How long are Islamic terrorists going to continue hiding behind the protection of our laws while they advocate killing us?
A rabbi and his son, who together vandalized a controversial mural depicting a Star of David and a swastika in Milwaukee, were sentenced on Wednesday.
Court records show 74-year-old Peter Mehler pleaded no contest on Wednesday to misdemeanor criminal damage to property. He was fined $50.
Judge Jack Davila also ordered the father and son to pay $1,000 total in restitution to the property owner, Ihsan Atta.
Before sentencing the Mehlers, Davila said he understood the bigger context behind what happened: the Mehlers are Jewish, and Atta is a Palestinian American.
The judge warned that comments not related to the crime would not be tolerated in court Wednesday. Davila interrupted Atta, who acknowledged his support for Hamas and later walked out of court after being warned a second time, only to be brought back by deputies.
“Acknowledged his support for Hamas”. What else is there to say?
The same system that allowed mobs of radicals to tear down statues and monuments, with the approval of the state, also sent people to jail for driving over BLM murals, and fines a rabbi for vandalizing a Hamas supporter’s mural.

The son said he knew it was a crime, but was glad it was exposed. I can fully understand what they did….seeing their Star turned into a nazi thing. As if they persecuted themselves to death in concentration camps.
And the “palestinian” has now demonstrated his support of a designated terror org, so he should be denaturalized and sent home to Gaza.

Perhaps the Jews in Milwaukee need to start creating and posting images of Mohammed across the city and then when moslems inevitably start vandalizing the images demand that local authorities arrest and charge the moslems with the same crime that the Rabbi was charged with. Would only seem fair. This guy wants his offensive mural of a Star of David and swastika then people should be allowed to create and post images of Mohammed without retaliation.

The two sums of money should have been the other way round, with the larger amount paying for the court’s time, and the smaller one as an acknowledgement of the Hamas supporter’s loss. I’m not sure which is worse – denying the Holocaust (which was clearly not the issue here), or trivialising it by suggesting that Israel’s defensive war is equivalent to what the Nazis did.

The Hamas support walk out of court twice when the judge was speaking in the middle of the case according to the Fox news clip attached to the above post. Why was he not sighted for contempt? Leaving a court while your case is being heard and the judge for your case is talking if you are the accused or the party “wronged’ or attacked is the highest form of contempt without permission to leave from the judge. Is the judge in fear of the Moslem community that he can not control his court or would let the insult to position and his profession go unanswered unpunishment? .Even talking back to a judge out of term or answering him in a unprofessional manor could get a warning of facing contempt on the first time of you doing it. Walking out twice if you are Moslem because you are a terrorist supporter you are protected in by sharia shadow laws and threats in Moslem voting block communities? First off BLAME the DEMOCRATS: changed the 1952 immigration law in 1965 to allow Islam into America when in 1952 it was declared a threat to our nation and government as a hostile entity. Democrats claimed religious status for Islam, because of that Islam has been making head way to over throw our nation using the 1st Amendment.
But here’s the real issue: will President Trump do what other presidents have chosen to ignore is the clause in that 1952 immigration bill that was not changed in 1965, the clause states that any entity that seeks to over throw our government be removed from America.

That legal ruling is unethical, unjust, and cruel.

The judge is not afraid of, or paid by, Muslims.
He is sympathetic to the “Palestinian” “cause.”
He, like most people, believes that “Israel stole the land of, and is persecuting, and has committed genocide against, the ‘Palestinians’.” Why do he and most other people believe that untrue perverse set of lies? 1. 1st Amendment: Free Speech, your opinion, no matter how wrong, offensive and hurtful is protected. Otherwise,who decides? I don’t want to back the Hate Speech approach as Hate Speech laws should be done away with – the enhancement only gets appliesdto people who don’t support Hate Speech laws.
2. Fifth Amendment’s Takings Clause, Private property. You can put your Free Speech on your own exterior walls.

Focus on getting the Muslim Brotherhood, CAIR and all the other organizations as the terrorist entities they are. Why does Egypt and Saudi Arabia ban the Muslim Brotherhood as terrorist and not the United States! Those countries bar it at home and fund it in the U.S. Gee, I wonder why?
Islam is a competing form of government with only some religious aspects. Islam’s form of government is not compatible with the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights.
In the U.S. you cannot ban an idea. You can deny entry to people who hold those ideas.
Keep it simple. Ban Terror Organizations and Bar Islam at our Borders.
