In the 1920s, Dearborn, Michigan was best known as the home of the Dearborn Independent, the newspaper that Henry Ford published that was full of antisemitic conspiracy theories. After a half-century, antisemitism has again arisen in Dearborn, the result not of an individual’s mania but of a whole community — the Arabs — who have settled in Dearborn and made it the “most Arab city” in America. Dearborn was 90% white and Christian in 1970; today it is 70% Arab and Muslim. It has the largest concentration of Arab Americans in the U.S.

Inside a tastefully appointed coffee shop a short walk from the Arab American National Museum in Dearborn, Michigan, a handsome wooden sculpture hangs to the left of the door. An uninitiated observer might take the woodwork for an abstract design. In fact, it is a map of “Palestine” that erases Israel. It’s an artistic rendering of the slogan “From the River to the Sea, Palestine Will Be Free,” that was echoed with troubling frequency and ferocity on college quads and in downtowns across the United States after October 7.
Patrons at the coffee shop — which offers pretty good pastries — won’t hear that angry chant from the baristas behind the counter but the sculpture sends a clear message: “We hate Israel and want it to disappear. You should, too. Anyone who thinks otherwise is not welcome here.” This message permeates the public life of Dearborn and the communities that surround it.
Visitors to Dearborn can see this contempt on oblique display at the Arab American National Museum, which has an exhibit lionizing the late journalist, Helen Thomas. The museum, whose website offers a land acknowledgement that laments its sinful presence on tribal land — and celebrates “the larger ethnic and racial fabric” of the greater Detroit area — makes no reference to Thomas’s antisemitism which manifested itself when she told Jews to “to go back to Germany” in a now-notorious interview in 2010.
The message is clear. The museum will confess the sins of white settlers in the United States but has no problem with Arab Americans who demonize Jews in America. So much for respecting the ethnic and racial fabric of the greater Detroit area—which includes an estimated 70,000 Jews.
This hostility manifested itself in the willingness of Dearborn officials to attend a September 2025 ceremony to name a busy intersection located just outside the city limits after Osama Siblani, the publisher of Arab American News, a publication which regularly falsely accuses Israel of “genocide.” This same publisher once called on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to “go back to Poland.” A few weeks after the intersection was named after him, Siblani took to the steps of the steps of Dearborn’s Henry Ford Centennial Library to denounce “treacherous, criminal Zionist Israelis,” blame Israel for violence across the Middle East, and call on his supporters to resist Israel and its supporters by “all means of resistance.”
Given rhetoric like this, it’s no surprise that Dearborn protesters have been heard to chant “Death to Israel” and “Death to America!” on the steps of the same Henry Ford Library. Such contempt took on a religious hue on March 3, 2026, at the Islamic House of Wisdom, a mosque located in Dearborn Heights, when Mohammad Ali Elahi, a prominent local imam with ties to Iran, portrayed Israel’s attack on Iranian proxy Hezbollah as an effort to distract the American people from the “Epstein files.” He made the same argument ten days later when he condemned the U.S. attack on Iran….
A change of heart did not prompt Ford’s “apology”; rather, he was worried about sales of his Model T. Jews were an important part of his customer base, and they also owned car dealerships, but some were cancelling their contracts with Ford in protest at his antisemitic ravings in the Dearborn Independent. By 1927, Ford had come to appreciate the economic damage being done to his company, and decided to issue a false apology.
Dexter Van Zile is planning to pull back the curtain still further on the antisemitism now rampant in Dearborn for the second time, ever since Henry Ford wrote his 92 articles in his newspaper that were then published together as a book — The International Jew. Dearborn was 90% white and Christian in 1970, and in 2026 it is 70% Arab, the city with the largest concentration of Arab Americans in the U.S. As Muslims become an ever greater percentage of the American population, both through immigration and very high fertility rates, more Dearborns will be created, and will serve as incubators for both anti-Israel sentiments and for antisemitism. We must contact our political Representatives or our Leaders to establish a Legal Threshold to qualify for or to gain Rights, Protections, and Privileges under the Law where the Applicant Entity must adhere to the USA Constitution. In theory, Islam and its Muslim Organizations would fail to qualify due their discrimination, segregation, violence, terrorism, etc. against Non-Muslims.

Sharia Law does not allow for the free practice of the Christian or Jewish religion (or any other religion) unless a tax called the Jizya or Jizyah is paid to allow the practice our religion. And if we do not pay, then we are considered an apostate and subject to being murdered for practicing or religion freely. Which is against the 1st Amendment. And our human rights to life, and liberty, and equal justice under U.S Constitutional law.
Sharia also does not give woman the same equal rights as a man. Their ability to carry the same authority as a man in a court of law is limited to being 1/3 of a man. Three women are required testify to equal the same weight of authority as a man under Sharia Law.
It also allows for the divorce of a women with any judicial recourse of the wife to be brought before a judge for compensation or the retaining of children that maybe born to them.
Children and woman are considered to be slaves under Sharia Law and can be sold or traded as the husband desires at any time.
And Sharia allows for the rape of a women that is not Muslim without any judicial consequences. It is truly a barbaric religion and system of law compared to today’s standards of equal rights.

I have maintained for many years now, somehistory, that the Arabs are the single most dysfunctional major people on the planet. They even make Latin Americans look like they have their act together. And it’s not just because of their creating the worst religion of all time and what ensued after this but also for other reasons like misplaced tribal loyalty and false senses of what constitutes honor (e.g., killing a female family member for reasons of “honor”—how sick).
Yes, i know that back in the medieval period some Arabs preserved important “artifacts” of the ancient world but this one positive hardly redeems this people. Dearborn represents the headquarters of the 5th column in America. I worked there as a consultant to Ford and found it very hospitable – in the 80s.
As the author notes, others are being developed (Plano, Texas, NYC, Maine, Seattle, etc.). It’s an unfortunate result of multiple decades of ignorance by political leaders from both parties – although lately the leftists seem to be enjoying a monopoly on it.
Other than massive re-education of many and a focus on America for those in schools today, I do not know a satisfactory response. I believe that mass deportation is unworkable and would be political suicide.
