Everyone knows that when bullies are unchallenged, they escalate. It’s very unlikely that the people trapped in oppressive murderous tyranny of Kim Jong Un know about the wisdom of the right and righteous philosophy of John Locke.
For this philosopher ideas do apply to terribly oppressed people of North Korea. For Mr. Locke taught that any good government has the duty to ensure the security and safety of its citizens.
