John Cleese on the Muslim Desire to Dominate

When a politician in the West says something critical about Islam, he gets a week’s worth of attention, at best, too often quite hostile attention, and then the brief contretemps between supporters of the message and defenders of the faith (the faith being Islam) is soon forgotten. But this time, the broadside against Islam was delivered by John Cleese, he of Monty Python and Fawlty Towers fame.

The background to Cleese’s remark is this: during Ramadan, 3,000 Muslims swarmed into Trafalgar Square to say their prayers, bums in the air, heads bumping on the pavement so as to raise even higher the worshippers’ forehead zebibahs. They took over a public space, so that no others could enter. There was no need to hold the mass prayer service there; the Muslims could have chosen a place less central to London life, or instead have attended their own mosques to say those prayers and have their Iftar dinners. But this mass gathering was a political statement: we are here, we are many, we cannot be moved, we choose wherever we wish to say our prayers, no matter what the inconvenience may be to non-Muslims, or the outright alarm that such a spectacle may cause. This was not a quiet prayer service, a silent communing with God, but a noisy declaration of Muslim power and might.

There were protests about the Muslim muscle-flexing takeover of Trafalgar Square. And there was a defense of the massive attendance at the evening prayer-cum-iftar dinner from London’s Muslim mayor, Sadiq Khan. One of the on-line protests came from John Cleese, who was having none of Khan’s defense of his fellow Muslims. John Cleese has intensified his criticism of London Mayor Sadiq Khan, launching a fresh attack on social media amid the ongoing row over mass Muslim prayer events in Trafalgar Square.

The Monty Python star initially took aim at Mr Khan after the Mayor defended a large-scale iftar gathering in central London, insisting public spaces should remain open, insisting the mass event was a celebration of the capital’s diversity.

In a social media clip, Mr Khan said: “Nobody wants to dominate… British people love having diversity… and as long as I’m mayor, Trafalgar Square… will be open to everyone.”

Do British people love diversity? Where is the evidence for Sadiq Khan’s claim? They may accept a certain amount of diversity, but they are no longer willing to suffer in silence the kind of domineering “diversity” that Muslims provide. Millions of Muslims have moved to the U.K. to take advantage of every benefit the generous British welfare state provides. Some of them supplement these benefits with crimes of property, including shoplifting, robberies, and house burglaries. The incidence of Muslims committing crimes of every kind, including crimes of violence, is many times that of non-Muslims.

In dozens of cities in the U.K., Muslims — overwhelmingly Pakistanis — have participated in grooming gangs. Their members, using drugs and drink and sweet talk, seduce young English girls from vulnerable backgrounds, turn them into sex slaves, subject them to mass rape, and then continue to pass them around for the sexual enjoyment of other Muslims, sometimes for years. There are no Christian, Jewish, Hindu, Buddhist, or Sikh grooming gangs, a fact that deserves to be pondered. Tens of thousands of English girls have had their lives ruined by these grooming gangs.

Mr Cleese responded with a strongly worded post on X, writing: “Sorry to have to say this… The British do not like the kind of diversity that intends to take over Britain and kill any infidel who does not convert to Islam.

Let me repeat that bit from John Cleese: “Sorry to have to say this… The British do not like the kind of diversity that intends to take over Britain and kill any infidel who does not convert to Islam.”

It sounds as if John Cleese has been reading the Qur’an and hadith, which is something Keir Starmer has not done, for Cleese understands perfectly that Muslims believe they have a right to take over not just the U.K., but the whole world, and that Infidels — the “most vile of created beings” — must not be allowed to stand in their way.

He does err, however, in his claim that Muslims will “kill any infidel who does not convert to Islam.” Any Infidel who stands in the way of the spread of Islam deserves death. But an Infidel who is either a Christian or a Jew, and thus considered to be among the People of the Book, and who is willing to live as a dhimmi, need not be killed if he accepts a host of social, economic, and political disabilities. The most onerous of these obligations is the payment of the jizyah, a capitation tax imposed on non-Muslims, in return for which they are permitted to remain alive and even to practice their faith.

You never know with celebrities: which ones reveal themselves to be politically idiotic, and which ones pass with flying colors the intelligence and moral tests that arise, in considering the nature and menace of Islam. John Cleese turns out to be one of the latter, giving Mayor Sadiq Khan, and Muslims, a well-deserved verbal thrashing. Who would have thought that the Minister of Silly Walks would someday be an exemplar of good sense? A statesman, forsooth. Moving from the ridiculous to the sublime. As they say in Strine, Good On You, Mr. Cleese.

  2. In a Muslim dominated Britain Monty Python would have never happened because there is no fun in Islam. Well, there are a lot of “noes” in Islam, others being no freedom of speech, no freedom of the press, no freedom of religion, no true women’s rights (N.B., so-called women’s rights in Islam is a total joke) and no capacity to apologize for past wrongdoings which Islam has engaged in from its inception in a massive way, including the enslavement of more black Africans by far than any other religion, organization, nation state, etc. has ever engaged in (and why any black willingly being a Muslim is even more confused than non-black Muslims).

    Good for Cleese but I fear it is too late for Britain. So want to be wrong.

    • @Greg: I love elderberries: delicious taste and smell (by all means use the syrup when cooking), but I have no idea how a hamster tastes. i have been told, however, that squirrel meat is delicious and learned i.r.l. that frogs legs are delicious as well (it was a surprise, or mystery menu, but I didn’t regret it: tastes like intense chicken breast).   4. The idiots in London elect and re-elect a “Khan artist”. They are simply getting what they choose. Starmer is a leftist tool. But he’s again a product of the British electorate. Like the dim-o-craps in America the British left will do absolutely anything to stay in power, even if it means destroying their country. If you import millions from shit hole countries, you will turn your country into a shit hole. Labor does not care what the UK will look like in 20, 50 or 100 years. All they care about us being elected and when they leave office, they turn those relationships into lucrative consulting in lobbying gigs. Exactly the same way American politicians do. Mud slimes do not care about assimilation into western societies. They keep telling us what their plan is and half the people in the west don’t believe it. Why? Is it that such stupidity just seems so fantastical, that it makes no sense? Because after all they’re coming to Western democracy in a free market system that has made so many other antecedents, rich and successful. Their religion and their culture is indisputably and inherently incompatible with western values. It just is a no amount of education, exposure, and reasoning is going to change that. And yet the useful idiots in the west, both in Europe and the United States think the answer is to simply flood more of them across our borders and hope for the best. Or maybe, hope for the worst? A culture and a civilization built on biblical, western, enlightened, Judeo-Christian values and traditions will ultimately be destroyed by these motherfuckers. There may someday be a violent Civil War, but by then these goat fuckers will outnumber us and too many beta males on the side of the “good guys” who are being raised at all cost to avoid toxic masculinity, will simply put up their hands and surrender. Since the election of Hussein Obama, I have gone from someone who had infinite faith and hope that the United States come, leaving a rational western world would ultimately triumph, to someone who simply hopes and prays that my grandchildren will never see this miasma come to pass. I cannot sufficiently express enough gratitude for people like David Horowitz, the religionofpeace.com and the people who comment here, so many of whom seem so incredibly knowledgeable about the underpinnings of this satanic cult. It has become impossible in the state and age to remain optimistic. Even in the face of the most obvious factors telling us exactly where things stand, virtually half of the American people are still in a state of denial. And I fear it’s a deadly state. May God bless us, save the United States because it appears that so many of its people refuse to do so.

I believe the good people have been scared off and many now are getting rich and only think about all the money and will do anything for it. John Cleese should combine forces w/ Lawrence Fox, Tommy Robinson, Rupert Lowe, Paul Golding, Anne-Marie Waters, Nick Tenceli and others like them to put together an anti-muslim yeah, explicitly spell it OUT! coalition to put up candidates in every election there is in Britain. From MP to local to school boards, if they have that. Start fighting these elections on that one issue alone!

    Otherwise, there won’t be a Britain for them to worry about things like tax or energy policy

I understand that this verse is qualified as Medinan. That would mean that it abrogates all verses that are in conflict with it. Right? According to chatgpt, this verse views an Arabic polytheist group, so its ‘range’, it is argued, is limited only to this group, but the group is long gone, polytheists are listed as non-believers and the verse is still there, so I’d say that 2:191 ‘rules’, wouldn’t you say? So I stand with Cleese in this matter.

  11. Re the Muslim takeover of Trafalgar Square, one of many going on in the UK, Europe and the United States: Let us remember that this is not just a show of numbers and strength; it immediately endangers life because Fire, Police, Ambulance and other emergency vehicles can not get through.

  12. The common term “Grooming Gangs” whitewashes the nature of these groups. It is a euphenism and many people in the U.S. do not know what “grooming” means in this context. It is more accurate and informative to refer to them accurately as “Muslim gang-rape gangs, who {follow with brief description}”. Let’s call a spade a spade.

      Agreed. I refer to them as “Seduction for Gang Rape and Torture Gangs”.

      It’s longer than I would like but it’s descriptive. It also takes less time than having to explain what “Grooming” means. Sometimes I shorten it to “Seduction and Torture Gangs”.

      When I say “Seduction for Gang-Rape and Torture Gangs” it leads right into their hideous group activities, the massive extent of their networks, and the ongoing cover up by the government etc.

Elections have consequences, and so does publishing without interviewing, or in cleeses case, publishing his views without interviewing any muslim people, because if we are ever going to get to the bottom of this, and make and keep the peace, you need to actually talk to and listen to people who come from the middle east, as well as some born-and-raised caucasian UK Londoners, and get their input and experiences also, that all voices might be fairly and neutrally heard.
