UAE diplomat accuses Iran of firing 2,200 missiles and drones at the UAE over its ‘openness’ and ‘prosperity’

There’s obviously more going on with Iran than what Western observers have been privy to. The Islamic Republic of Iran has been attacking its Gulf neighbors, and not only to take aim at American interests.

The Assistant Minister for Political Affairs and Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, Lana Nusseibeh, made an expected declaration about why Iran is attacking the UAE even more than Israel:

UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed also condemned a foiled jihad terrorist plot in Kuwait linked to Iran’s proxy Hizballah, as he affirmed full solidarity with Kuwait:

Iran may well be signifying its desperation and trying to pave the way for the activation of its doomsday scenario, the persecution that, according to the Twelver Shi’ite belief, is necessary in order to hasten the appearance of the hidden Imam.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps also holds this doomsday vision. The hidden Twelfth Imam, Muhammad al-Mahdi, plays a dominant role in Twelver Shi’ism, which is the official religion of the Islamic Republic of Iran. There is a messianic belief that at the end of days, al-Mahdi will appear in the midst of a violent apocalyptic scenario played out on a battleground stained with infidels’ blood. This messianic figure is believed to be the one who will then establish a global Islamic caliphate. The regime views its hostile policies, and its approach to America and the annihilation of Israel, as key in contributing to the conditions for the Mahdi’s reappearance.

How does one reconcile the crisis in Iran with these Twelver doomsday beliefs? For one thing, this belief keeps the hardline Islamic regime emboldened and motivated; even if it falls short of its goal of galvanizing support across the Islamic world to wage jihad in its defense, it will certainly succeed in alerting the Islamic world to shore up defenses against the infidels, and will hasten the coming of the Mahdi. Even in the event of the regime’s fall, the global jihad will not be stymied, and will continue its efforts in its relentless zeal for “martyrdom” and the expansion of the hegemony of Sharia.

“Iran attacks us over fear of openness and prosperity, UAE minister says,” Iran International, March 25, 2026:

Iran fired over 2,200 missiles and drones at the United Arab Emirates, more than at Israel and other Persian Gulf states combined, because it sees the country’s openness and prosperity as a threat, Lana Nusseibeh said on Wednesday.

“Over 60% of the attacks have been directed at the UAE. And that’s a fundamental question: why?” Nusseibeh told Fox News.

“We did not ask for a war in our region. We did not start a war,” she said, adding that Iran chose to fire missiles instead of negotiating with Washington over its nuclear and missile programs….

Actually, having lost most of their leadership, the islamic regime is panicking and lashing out mainly to prove to their supporters – who’ve swallowed their kool-aid – that they’re doing something about it. Result has been them indiscriminately attacking everyone – including allies like Qatar and Iraq, and even at fellow shi’a neighbors Bahrein and Azerbaijan

    This thing won’t end until the regime completely collapses. The Israelis should take out Pezeshkian, Araghchi and anyone else so that even the IRGC no longer knows who’s leading the country

Both Sunni Muslims(UAE, Qatar, Turkey, etc.) and Shia Muslims(Iran) are deceivers for Allah against Israel, America, and all Non-Muslims while Muslims ‘islamize’, via Islamic Law, the West as taught in Islam’s Qur’an(Qur’an 3:54; 7:99; 8:30; 9:5, 29, 111; 49:15, etc.). Muslims create and promote Criminal-Terrorist-Gang Organizations in Mosques, Muslim Homes, Muslim Schools, Governments, Islamic Centers, Sharia Courts, etc. to help conquer Non-Muslims with Muslim MONEY and with Muslim LIVES. Allah in Qur’an 8:39 says, “And engage in war with them[Non-Muslims] until there will not be sedition and the religion will be completely to Allah…”

    Allah in Qur’an 49:15 teaches, “Surely the believers[Muslims] are only those who believed in Allah and his messenger. They do not doubt, and they performed JIHAD with their MONEY and their LIVES for the sake of Allah. Those are the truthful.” Allah in Qur’an 9:29 commands, “Engage in war with those who do not believe in Allah nor in the last day[Non-Muslims]. Nor forbid what Allah and his messenger forbid[in Islamic Law], nor believe in the religion of the truth[Islam] among those who have given the book[Jews and Christians] until they pay the jizyah[Extortion Payment] out of hand and they are subdued[disgraced].”

  3. Anyone seen the new, “Supreme Leader”? Not even an AI fake?

    Iran now has two hidden Imams, #12 and Mojtaba. Apparently, the IRGC is running the war without useless input from either.

    If shooting up the neighbors with missiles is intended to bring the 12th Imam out of the closet, it’s not working. Perhaps he already has his(former) virgins, is content, and wants nothing to do with those swarthy IRGC guys who haven’t looked clean since 1979.

    Imagine the wife of an IRGC leader asking, “Could you shave once in a while for me? I so want to feel close to your smooth face”. His likely reply, “smack!, you want me get another wife or two?”

    Where did those beautiful pre-1979 Persians go? How did Islam make Iranian life so ugly? Judging by water shortages, Allah is not pleased with the Regime in Tehran.

    • Actually, those pre-1979 “Persians” are back – both on streets of Western cities like Munich and Los Angeles, and in Iran, right now, they are indoors, on the advice of the Israelis and Reza Pahlavi

      I like the allusion to Mojtaba being another hidden imam. I saw Armin Navabi suggest that he’s dead, and that the IRGC decided to announce a dead leader so that it’s impossible for the Israelis or US to kill. Now everything that’s being carried out is being carried out in his name

      But yeah, I’m surprised that the IRGC hasn’t put out AI fakes of Mojtaba.. They could have it have him say anything they want

  4. Well, of course, the prosperity is all because the lucky break in having oil, but the openness sounds very unmuslim like and the woman, free of the rag on her head also unmuslim like. Maybe the use might progress further and ditch stinking Islam altogether. Probably never happen but it would great to such progress. If only Muslims would ditch Islam, what a better world it would be.

  5. Does anyone here doubt that if Iran had a fully functional nuclear weapon, they would use it?
