An Iraqi-born man who was arrested after entering a Texas elementary school clad in tactical gear and carrying a gun has been released back onto the streets.
Kyle Najm Chris, also known as Muhi Mohanad Najm, showed up at Zwink Elementary School in Spring, Texas, last Tuesday and walked into the front office with a load-bearing vest, a taser, and a holstered firearm, according to court records. Chris, who became a naturalized United States citizen in 2022, was arrested Wednesday and charged with possession of a prohibited weapon, a third-degree felony.
The 39-year-old has since posted his $75,000 bond and was released from custody Sunday, according to court records.
Chris allegedly walked into the school’s front office in tactical gear with a holstered firearm after another visitor failed to close the door behind them. A school employee asked Chris how he got in, and he told her the door was unlatched.
Chris also asked if there was armed security on school property, according to court documents.
He was asked to provide an ID, but didn’t give one, nor did he identify himself. Chris soon left the school and drove away.
Chris had a private investigator license and a Texas concealed handgun license, but did not have any ties to the school, according to local news outlet KHOU.
Chris is required to be under 24-hour house arrest with a GPS monitor and is banned from going near any Klein ISD property, according to Fox 26….

At best this is dry run Islamic Terrorism and Domination Jihad.
He can do what he wants, when he wants, where he wants to whom he wants.
Even if you arrest him he will be out on bail. Meanwhile, you know even when he threatens your children you are impotent. but he is not.
If nothing else this is Pathological Psychological Jihad. He’s acting out, in full view of everyone, every parent’s worst nightmare. He wants us to know how far Islam can, and is willing to, go. And he want’s us to know how unable we are to stop him.
He can show up at an elementary school, dressed in tactical gear, carrying a gun, talk to the office staff, ignore their demands for identification – and no one shoots him. Even after Uvalde – no one shoots him.
Just another representative of “The Religion of Peace” acting out his peaceful beliefs.
Of course barring Islam at the border, as would be done for members of any other totalitarian organization, would be the most effective action.
Or perhaps halt all immigration until it can be reasoned out how to bar Islam because its religious beliefs are diametrically opposed to the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights.
How can the U.S. be expected to grant entry to people on the grounds of “Freedom of Religion” to a religion that doesn’t believe in “Freedom of Religion”?

I think republicans are very afraid to tick off the Muslims there, Muslims are moving in to Texas in un fathomable numbers right now. Mosques are popping up weekly.
Muslims are much more politically engaged than an average white republican, especially in midterms.
I am so scared for the future of Texas. Where will we get our votes in ten years? I understand many republicans are afraid to tick Muslims off, we need to keep the state.
Thinking optimistically, these Muslims must understand republican values and policies made the state attractive for them. Some must vote for us….. or am I off.
Californians are coming in droves as well, they are democrat socialists and they want major changes in Texas. They are unhappy with many policies when you speak to new comers. Texas must be desperate to offset these new voters somewhere.
Texas has a major surplus. This I believe is a major goal of democrats to take Texas and spend spend spend that pile of cash. If they get their hands on the money, they’ll create a dependent class to vote and you’ll never get it back.

Funny how easy it is for Muslims to become naturalized. I have heard of people in the church who try to migrate to the US the legal way, no tricks, stand in-line for decades, never get anywhere in the process. They hit wall after wall and finally give up. In short those people who stand in que, have an education, do it the legal way with lots of paper work, requirements and attorney fees are suckers. If you are non-Muslim and even Christian it seems easier for a Camel to go through the needles eye than to migrate to the US legally, even if its just a green card they get, let alone naturalization. There must be someone pulling the Islamization string somewhere. Then you see Biden importing tens of thousands of Afghan Muslims straight in without second thoughts. There must have been 20 Afghan translators for every US personnel at the time helping with translation. Sooner or later the “thermometer” will be showing Americans leaving the US for a safer place due to Islamization.
I never thought that the Lone Star State of Texas was so wimpy that they would allow something like EPIC City – a master-planned Islamic community. Never, never thought that Muslims could overpower the second largest state and of all places do it in the Bible belt region. I honestly thought that by now Texas would have taken those Muslim perpetrators by the collar and booted them out of the country by now.

He is a flight risk. If he is found guilty, he can be denaturalixed and deported. Bond should not be issued for serious crimes by aliens or naturalized citizens. However, it’s unfair to hold people not yet found guilty in such terrible conditions. It would be more fair to separate the convicted from those awaiting trial.
