  1. What he said in the patrol car may be thrown out by the judge in his case. Especially if his attorney cites cases. A lot will depend on the judge in this case.
    The fact that the cops asked no questions has been claimed as irrelevant before and his attorney may argue that since he was not Mirandized, his statements cannot be used. Only what he said or wrote after the warning about his rights will be assured to meet the challenge.

  2. He wanted his attack to be more deadly than the Islamic attack in 2013 in Boston? Of course he did.

    Imagine this young nothing of a human being saying he wanted it less deadly. After all, “more deadly” is music to a devout Muslim’s ear, this meant in a figurative sense since true music, like so many other wonderful things such as freedom, equality under the law and graciousness, is foreign to the devoted followers of the worst religion ever devised by man.

    Islam was ready made to have brutal control-freaks revel in depriving humanity of the joy and wonder of life. Such people are steeped in hatred and, per their own statements, have contempt for those who love life while they love death. Sickos all, only the degree being a variable from one deluded Mohammedan to the next one. And indeed, pay particular attention to the most devoted Mohammedans. Yes, a good idea to do so.
