, etc.

Democrats aplenty have already indicated that once they get back into power by controlling both houses of Congress and the Presidency, they are going to seek criminal charges against many Republicans, Trump and Hegseth being two of them. Open borders, men in women’s sports, creeping socialism, exculpation of criminal behavior, the packing of the Supreme Court, DC and Puerto Rico as states, et al. will follow.

    Again I will state that the greatest enemy of America is the Democratic Party. They will turn this country into a gigantic banana republic and, a la Lincoln, mankind’s last best hope will be lost. As much as I despise Islam, I believe I despise the Democratic Party even more, so awful has it become.

    Put another way, what’s left of the hideous regime which has run Iran since 1979 presently has as its best ally in all the world the modern Democratic Party, bar none. Conclude accordingly.

  5. Mohsen Rezaei, the newest Bagdad bob of Iran, need not concern himself with questions of his own personal courage or cowardice related to suicide. IDF or US forces will likely whack him in the very near future.

  6. A bad solution, yet workable:

    If not willing to do the job necessary to secure the enriched uranium, dropping subcritical dirty bombs on every possible nuclear development site, including those previously bombed but uncertain, which could be a hiding place. It could make them into little unapproachable, Chernobyls.

    There would be a world outcry but unlikely to come from oil-producing Sunnis.

    • I would not worry about Uranium. Instead, focus solely on regime change. Since the Israelis are now forced into a ceasefire in Lebanon, let them resume their attacks on Tehran. In fact, how about making Tehran completely IRGC/Basij-free, so that the Iranian rebels have a headquarters, and bomb any attempts of the IRGC to re-enter Tehran. They do not have an alternate operating base that could substitute Tehran as headquarters anywhere else in the country

      Start taking out Ghalibaf, Araghchi, Pezeshkian et al, and prevent the election of new leaders. Sooner rather than later, the Iranian people will be able to be out on the streets

    In the West, we call for Life or Death Sentence for child rapists, but in Iran, Pedophilia is legal and its religious head dictates this atrocity as “holy”. Legalizing “marriage” of an 8-year-old girl under Sharia law is okay!

    Hope Trump pushes the button on these monsters as their regime is now clearly in a real mess and no one is in control. Trump now has a great opportuity to starve these barbarians by blocking Argh the island that’s the “economic engine” of that decrepit regime! And sanctions to Turkey and any other country that acts as a Laundromat for the Iranian blood money from oil sales!
