More than 30 arrests for charges of rape, malicious wounding, assault, firing a weapon.
Virginia just decided that the way to go is with the ‘free all the illegal alien criminals’ party. And that leads to women being stabbed to death at bus stops. By Muslim illegal aliens with 30 priors because arresting them and handing them over to ICE interferes with what is currently the supreme cause of the movement after previous stints with ‘BLM’ and ‘Hamas’ (not to mention the drag queens).
It’s not good for America. It wasn’t good for Stephanie. But it’s working out pretty well for Abdul Jalloh.
A 32-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder in the fatal stabbing of a woman at a bus stop shelter in Hybla Valley, Fairfax County police said.
Police said officers responded at 7:16 p.m. on Monday to Richmond Highway and Arlington Drive in Hybla Valley for a death investigation. Officers found Stephanie Minter, 41, of Fredericksburg, in the bus stop shelter with multiple stab wounds to the upper body.
Minter was pronounced dead at the scene.
If only someone could have seen this coming after Abdul’s 30 previous arrests.
His criminal history includes more than 30 arrests for charges of rape, malicious wounding, assault, drug possession, identity theft, trespassing, larceny, firing a weapon, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and pick pocketing.
A real renaissance man. But this is what the ‘F___ ICE’ party wants. Dead people. Live undeported illegal alien criminals.
Governor Spanberger has signed an executive order that local and state law enforcement are no longer required to cooperate with ICE, repealing an order from her Republican predecessor, Governor Glenn Youngkin.
32nd time will be the charm or the corpse.
But there is something the Feds can do. If State Dems insist on setting loose illegal alien criminals, it might be time to start winnowing access to America even more.
Abdul came here from Sierra Leone. That’s a majority Muslim country. Are we benefiting more than we’re losing from migration from Sierra Leone? We could ask Stephanie, but Sierra Leone left her unable to reply.
Maybe our government can speak for her and keep the next stabber back in his own homeland.

I posted about this murder in VA on a thread a couple of days ago. The prosecutor gave the excuse that the cases were dismissed because the murdering criminal muzzie had no permanent address.
They didn’t want to prosecute the scum because he is muzzie scum. And this poor woman suffered from their cowardly evil actions.
J Allan says
You mean she suffered from their cowardly, evil, LACK of action!

Actually, refusing to prosecute when prosecution would be the usual course of action *is* an action–certainly agree that it is cowardly and evil, though.

Here’s the full, structured breakdown of how this actually happens in Virginia.
—
## Why someone with 30+ arrests keeps getting released
Virginia’s criminal‑justice system has several structural features that, when combined with certain prosecutorial philosophies, produce exactly this outcome.
### 1. **Prosecutors in Fairfax and other Northern Virginia jurisdictions follow a “charge‑minimization” philosophy**
Over the last several years, these offices have adopted policies that:
– Decline to pursue many misdemeanor and low‑level felony charges
– Avoid enhancements (repeat‑offender, violent‑history, gang, firearm)
– Drop charges when victims or witnesses are inconsistent or unavailable
– Default to diversion or dismissal for “quality of life” crimes
This means someone like Jalloh can accumulate dozens of arrests without accumulating convictions.
### 2. **Virginia’s bail system is “presumption of release” unless the prosecutor actively argues otherwise**
In Virginia:
– Judges cannot deny bail unless the prosecutor proves the defendant is a danger or flight risk.
– Prosecutors must present a detailed record of prior convictions, not just arrests.
– If charges were dropped, dismissed, or pled down, the judge cannot treat them as violent history.
So if prosecutors repeatedly drop charges, the judge’s hands are tied.
### 3. **“No permanent address” is used as a reason *not* to hold someone — but only when prosecutors choose not to push back**
You’re right that “no fixed address” is often cited. But here’s the nuance:
– In many jurisdictions, lack of a permanent address is treated as a *reason to release* with conditions, not a reason to detain.
– Prosecutors can override this by arguing flight risk or danger — but only if they choose to.
– If the office has a policy of avoiding ICE involvement, they will *not* argue flight risk based on immigration status.
So “no address” becomes a bureaucratic excuse layered on top of a philosophical choice.
### 4. **Fairfax prosecutors have explicit internal guidance discouraging cooperation with ICE**
This matters because:
– If a prosecutor acknowledges immigration status, they must treat it as a flight‑risk factor.
– But acknowledging it would trigger ICE detainers.
– So the office avoids raising immigration status at all.
This creates a paradox:
**They cannot argue he’s a flight risk because that would require acknowledging the ICE detainer they refuse to honor.**
### 5. **Dropped charges erase the pattern of violence**
Judges see:
– No convictions
– No violent felonies
– No documented pattern of escalating behavior
But prosecutors see:
– 30+ arrests
– Multiple violent allegations
– A clear pattern of danger
When prosecutors drop charges, the judge sees a sanitized version of reality.
### 6. **The governor’s order ending ICE cooperation removed the last safety valve**
Under the prior administration:
– Local police *had* to notify ICE
– ICE could take custody even if prosecutors dropped charges
Under the new order:
– Police are not required to notify ICE
– ICE detainers are treated as optional
– Prosecutors do not factor immigration status into bail arguments
So the system loses the only mechanism that could have removed him from circulation.
—
## Why “no permanent address” became the excuse
It’s not the cause — it’s the bureaucratic fig leaf.
It allows the prosecutor to say:
– “We can’t hold him because he has no address,”
while avoiding saying:
– “We won’t hold him because acknowledging his immigration status would trigger ICE involvement, which our office opposes.”
It’s a way to avoid the political cost of admitting the real reason.
—
## The result
A man with:
– 30+ arrests
– Multiple violent allegations
– A known ICE detainer
– No stable residence
– A documented pattern of escalating behavior
…was repeatedly released because:
– Charges were dropped
– Violent history was erased
– Immigration status was ignored
– ICE cooperation was prohibited
– Prosecutors refused to argue dangerousness
– Judges were left with no legal basis to detain him
This is not a mystery.
It is a predictable outcome of the policies in place.

“DHS blasts Spanberger on potential release of illegal migrant with 30+ arrests currently charged with murder”
Story by Preston Mizell •
“The Department of Homeland Security blasted Democratic Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger after a criminal illegal migrant with over 30 arrests was accused of stabbing a mother in the Washington, D.C.-area and now could be released from custody.
Abdul Jalloh, 32, was recently arrested for allegedly stabbing a 41-year-old woman to death at a bus stop in Fairfax County, Virginia in late February. He was charged with murder, but Spanberger’s office reportedly indicated she would not honor a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer. A governor’s spokesperson told WJLA that DHS would need to take an extra step and seek a signed judicial warrant from a local judge instead in order to ensure that Jalloh is deported.”
“”Sanctuary [Gov. Abigail Spanberger] is fighting to protect a MURDERER over American citizens,” DHS posted to X. “This monster is responsible for fatally stabbing Stephanie Minter.”
“ICE does NOT need judicial warrants to make arrests,” the post continued. “The heroes of ICE will continue to arrest and remove criminal illegal aliens across the Commonwealth while Governor Spanberger RELEASES them from jails into Virginia communities to commit more crimes and create more victims.”
ICE NABS IRANIAN NATIONAL WITH RAPE, SODOMY CONVICTIONS AFTER VIRGINIA DEMOCRATS MOVE TO CURB COOPERATION
‘If, for some reason, this monster gets released, [Spanberger] will not let ICE know when he’s being released,” Sen. Eric Schmitt, R-Mo., said during a Senate hearing on Tuesday. “I would think in a different time and a different place that we could all actually agree that if somebody is here illegally, and they’re being released from prison that we would let federal law enforcement know about.”

Fred says
They have to let them go even with 100 priors. If they turn him over to Trump, he will be deported. Keep him out of a cell, where agents may decide to find him.
If you put him out into the community, he is hard to find and gets to stay.
He could be a Democrat voter baby making machine. He has high upside for Spanburger
Roger R Schweikert says
Why do we have death penalty for cases like this in the first place? Neither deportation nor life in prison alone are as deserved deterrents or sufficient penalties for this kind of heinous criminality, much less providing the necessary justice that should now be extended to the woman’s husband, children, extended family, friends, neighbors or fellow Virginia and American citizens.
James Lincoln says
The stuff will keep happening until the people responsible for not working with ICE are held personally liable.
tgusa says
Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger (D) is suggesting that she will not support Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents taking custody of an illegal alien accused of murdering 41-year-old Stephanie Minter. Virginia is for murderers (formerly, Virginia is for lovers). One more on the long list of insufferable American women. American men don’t want anything to do with them so they turn to the lesbian lifestyle. The men that will have something to do with them eventually end up somewhere like Epstein Island. Which makes you contemplate, behind closed doors, it must be pretty bad.
Roger R Schweikert says
Let me know when you start printing the new state bumper stickers “Virginia is (now) for Murderers” or Virginia Loves Murderers.” I’d love to put one on my truck.
J Allan says
‘A 32-year-old man has been charged with second-degree murder in the fatal stabbing of a woman at a bus stop shelter in Hybla Valley, Fairfax County police said.’
Describing IT as a ‘man’ seems to be stretching reality WAAY beyond its breaking-point!
And I’m no expert on the good ol’ US’s ‘degrees’ … but SECOND seems short of what it SHOULD be!
gravenimage says
J Allan, First and Second degree murder don’t typically just refer to the brutality of the crime, but whether it was planned ahead of time or not, or if it happened in the heat of the moment. If Abdul here had plotted ahead of time to kill Stephanie Minter–for instance, targeting her and knowing that she would be at this bus stop ahead of time and lain in wait for her, that would have been First degree murder.
I don’t know for sure, but this is probably not what happened. He likely just hoped to find a vulnerable Infidel to stab. Much Jihad is like this. So it might have been planned, but not meet the legal requirement to prosecute it as such.
somehistory says
Some cases have been determined to be premediated when the perp acted within minutes, as opposed to the usual thinking and planning ahead of the act.
If charged with first degree and allowed to consider lesser…second, manslaughter, unintentional/ intentional, etc. it’s up to the jury to decide if the perp had planned…even for only a few minutes.
Much depends on state statutes. and how they are written..
࿗Infidel࿘ says
Graven
If Abdul planned in advance to kill any infidel, and in this case, it just happened to be Stephanie Minter, would that still be second degree? Granted, he wasn’t targeting “her” per se, but he was targeting any infidel, and it just happened to be her
Allen
I think the reason they picked second degree is that when prosecutors go after a criminal, they usually pick the charges that are more likely to stick, depending on what their jury is likely to look like. But I do agree w/ you that this wasn’t a second degree attack given that it wasn’t a “heat-of-the-moment” attack, but rather planned, even if it didn’t specifically have Ms Minter’s name on it
Nera says
But not all of the muslims that live in that state stabbed her at the same time.
Roger R Schweikert says
Maybe when Governors and other elected officials who excuse such behavior outright for any reason they can imagine, or fail to prosecute the offenders may themselves have to face paying the ultimate or any other well deserved prescribed penalty for such evil crimes, (like our former troops had to do in post WWII Germany whenever a particular POW escaped under their watch), such truly deplorable public behavior will at long last cease to be demonstrated, short of every other “red” county in the state soon becoming a separate but equal new “red” county-state..
Taffy says
This is something that a .22 LR behind the ear would have solved.
OLD GUY says
Too many judges are way too easy on these violent criminals. I’ll bet that if this attack was against one of these liberal judges family member the result would be way different.
Abraham says
May be she was protesting against ice
gravenimage says
So Abraham thinks that Infidels need to be murdered in Jihad terror attacks if they are foolish enough to–as you are trying to imply–engage in protests against ICE?
Abraham has certainly implied before that clueless Infidels deserve whatever Muslims decide to do to them. Never mind that Minter seems to be “guilty* of nothing beyond waiting for a bus.
