He could have just congratulated Muslims on their “holy month” with some of the usual politicians’ boilerplate. Instead, he actually says that he commends Ramadan to all North Carolina residents. Does this clown expect non-Muslim North Carolinians to observe the Ramadan fast? If present trends continue, they’ll be doing that soon enough, not daring to eat in public during daylight hours in Ramadan, for fear of incurring Muslim wrath, just as in many Muslim countries today.

If this “official” statement by NC gives is not treasonous, then “treason” has no definition. By declaring (“commending”) observance of Ramadan to ALL NC citizens, our gov is, in essence, commending the practice of Islam, which by its own foundations claims desire to rule the world by conversion or by death. If that is not giving aid to enemies of the U.S., then I don’t know what constitutes treason, all First Amendment protections aside, as this is not a personal remark, but an official statement.
